Perfect experience for the whole week! We stayed at this hotel for a week and were very satisfied. The hotel is well-maintained, clean, and very well organized. They changed the linens and towels every day and ensured everything was spotless. We always had fresh water, coffee, and tea available. The rooms are slightly smaller than we expected, but we quickly got used to it, and everything was great. Breakfast is served in a nearby cafe, where you can choose one meal from the menu along with tea or coffee. The staff is incredibly friendly, always greeting us and ready to help. The whole experience deserves a solid 10/10! Highly recommended!

The location of this hotel was outstanding. On a Hill in the Old quarter of town, overlooking the Bosphorus Straits (albeit with some lines of roofs interposed), full of tourists and rug pushers (please note that the word was "rug", pun intended), the "THANK YOU" sits at a corner of this lively but not threatening area whose main attraction is to be placed at a comfortably walking distance from both the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. No small advantage for us, whose sum of ages surpasses three half centuries. The Hotel has been open only a few months. Installartions are sparkling new and appropiately high tech, without off-putting excesses. The attending staff was young, corteous, and seemed to like their work, but had only a poor command of the English language. For us, currently living in Spain, breakfast was unusual but interesting, and very healthy. Attention at breakfast was corteous and friendly, but required a smart phone translator. Our short stay was an altogether pleasant experience, such that we had not experienced for a long time in our of travels.

We have only one suggestion, which is probably unnecessary because it is evidently a result of the newness of the place: You should make more efforts to be able to sustain a conversation with your guests. Travellers always have questions, needs concerns, etc., and you have to be able to accomodate them. Nowadays, having somebody who is fluent in English is probably an important requirement for a hotel operating in a country in which the language is not often spoken internationally.

Fantastic staff right from Berkavat, Rajab, Umer and the cleaning lady. It is a compact plush city hotel with clean and modern facilities, possibly a bit expensive. Provided amenities including toothbrush and slippers. Very close proximity to the heritage sites. Walk for 3-4 minutes and you are outside the Hagia Sophia main entrance. Met the hotel owner on the last day and he was a very humble gentleman, offered and made us Turkish coffee by himself. Please maintain the same high standards. Enjoyed our stay.

As the hotel restaurant was being renovated, breakfast was arranged at a nearby cafe which wasn't a buffet. However, it was a temporary thing and is probably functioning by now.

Hotel was beyond exceptional. Very clean, peaceful and up to date. Staff are marvellous. Helpful and friendly always asking if we needed anything. I’ve stayed at 5* hotels that don’t provide the service that was given to me at this hotel. The standard of hospitality and cleanliness were beyond my expectations. And the location was perfect. The owner even gave us a parting gift on our check out day. They appreciate the guests. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Istanbul. Definitely will recommend this to all my family and friends!!

There was nothing to dislike. Everything was perfect!!

Excellent location, 200 meters to the fountain at the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. At the same time, the hotel is located in an alley and there is no noise from the street and tourists. There is a restaurant Seven Hills nearby - you can go up and take a photo on the roof for free or for a tip and feed the seagulls. Breakfast in the same building on the ground floor. There is an omelet in various variations and other hot snacks that change every day. Everything is delicious. The renovation is fresh. I stayed in a superior suite, on the 4th floor

I would like more hooks and towel hangers. And it would be better to change the plastic hooks to metal. but these are trifles that can be forgiven to the hotel.

Excellent hotel, located in the center of Sultanahmet, just steps away from major attractions, restaurants, and very good public transport links. It is ideal for exploring a city like Istanbul. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and brand new, with the added bonus of a delicious breakfast to start your day. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and fulfilled all our requests. As our room was a bit small for three people, they upgraded us to a suite ! :-)

The location and staff were exceptional! The staff helped us resolve a problem – I contacted them via WhatsApp after an ATM confiscated my card, leaving us without cash, and they helped us order a taxi. They were incredibly supportive throughout our stay. Additionally, they allowed us to check in much earlier than expected and even offered breakfast on the morning we hadn’t paid for. Truly outstanding service!

The room was somewhat compact. On our way to the airport, we ordered a taxi through the hotel (arranged by the receptionist) at a fixed price. However, during the ride, the driver attempted to scam us by asking for additional money on top of the agreed price - a common issue we encountered with taxi drivers in Istanbul. Since the taxi was arranged by the hotel, I was surprised by this situation. I contacted the hotel via WhatsApp and they promptly resolved the issue by contacting the driver. While I appreciate the hotel’s quick response, I believe they should work with more reliable taxi partners in the future.

Breakfast was brilliant, loved the turkish tea and traditional turkish dishes like menemen. Very accommodating staff, we were late to breakfast sometimes after 11am but they let us eat with no fuss at all. Location is 10/10. Legitimately few minutes walk away from The blue mosque, Hagia Sofia, TopKapi palace, Tram, Taxis and bus station, ATMs, restaurants and cafes. Staff were very friendly, informative, helpful with directions and suggestions. They spoke English. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I had a good stay, but one thing I didn’t like was that my room had a locked-off connecting door to another room. It was bolted and had no handles, so it was secure, but it wasn't very soundproof — we could hear the guests next door quite clearly, and I'm sure they could hear us too. It didn’t feel 100% private at times, especially if you wanted a bit more... freedom to enjoy yourselves without worrying about being overheard.

I stayed at Thank You Hotel in Sultanahmet, Istanbul with my mom for four nights, and it was honestly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. Everything was so comfortable and easy, and if I ever visit Istanbul again, I would definitely stay there a second time. First of all, the cleanliness was amazing. The rooms, the bathroom, the lobby everything was extremely clean and well taken care of. The location couldn’t have been better. It’s in the heart of Sultanahmet, so we were literally walking distance from all the major landmarks: Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, Topkapi Palace, the Hippodrome, Gülhane Park, and even the Grand Bazaar and Spice Bazaar weren’t far. The tram stop was just around the corner, so it was super easy to get around. There were also so many great restaurants and little spots to eat nearby. One thing I really appreciated was how safe we felt. It was just me and my mom traveling, and we felt completely comfortable the whole time. There were tourist police around the area all the time, and the hotel itself had a very calm, secure vibe. The breakfast was also really good. Every morning we had a fresh and tasty selection of food plenty of options and everything was well prepared. And the service was honestly one of the best parts. The staff were so kind and helpful. They let us check in early without any problem, and throughout our stay they were always there if we needed anything. They were polite, friendly, and genuinely caring. Overall, I had a really lovely experience and I’d absolutely stay there again.

I had a wonderful stay at “Thank you” hotel in Istanbul. The staff were extremely welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with any request. The room was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making my stay very comfortable. I also appreciated the excellent location, which made it easy to explore the city and access main attractions. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices, and the service was attentive throughout. I also want to thank the reception team for their kindness and efficiency during check-in and check-out. Overall, my experience exceeded expectations, and I would be delighted to return on my next visit to Istanbul. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.
