We stayed in Atam Suites for eight nights and we are a family of five. We found the location of the hotel fantastic as it is surrounded by many restaurants and the most important places to visit in Istanbul : Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, etc. All those places are a walking distance from the hotel. The staff, mainly Ziya, was welcoming, helpful and attentive to our needs. Their advices were valuable. Ziya organized for us the shuttle services from and to the airport and the Bosphorus boat tour. We really appreciated our stay and we recommend it.

Very good location, close to most of the main attractions. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The breakfast was very nice. My kids loved the cakes and pancakes and I liked the Turkish cold salads and savoury dishes a lot. The family room was spacious with 5 regular beds and located on the first floor. The room was clean, and there are fresh towels every day. I am a bit of a light sleeper, so earplugs was crucial , actually everywhere in the city: the trash cars work in the evenings and the first müezzin is 2 hours before sunrise.

The bathroom is a bit worn down, but spacious and functional, so no problems with it. There is a tiny fridge, but not sure if it is cold enough for food, but good to keep the bottled water chill. (tap water is not drinkable in Istanbul)

This property was absolutely incredible. The rooms were of a very high standard and were clean. The location of the property itself was perfect and only a short walk away from the Blue Mosque. All of the staff at this hotel whether it was front of house, the kitchen staff or cleaners were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The accomodation was booked on late notice but the staff were so welcoming and made us feel comfortable as soon as we arrived. The breakfast was very well assembled and gave the perfect boost to start the day. The staff were also very friendly with local suggestions and activities to add to your itinerary.

I can’t fault anything from this hotel in my 3 night experience.

The facility is very close, in a walking distance to shops and all the famous mosque and church and all the tourists attraction just walking around the place full of restaurants and money exchange facilities. It is a family business very respectful family very comfortable place to live very quiet at night which perfect for sound asleep I highly recommend it

Even though there was no washing machine in the room, Adam arranged laundry for us through his business next door. Someone picked up our clothes, and they were clean and ready when we returned that night.

Excellent location near Aya Sofia and blue mosque and city centre walking distance Friendly staff thanks to all of them especially Mr. Berat in the reception and the kitchen staff. They offered us a complimentary breakfast upon arrival. They kept our baggage for some hours in their store till we did our check- in as we came early and rooms were occupied. clean and neat rooms. Nice view on Marmara sea. They respond rapidly to any comment or request like fixing any device or changing it if needed. Quite area at night

The apartment in the third floor was actually two separate rooms not interconnected which was an obstacle with two children and cold weather. Water only once upon arrival. Three floors without elevator 🥹 but staff helped us in carrying our luggage. You need to climb some streets to reach nearby activities 😵‍💫 but this seems to be the whole Sultanahmet are.

Breakfast was good. Location was excellent, could walk to most important sites. Staff were very accommodating. On my request they moved us from a room in the old part to the new part, to avoid requiring my husband to climb a steep staircase (he is 75 with balance issues. If you’re young and fit it should pose no problems)

Wi-Fi in our room was extremely slow. I did report it, but as the Wi-Fi was fine in reception area it was not investigated and a remedy applied

Amazing choice. The staff was so friendly! They checked us in early because we arrived early in Istanbul, they provided us with free breakfast even though we didn't choose to have breakfast when we booked (and it was very tasty) and after we checked out they let us leave our bags at the reception while we were exploring the city. The room was very nice, the bathroom was big and had a tub. The price was very good and the location cannot be better than this, right next to the Blue Mosque but at the same time on a very quiet street.

Fantastic location being very close to the Blue mosque and Hagia Sophia. Easy walk from the tram and so convenient to access all the main tourist sites. Can easily walk to the ferry port and Grand Bazaar. Lots of restaurants nearby. I ended up with a different room but it was great. Only me but I had a large double bed and 2 single beds. Great value for money. Quiet place and very friendly staff. Breakfast was a very good selection, with omelettes made to order. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Istanbul.

GREAT location. We were able to walk to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Eminonu, Bosphorus Waterfront, Galata Tower, Grand Bazar and 100s of restaurants and cafes all within 2-20 minutes of the hotel. WiFi worked great. Hotel is in a small neighborhood next to the ocean so about 100 yards to very quiet ocean front. Location is ideal for anyone visiting the most iconic sites of Istanbul. Bathroom and bedroom cleanliness was great. Only thing that I would add is there are no elevators and we chose an ocean view rooms which was on the 4th floor but the staff brought and took down all our luggage so nothing that impacted us. I would highly recommend this location.

The location is superb! just 5 minutes walk from the center of Istanbul's main attractions (Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Sultan Ahmet Square), close to tram station. The staffs (Efe, Tuba, Fatih, the lady from the kitchen and laundry rooms!) and the boss (Berrat) are fantastic, very helpful, and super nice! The room is nice and suitable for our need. Many nice restaurants around!

This is not the fault of the hotel, but there is a need to inform that some routes to this hotel is closed for car (since online map shows direction that is inaccessible by car, so we have to drag our luggage for almost half of kilometer). There is a leak in the bathroom, so the dry area of the bathroom a bit flooded after we take a bath.
