Everything was very good. For this price I can't complain at all. It was clean, room service came regularly, never ran out of shampoo, soap, clean towels or toilet paper. We had TV with netflix on it and a fridge. A cupboard and safe. Reception guy was super friendly and funny. Always ready to help us. The location was close to many restaurants and lively streets. To get the tram you had to walk steeply upwards which was a challenge for my mom and me with a stroller. But there was a taxi stand nearby and a metro station (Kumkapi) which led you to Sirkeci. There you could either take the tram or walk a route to Sultanahmet through a very alive and fun street and definitely better to walk then to walk to Cemberlitas station. I also had AC which i loved. And hairdryer. And kettle.

The walls are not soundproof. Our neighbors complained twice by knocking which was annoying since we were not partying but just talking but yeah, we managed.

An excellent hotel at a reasonable price. Everything is new and very clean—they cleaned regularly and changed the bedding. The Old Town and many attractions are nearby. On maps, the area looks quite deserted, but in reality, it’s packed with all kinds of shops and restaurants. The hotel manager, Islam, was always ready to help. We’ve stayed in about five different hotels in Turkey, and this one was the best.

Actually, the hotel is excellent, but for the sake of fairness, I’ll mention a few minor drawbacks. The showerhead was slightly broken—I wouldn’t have noticed, but my wife did. There’s a mosque near the hotel, so be prepared for the call to prayer at dawn. The breakfast is a bit sparse.

The hotel is in the heart of the old town in the golden horn. We were helped to find a parking place just in front of the hotel and received good information about restaurants and places around. The area is very safe at night. The room had a small terrace Ac, good amenities and a mini fridge. The staff was amazing.

Excellent location, close to the old center, shops with good prices in the area. Very good quality/price ratio, they kept their promise and reserved a parking space for me. The guy at the reception should be noted, very kind and nice. Note 10 also for the cat Taruk..

The hotel was centrally located and quiet. The service was excellent, the staff were all friendly, especially Islam, who was extremely kind and helpful. Our room was clean, a good size, with a modern bathroom & a balcony. The breakfast was delicious. The location was excellent, surrounded by many restaurants and walking distance to the main attractions we wanted to see. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is nice, I a quite area near the city attractions. The room is big and clean. It is a very good budget hotel.

For a budget hotel it was excelent. They responded very prompty if we had an issue (the cable was off).

The location of the hotel is very convenient for Istanbul. The area is nice and quiet. There are restaurants nearby and there is a train station near to take you to Sirkeci station from where you can go around Istanbul. It was very, very clean. The rooms were tidy and air conditioned which is a must in Istanbul. Also the staff is very friendly and they speak several languages so you won't have a problem with communication. Check-in and check-out times are also very convenient.

We had a great stay at this hotel and would stay here again! Positives: -The rooms were clean, with good AC. -The ensuites were also clean, shower pressure was great and water was hot. -The area was quiet and the beds were comfortable. -The staff were friendly -Minifridges in the rooms worked well -Able to make use of a dining area if bringing take away -10 minutes walk to sultanahmet, 2 minutes to mini-stores and the local mosque (kokuc ayasofia)

The route to reach the tram, although only a short distance, is very steep and may not be suitable for some people.

The location is very convenient. They provide you a parking spot in front of the hotel for request, even our big 4x4 could fit in. The room was spacious and the balcony nice. The AC was working perfectly.

The room was definitely not spotless. Walking barefoot you could quickly notice your foot getting dirty. The furniture on the balcony was also a bit broken.
