Excelent location, maybe the best you can get, right in the center, we saw everything we needed without using the car. The personal is very friendly, always smiling and willing to help with whatever you need,. -Rooms are very clean -AC will make you freeze and refrigerator worked good. -Parking near is very easy. -The breakfast is very good with a lot of varieties -Supermarket with good prices is at 10 meters from the hotel. It was a pleasure, will definetly come back at this hotel.

In the room we had, the shower was a little too small but you can find your space if you are not big, so it is was not a big deal for us.

Location is great, within minutes of major sightseeing landmarks in the Sultanamet area. Staff are so helpful, friendly and accommodating. Fatih gave us lots of advice and tips..he was very helpful and friendly. Ww were given a Istanbul cart pass on arrival whivh helped us get a start on public transport Breakfast was fresh and convenient to have. View from terrace is amazing of the Bosphorus and Istanbul. Sunrises at the terrace are incredible

Breakfast could have been more varied but it was good and tasty. No elevator access to top floors.

1) Located very close to major attractions. 2) Hospitable staff: Both Sardar and Fatih responded quick to our requests. 3) Value for money 4) Roof top view - Blue mosque is very close to hotel. 5) Has a shop on next door which opens till 12:00. So, you can quickly buy anything you need. 6) Safe locality.

Hotel price, breakfast & staff were good. Location was good, but on a small treat very hard to find, at least at first. Unless ou speak Turkish or know Istanbul, an expensive taxi from the airport is a virtual necessity to get to (and from the hotel back luggage. Budget $100 for this, which makes the hotel price less attractive. If I had to do it again I'd pick a more expensive but easier to get to hotel located near the tram line that goes thru the historic area, which would have saved lots of time & trouble.

see above--difficult to find location. Hotel management was not very responsive to a big problem I faced financially due to the expensive, unanticipated taxi rider required to get to/from airport to the hotel.

The location couldn't be better - it's close the Blue Mosque, Hagya Sofia, everything in the old town. Staff was outstanding, they demonstrated extreme hospitality. The penthouse is huge, it's really 2 apartments. One has a big terrace, and both share a huge terrace (shared by all guests). The hotel offers tours & eSIMs.

Table and chairs in the apartment terrace are quite cheap and shabby. There's a click sound that can be heard between the two apartments every few seconds. FYI, the hotel is opposite to one of the mosques. The elevation in the old town can be challenging to absolutely everybody.

Hotel located just 8 minutes walk from Hippodrome area, which is close to Istanbul’s Magog tourist attractions. Numerous restaurants/cafes & a shop located nearby. Stayed in 2 bedroom Family suite. Reception staff helpful. Breakfast had limited options. Would rate this just a 3 star property.

Be aware that Kitchenette has absolutely NO equipment provided at all. Electric kettle only provided when requested but NO tea, coffee, mugs, spoon, or milk provided during stay, even when requested.

Stuff are 10 of 10, just amazing, thank you! It is very good three star hotel, priced ok for that area, location is perfect for couple of nights and to visit main attractions, all within walking distance. Breakfast is very good and refreshing. I arrived driving, just screamed heeelp (it is a bit of a challenge with car in that area) and they helped, took a car and gave it back in a week time. If you are not on a big road trip, you do not need car there at all. Loads of nice food everywhere there, prices from cheap to expensive. Nice area to eat in the evening is around Kadirga Park and Kumkapi, less than a km easy walk.

Excellent hotel in a prime location—just a 5-minute walk from the Sultan Ahmet Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The terrace offered stunning views, and the breakfast buffet was both delicious and satisfying. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul

All the staff were extremely kind and so pleasant to talk to. All of them went out of their way to make us feel welcome, give us tips and directions, help us park, and just be kind humans. Our room was cute and cozy, the beds were comfortable, and breakfast was quite nice - a typical Turkish spread. The hotel is located within just 5 minutes walk from the Blue mosque and the metro station - it's super easy to reach any other part of the city, also because public transportation is quite well organized.

I can't complain about anything.
