We booked a Delux studio with king size bed for one week. The room was very clean and was kept so during our stay. The towels were changed everyday and shampoo, conditioner, body shampoo and lotion were filled in when necessary. The staff were very friendly, especially Emrah, Mert and Riza. They helped us with booking taxis, finding our way in Istanbul and outside the city to the beach. Thank you again for your hospitality! On the roof you will find a terrace with chairs and tables. Beautiful view of the sea from there. Also from our room and our terrace where there was a table and 3 chairs. In the room you have a kettle and a stash of teabags instant coffee and sugar which were filled in every day. Also bottles of water were provided every day. The airconditioning was working perfectly which was a relief as it was 35 degrees. Almost 200 meters from the hotel you will find shops and restaurants. From the hotel it is 20 minutes walking to the Grand Bazar or Topkapi palace. To go to the other side of the city we took a taxi but you can also take the tram and metro. There is no parking at the hotel and you wouldn’t find a place to park your car in the neighbourhood. For us it was of course no problem as we didn’t go there by car.

The breakfast was varied but very Turkish. That was the only suggestion that I’ve already made to the hotel: a bit more continental breakfast would be nice (bread variation, croissants, etc).

Good communication with the hotel, the staff were super nice and helpful. The room was the same as in the pictures, it had everything that was listed on Booking, and it was cleaned daily. The breakfast had a decent range of food and drink options, including some local specialties, but I believe it could be better. The location of the hotel is close to most of the popular tourist attractions, and the neighborhood was quiet. There are also a lot of restaurants, cafes, bars and such nearby.

If possible, I would recommend adding meat/cheese pie (börek) and pide as additional options during breakfast. Also, it would have been perfect it there was at least one day during the week when baklava was given as a desert option at breakfast. I think this would add to the variety of breakfast and increase the number of local specialties and make the stay at the hotel even more welcoming and better.

The breakfast was great, heaps of variety to choose from, however it would be nice to have, an alternative service like provide warm cooked breakfast an omelette etc as we stayed for 6 nights after the 3rd breakfast, it seems to be a bit repetitive. 😟 Nizam the staff member at the front desk was excellent. His customer service was 10/10, his English was excellent and so helpful with liaising with my husband’s Turkish uncle.

That there was no option of warm cooked breakfast.☹️ A nice cooked omelette or Turkish eggs would be great to have every 2nd day as an alternative as we stayed for 6 nights. After 3rd breakfast it didn’t look too exciting ☹️

The hotel is in a lovely and reasonably quiet area. Close to the park and away from the hustle and bussle of Istanbul center and the surrounding areas . The staff are very accommodating to the visitors needs and they keen to try and help as much as they can. We would certainly book the hotel again as it is too far too near to everything.

All is good but it will be good if the hotel management try to change some of the showers head as it kept leaking all the time. Though, I was planning to buy them one as a present for their good service.😊

Place was clean, breakfast has many options, comfy beds, air conditioning. Location is good, walking distance to many sightseeing points. Not so close to public transportations, though. Many restaurants and small markets nearby.

The shower was not good. The large showerhead was broken and dirty, we had to use the small one which was not so clean also. Apart from this, the place was really clean. There were no labels on the breakfast, so you needed to try your luck. Not so close to public transportation options.

The staff at the reception were very friendly and supportive. The neighborhood was quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. Our room was quite spacious, and I couldn't be happier with how well it was regularly maintained and kept clean.

The staff in the breakfast area were not attentive to the buffet, requiring me to ask multiple times for items to be refilled. They appeared to focus more on observing the guests than monitoring the buffet. There was only ONE baby high chair available for all the guests, so we had to hold our little one on our laps while having breakfast from time to time!

The location in the old town couldn't be better. Full of character and charm and far enough from the traffic to be quiet and peaceful especially at night. The small park opposite the hotel is perfect for a quiet sit down after breakfast. The staff were all very friendly and willing to help with anything. The breakfast is one of the best for choice we've come ever come across. All the major sites we wanted were in easy walking distance and we felt safe where ever we went. Highly recommended and thank you to all the staff who were lovely.

Spacious Rooms: The room was large, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing plenty of space to relax. Friendly Staff: Every member of the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. Efficient Air Conditioning: The air conditioning worked instantly, which was a relief, especially after coming in from the warm weather.

Breakfast: I expected the breakfast to be better. The coffee was filter coffee, and depending on the time you arrived, it sometimes tasted burnt. Additionally, they only offered regular milk, with no vegetarian or plant-based milk options available, which was disappointing for those with dietary restrictions or preferences.

The hotel is in a great location, 15-18min walking distance from the main attractions (Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Grand bazaar, sea etc), surrounded with a lot of restaurants. The staff were always very friendly, at the reception and also during breakfast. The room where we stayed was simple, but clean. The breakfast was not a huge one with a lot of type of foods, but we always found something we liked, so it was perfect to start the day with.

The room was simple, but clean and comfortable, but maybe with some decorations it could be even more friendly (carpet, etc.) This is not a complaint at all, just a suggestion. :) The bathroom’s window couldnt be closed and we couldnt setup the tv (couldnt login using our own netflix account, nor the tv channels could have been setup for some reason.. but this was not a big issue - we didnt even mention this to the staff). The walls are not very soundproofed, we could hear other guests from other rooms. Fortunately they were not loud the whole night. (But the windows were really good, when there was some party nearby, we couldnt hear it with the closed windows.)

The location of the hotel was very good, being very close to the old city center. We were able to find a free parking spot in the nearby, but for 10€/day they would have let us park in front of the hotel. The room was not so spacious but very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good.

They could improve their English and per total the way they interact with the guests. They contacted me to ask for my arrival time and I asked if I could check in earlier around 12pm, they say it's possible. We went to the hotel specifically for this check in and they said that the check in is available after 14pm.. I don't understand why they contacted me before... I didn't like this
