My husband and I booked a deluxe room at the hotel for a week, and after having some issues in our bathroom shower on our first night, the director, Ismail, was very prompt to lodge us in an upgraded ensuite room on the top floor. If you are staying for a long time or will spend time in your room, we really recommend the ensuite option as it is the most spacious and the others are much smaller in size. It has a phenomenal view and a jacuzzi function in the bathtub. We made some lasting friendships with the staff and visitors during our conversations over breakfast in the outdoor terrace. The chef is a wonderful lady who is very talented who does everything herself! There is afternoon tea/coffee at 5-6pm with cake too which we didnt know about until the last day. Aimen was a wonderful friendly face who we exchanged meaningful conversations with in the mornings, always working hard with a smile and really helpful on the terrace floor. He speaks fluent english and arabic! The hotel is a 15 min walk to Sultanahmet area with lots of cafes ans restaurants! The staff are all very helpful so do ask if you need any help during your stay!

The staff at the front desk were very friendly people. They served breakfast each day and you could order room service if you wanted. The beds/interior were so comfortable and homely. They also had a hot tub in our room! The hotel is centrally located and just a short walk away to the centre of Istanbul and all the attractions, but far enough away to be a quiet area.

Our room didn't get cleaned while we were there and we had to keep asking for toilet roll because nobody was coming in to top it up. Additionally when we used the hot tub the first time black dirt came out of it.

The location is perfect. Our room was on the 5th floor with an amazing view to the sea and also a bit of the city. The manager has a problem solving attitude, he’s kind and cares about the guests needs. He is a great asset for the hotel! Breakfast is diverse and tasty. Parking is available in front of the hotel with a reservation. Lots of restaurants, mini-markets and souvenir’s shops around the hotel.

The fact that there is no elevator it’s a bit challenging. The area can be a bit noisy. I must say there is always room for improving.

Great place to stay if you want to visit Istanbul. It's close (10-20min walking distance) to all the important places to visit (Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet, Topkapi). Also, it's close to the T1 tram line that will easily take you all the way to Taksim. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the staff is very friendly and will help you with any problem that you have. I will stay here again when i come to Istanbul again!

The hotel staff was nice and helpful, they booked us cheap taxi to the airport. The breakfast was okay with great coffee. I would also like to mention the view from the hotel, which exceeded our expectations (our room was on the top floor).

Our room was smaller than we expected it to be, however, when we then looked at the pictures on Booking again, they did not lie to us😄 We just expected it to be bigger, but anyways it was enough. Oh and since our room was on the top floor, we didn't have to set an alarm as the seagulls were making noise on the roof from the early morning. This is not the hotel's fault of course, but I just thought I'd mention it.

First of all the Location of hotel is perfect, within walking distant to the blue mosque, hagia sofia,local restaurant and shopping area. The staff services are excellent throughout they are very helpful and efficient specially Saidullah, Nurullah and Emir Timur. They are so friendly they make our stay enjoyable. We spend at lea half an our with them just for fun we feel like a home honestly.whenever we need anything we just tell them and they never say no for anything even at midnight they help us.I will definitely come back to this hotel again. The breakfast was not good but we request them and then they arranged it for us.

Overall i like everything but i was bit disappointed about breakfast but after they arranged it for us it was very good experience

This hotel has an excellent location within the neighbourhood of Fatih , within a walking distance from AyaSophia and Sultan Ahmet mosque and Donus market where you can find loads of choices of restaurants, coffee shops , ready made garments boutique , Turkish sweets shops and many more . The staff particularly : Kadir , Canes , Nurallah , Adbullrahman and not to forget Ferwza and Banu from the kitchen were all very friendly , polite and very courteous and helpful.I would give them 5 stars for their service . Kadir was very helpful and assisted us in changing the kids’ room to another one and our room as well in order to stay near to them . I would definitely stay again in this hotel if I visited Istanbul again .

Good location but be ready to go up every time. Hotel is clean, good breakfast, beautifull garden, nice stuff.

First room we got was not comfortable and small, toilet and shower was broken and stuff didnt repair that before our check in. We changed that room. But the sacond room had awful bed, it was absolutly not comfortable and with iron sticks inside matress. You need to change toilet and shower equipment and beds in hotel.

Istanbul (Old City) is great, lots to do and see. Hotel is centrally located and most attractions is within walking distance. Hotel staff is very friendly and always ready to help with any info or requests. Its a small hotel but nice and clean with very friendly staff.

Everything were great, small leak in the bathtub, otherwise nothing to complaint about.

Our room was wonderful: great view, spacious, comfortable, well furnished and decorated. It was all that I hoped for during this holiday.

Some staff spoke virtually no English, and we don't speak Turkish. We arrived earlier than expected in the morning and had to pay a full overnight price for 4 hours in a tiny room. We needed to pay something, but I feel that aspect was taking advantage of us because we had no other options at that hour.
