The location is not very good if you travel with small kids, you should go steep streets up the hill to reach the major attractions.

The Hotel Furnished Apartment is ideally situated in the heart of Istanbul, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. Major attractions like the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, and Topkapi Palace are within walking distance, and public (Bus)transportation is easily accessible. To the Tram Station, you have to walk up the road(Hilly) 1-2 Km. The neighborhood is vibrant and lively, with cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. If you want to buy groceries choose A-101. Thank you Hasan(Owner of the Apartment) for being co-operative and guiding us. Even though he cannot communicate, he used Translator to be in sync and reply to any queries.

Prices of Groceries (water/ Veggies and Snacks) varies in supermarkets.. You need to find out to explore. Food is expensive near to this place. Stairs in the Apartment are small.. Watch your steps with your kids. Washing Machine & Hair Dryer needs to be there for a longer stay.

Apartment was very nice and suitable for families. Our baby could walk and play around without any worry of getting hurt. Loved to have a fully equipped kitchen that was very handy, especially with the baby. The location is perfect close to all the main tourist attractions, shops, and restaurants. Unlike many other locations, there are many ways to reach destinations without the need to climb steep hills. Hasan was very responsive and helpful in everything we needed. We had an amazing time and would love to visit again.

Cleanliness could improve a little although we only noticed things as we travelled with baby (some crumbles on sofa and few small papers from underneath were picked up by the baby). Visually rooms are very clean. The pillows were very firm. We prefer the soft ones but it's all about the preference.

Location of the hotel is wonderful. Very close to the city centre and all main sights. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants around where you can have breakfast or dinner. A small kitchen came in very handy to make some tea and snacks in the evening. As it was not very hot at night, we did not need to use air-conditioners, but on the second night I had to close the windows because of the neighbours having a good time on the balcone and switched on the air-conditioner, which worked fine and made my sleep quite comfortable. Plus the morning prayers did not wake me up as they did on the first night:) And the host, Hassan, is extremely helpful and thoughtful. He contacted us a few days before our arrival with all the necessary information and arranged the transfer from and to the airport for a very good price.

Not sure whether the TV was working, we just failed to turn it on. But as we did not quite need it, we didn't bother. I think some instructions how to operate the TV and the receiver could help the tourists. The bathroom is rather small, so there isn't a lot of space for toiletries. I would advise travellers to get a toiletries bag which could be hung on a hook and wouldn't need too much room.

Very Nice Location, close to a lot of Tourist attractions, Staff is very co-operative and available to help you 24/7 as I checked in after 1:00 AM but they were available, specially Muhammad and Hassan the Manager

Internet is not very great but you can buy a Turkish Sim and use your own Data not a big issue

Location is very nice: the distance from city center is enough to make the street calm and cozy, but still it is only 15' walk to auya Sofia and blue mosque. Kitchen is fully equipped, so we cooked breakfast and simpl dinner ourselves. It was very warm inside (we stayed in late December). Beds are very comfortable. Host is very helpful.

The facility was perfect for my family size. It has two twin (single) beds and a doble bed. It is also provided with a couch to sit, relax and watch TV. The kitchen is equipped with the basics therefore enabled us cook breakfast throughout our stay. The bathroom is clean and the fittings appear new. The facility is also provided with two ACs and windows that permit good cross ventilation. It has a balcony to enjoy the fresh air while appreciating the historical neighborhood. The tram station is 15 min walk away. The owner Mr. Hasan is trustworthy and excellent host. Hasan has also a Travel agency through which he arranged for us airport transfer(both at arrival and departure), guided tour to historical sites in Istanbul and Kailoys beach, all at reasonable price.

We stayed at the 4th floor. The stair that leads from the 3rd floor to the 4th has narrow threads and lacks landing in front of the door. Therefore is not convenient for children, elderly and peoples with disability.

Spacious and quite well located.

Could do with modernising. A few niceties would be appreciated - a few coffee / tea sachets for arrival; tea towel. I'm not sure how the kettle was to be plugged in with such a short lead.

Aircondioning, Wi-Fi, owner Mr Hassan is very good helping.

Our flat was on 3rd floor, strairs were narrow and dangerous. Be careful if you are taking flat on 3r floor. Building is very old

Great location. Clean. Great value.

Shower temperature and pressure fluctuated a lot. It was good but these fluctuations were unpredictable and forced you to modify the shower knob.
