The location was perfect to visit all the main cultural attractions n close to restaurants shopping etc. Also the hotel is in a quiet street which is a real bonus. The breakfast was always good if same same every day.

The hotel room we occupied needs major upgrading. Poor electrical plugs location , windows with peeling paint n hard to open poor air con etc. Fridge in poor working order. Also rooms were not regularly cleaned

The warm welcome to the hotel, the staff were so lovely from the beginning to end of my stay :) The location was pretty decent too, old town vibes but modern. Was located nearby walking distance of tram lines (Cemberlitas) in one direction and several other points like a compass takes you to different areas. Great breakfast choices: Mediterranean and continental 💕: and can confirm as a coeliac there’s varied options which I spotted. I didn’t ask and can’t speak the language unfortunately, as I could see what was evident and was great. without a doubt best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel in years. Location was excellent. Walk out of the hotel and go left and u can work your way to the blue mosque easily. Walking out of the hotel to the right is a steep hill so try and avoid but still good for exercise and you get used to it. The manager of the hotel Jamal is excellent and very helpful.

The rooms are decent and would be even better with a new lick of paint. There is no lift . Its not a big issue but if you have issues with walking.

Location of the hotel is great, very central a 5 minutes walking distance from the T1 line. The only thing that maybe can be problematic for some people is that you have to go uphill. Breakfast is very good, I have read that some people wrote there wasn't anything sweet, but during our visit that changed, there was alos a sweet breakfast, some cereals and fruit also. The staff is very nice and friendly.

It is an old building, renovated form inside, but you can see looking at the windows that they need replacement too, so overall the cleanliness could be slightly better. You can hear every single thing coming from the other rooms and hallway, and other people just don't care if someone is sleeping. The area is relly guiet, so there was no any noice form outside.

The hotel is near to the most important touristic places, and it's close to shops, restaurants and a pharmacy. The neighbourhood is really quiet and it felt safe. The hotel was nice and the staff friendly and helpful. Thanks!

Please provide some plain coffee in breakfast (they only have powder coffee mixed with milk)

conveniently located., walking distance from the sultanamet square., and some of the best eating places., walking distance to the cemberlitas metro/ tram station., thus the whole of istanbul becomes easily accesible. istanbul was our first stop and the hotel and its staff made uas feel at home., on registration my credit card would not work., and they just let us check in without paying anything upfront., after a while ., the same credit card did work., however their gesture truly won my full trust., the breakfast spread is excellent., everyone in the hotel is so warm and friendly., the family room was quite larger than i expected., and it really made our 7 day stay in istanbul a truly memorable one. thanks gulliver. what you see in the pictures is truly what is there.

i have nothing negative to say about the hotel. infact i would highly recommend this place for everybody., including families., especially families.

Friendly staff that spoke English and were willing to help

1. The room was cold on the first night as they forgot the heating off. The heater had two valves, I turned on the main one but that did nothing. Found out next morning that the other valve also needed to be turned for the heating to work. In my opinion the room should have been checked and the heating turned on before accepting guests. 2. Breakfast - even though they were served from a "hot tray", it was not turned on and the chips, the eggs and the sausages were cold. We especially did not appreciate the boiled eggs right from the fridge. They were clearly prepared on another day. 3. No lamp by the bedside table.

A very comfortable stay.. early check in was allowed by the hotel reception which is very considerate of them. A value for money place of Accommodation which is 5 mins to the blue mosque and 7mins to the Ayasofya masjid.. highly recommend this place..

Introduce some variance in the breakfast.

The location is very good. main sightseeing objects are close and tramway station is also close. this makes trips around the city comfortable. The room was fine. staff was friendly and helpful.

This an old building thus there is no soundproofing windows and this is why everything is so loud within the hotel. They don’t clean the rooms until you ask. Breakfast is all the same everyday.

Our stay at the hotel was just perfect. In addition to its excellent location, I would like to note the hotel itself - its cleanliness, welcoming staff, excellent cuisine. Thanks to the hotel team for an unforgettable experience, we would love to stay there again.
