We arrived around 20.00 at the hotel and we were greeted by Yozuf who explained to us in details some activities in Istanbul as well as the places of interesr. I never experienced a personallzed explanation. Our room was quite huge, we booked the suite and it faces the park. Not so far away from the hotels were restaurants and small shops. The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Bassilica Cistern are just few mins walk from the hotel. The breakfast selection was extensive, their warm dishes were changed daily. The cakes were dry but the bagels were good. The pool is small but the steam room and hammam sauna were adequate. The terrace has a good view of the entire Istanbul old Town. The hotel personels were actually nice though some do not speak English, nevertheless, they were polite. I love the old design of the hotel, ir is really like an Ottoman palace with velvet red colored curtains as well as the beautiful paintings around the dining area as well as the lobby. The tour guide recommended by the hotel was extremely good as well as the dining cruise. I highly recommend the hotel for first timers in Istanbul. But I do agree that the hotel needs restoration as some sofas in the alley showed tear.

Breakfast was excellent, as well as the location and the staff. The biggest advantage of the hotel is that they have a parking space right in front of the hotel, while this is very hard for the old city of Istanbul.

The only thing I didn't like was the bed. Mine was too hard for me.

Lovely staff, great breakfast, the hamman was a nice touch.

Slippery around the pool- a rubber mat would prevent injuries.

The room size was moderate but perfectly adequate for a comfortable overnight stay. What really made our stay enjoyable was the hotel's convenient location—close to many of the attractions we had planned to visit. A special thanks to the front office staff—Yusuf, Fullkhan, and Honour—for their outstanding service. Also, a big shout-out to the doormen and the hardworking housekeeping staff who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant.

Breakfast offered a decent variety, though the fruit selection was limited and the hot food options could be improved.

The whole experience was amazing, from check in to check out. Staff were very courteous and willing to help at all times, from receptionists, luggage porters, breakfast staff, all them a big shout out. The breakfast was great and plentiful. Not many hot choices but the cold dishes were delicious. Maybe a bit more of fresh fruits. The location is unbeatable, within walking distance from most touristic attractions. The rooms were cleaned and well equipped, maybe an USB port needed somewhere in the room.

The only downside, if any, was the spa. The indoor swimming pool was quite cold, the sauna wasn’t working and the steam room was only for one person, so rather small.

I spent four nights at Antea Palace with my family, and I must say it was a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is located in a prime area, within walking distance of many major tourist attractions, and they serve a delightful breakfast each morning. What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding hospitality of the hotel staff. Every single team member was incredibly supportive and helpful. On the day we arrived, Mr. Onur at the reception took the time to give me a 20-minute overview of everything I needed to know about Istanbul — from key areas to visit, transportation options, and walking routes. Following his guidance made exploring the city smooth and enjoyable. I’d also like to extend a special thanks to Guven and the rest of the team for their warm and attentive service. Cozy hotel in conservative style. Was nice to have a little park in front of the hotel. 15 minutes walk to Blue Mosque. We really enjoyed the roof terrace on top! Amazing view of connecting Bosphorus, the Sea of Marmara and Golden Horn, ships going here and there... Blue Mosque was also seen from behind. Staff is brilliant, helps with everything. We asked for 3 rooms near each other and we got it :) Excellent breakfast. Comfy beds. Lots of space in the wardrobe.

Fridge, hairdryer and one socket did not work. Very noisy conditioner. Hotel is a little bit outdated. The only dissapointment was the Spa :( Tiny pool with wood all brocken around it, actually not safe to walk on. Sauna was only warm..

Location was perfect near a few different eateries. Also easy for uber to drop off and pick up. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and nice and warm from the wall heater. Parts of the floor was heated also. Good storage space in the wardrobe and nice to have a bedside table on each side as well as a desk. Window was a bonus to let fresh air in. Free breakfast was good. Bathroom was ok.

The bathroom. The shower cubicle needed a good spray of exit mould. Also the toilet was so close to the shower that you had to sit on the toilet on an angle. The bathroom fan was also quite noisey. Everything else was fine in the bathroom.

The location of Antea is probably the best for people looking to visit the main and most important places in Istanbul. The neighborhood is the Old Town, and even though there may be ruined buldings attached to new ones, the atmosphere is unique and wonderful. It's not difficult to find restaurants which are not touristic hubs, and food around is overall, good. The Hotel is in front of a small park, on a nice street. It is hard to explain the level of cuddles we received from the personnel of the hotel: everybody is simply extremely pleasant, warm and welcoming. They are very helpful with any question one may have. The mascotte of the hotel (guess which animal...) black and white, is adorable and playful. The SPA, with a beautiful Hamam, has been a wonderful part of our days, when weather was extremy cold and snowy. We've had a great stay there.

Nothing worth of saying.

First impressions are very important, Yusuf the manager was extremely welcoming he talked about the hotel, services available and different options for sightseeing. We saw him on a daily basis he was very helpful and approachable. Fatih helped us with our luggage and was really nice. In general all the hotel staff were really helpful from the cleaning team to hotel management. A big shout out to the young boys helping during breakfast very polite and kind and the staff at the front of the hotel dealing with parking and welcoming everyone were great😊
