Good heat in the room. Everything was clean, towels, bed, etc.. Coffee and tea satchels were included. Everything you need in the kitchen, except the cooking machine. Nice decorations in the rooms, comfortable bed. No spring mattress, just foam. Very kind and helpful staff, especially Emir. He helped us a lot by showing the map and what to visit and how to get there. Staff is available at any time in the reception across the street.

A little bit noisy from the street and from other people in the other rooms. WiFi was working bad and was limited/restricted. I had to go to the reception for better WiFi.

Otantik Suites is a great place to stay with our friends. Me and Mt friends stayed at Rose Mansion for 4 nights and we had a great experience. If you are goind to Istanbul for the first time, you have to see the Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque, the Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace this apartment is for you! you can walk to this places just in 15 min. First of all, we were greeted by the host as soon as we arrived. They helped us to get around the city, give us advice and so on. The reception office is open for 24/7 and you can contact them anytime. Every staff member I encountered was courteous, professional, and eager to assist. The Rose Mansion apartment was great. The room was featured with closet. The kitchen area was fully equipped - from spoons to microwave - there was everything you needed. The bathroom was clean and full of disposable soups and shampoos.

I think the internet connection could have been better. We struggled with that. But the apartment was great and exceeded my expectations.

It is on a lovely street. Colorfully painted houses. A park at each end of the street. Good restaurants just a few yards away. Food was very good. It is a steep walk up several streets to get to the tram. Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia are within walking distance if you are in decent shape (we are 70). The beds were comfortable. There is a kitchenette with teapot, microwave, small fridge, plates, and utensils. Internet was a little slow, but adequate. We would recommend staying here.

Everything was as it is on the booking.com. The rooms were clean and well equipped.

Internet speed was slow. The Bathroom has an exhaust fan, but there was still humidity and smell. The rooms were also slightly smelly, feels like humidity or might be due to in the basement location.

The location was chosen by us, considering the quiet neighbourhood, the vicinity of the Hipodrome, Topkapi and all the highlights of the historical town. One has to consider the distance is short but you have to walk uphill either to the tram or to the historic centre. There are good restaurants in the vicinity and two supermarkets. The main shopping streets are 10 minutes walk away. The property is in a charming old-style building, with one apartment per floor. The living room is large, with sofas and a desk, perfect to work on the computer but also serving meals. The dressing closet is also there. The bedroom is on the opposite side of the building, far from the street noise. The interior decoration matches the style of the building, beautiful and cosy. There is an air conditioning unit in each room, a proper fridge and a cooking unit. Although it was an apartment, the reception staff was always there, in the office across the street, to answer questions, solve technical problems, give advice or for the guest to store the suitcases on the first and last day if coming too early or leaving too late. Although the contract stipulates cleaning to be done once a week, we had the service offered every second day!

A printed tv channel list could have made searching among the satellite programs easier. All the rest was exactly as described on the site, pictures being accurate. We loved the place and could not find anything wrong, but if the guest is handicapped and has problems walking, the two stories high staircase may cause discomfort.

The hosts were very friendly, helpful and approachable. Smooth communication through Whatsapp at any time of the day. Several restaurants close by for breakfast/dinner. Possibility to arrange great activities through the hosts for an interesting price. The flat was clean/neat. The kitchen was equipped with the basic needs.

The only downside is that you need to go up hill to arrive at Blue Mosque & Aya Sofya. Cleaning was done once every three days, which is ok. The windows/walls are thin, so you could hear some noise during the night.

The apartment was great value for money, small but neat, clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Good location, 15min walk to the main attractions and lots of restaurants near by.

The decor was a little dated, cooking facilities limited and there was no sitting area in the apartment.

1.The bathroom is inside the bedroom, so people in the living room have to open the bedroom door when they go to the bathroom 2.The portable electric stove was too old to work

The staff is very good, I would like to highlight the kindness and support of Mohammed and Aziz, received us late night and prepare everything as requested. Is a nice hotel, cozy and very well situated.

Nothing to complain about the hotel and staff, they are great and deserve a very good feedback. I strongly recomend the hotel and at least one week with then, they can provide all the tour and indications at the city.

The staff are beyond exceptional. Could not ask for more. Well done. The accommodation itself could do with a bit of TLC and it is a bit noisy. Otherwise, perfect location, close to many sites of interest as well as a variety of shops and restaurants.
