It's probably the best location you'll get for the price. Not only is it close to where you want to be and all the attractions, it's a 'nice' walk to them. Scenic, 2 mins to arastar bazaar and lots of restaurants and shops in every direction Great balcony as well overlooking the sea, fantastic sunsets Comfortable king size bed, working fridge and decent storage space. Decent shower

Slightly inconvenient having to pay with cash, meant I had to withdraw a lot more lira in one go than I'd have liked - and the maid collects the money, they don't speak English so can be difficult to be on the same page. For example I thought she was asking for a tip because she was pointing at the price and rubbing her hands after already recieving the cash. Instead she was trying to tell me she'll give me some change.... Apart from that not much at all negative. Walls are slightly thin so you may hear your neighbours, especially if they use their bathroom. Not much toiletries are provided and you may go through the shower gell quickly. I suppose beware of mosquitos as well but that isn't specific to the apartment!

The hotel location is very good. The rooms are clean with nice ambience. All facilities are there. The housekeeper, although unable to speak English, was very nice and guided me to my room. I asked, and the housekeeper provided me with disposable slippers. The entryway has a sitting area for you to wait. The stairs are also clean and have small details like automatic air freshner were also noted. The TV is mounted on a gimble so you can adjust. There were no channels we're working on, though, but you can plug in your usb. Kitchen items like kettle, electric stove, and utensils are also there. I did not use the stove, but the kettle was working. Tea & coffee were also provided along with toiletries. Would have loved to meet the host, but She was not present during my time of stay. Make sure to book the seaview side for the view and also has a balcony. The other side view is okay. You can view blue mosque from the window. It is 5-8 minutes walk to the Blue Mosque. From there, you can start your adventure to Hagia Sophia and Topka Palace. The tram station is 12 minutes walk from hotel. From the tram, you can connect to all places like M2 metro station and ship (ferry) stations to visit all places.

There are no specific bad things for this accommodation in this range of price offered at the time of booking.

We arrived around midnight, despite this, we checked in very quickly and easily. The apartment has everything you need, a beautiful view of the Marmara Sea from the balcony. The location is in the very center of the old city, all the sights are a few minutes walk away. There are many shops and restaurants around. Thanks to the hostess for her hospitality and trust!

I didn't have enough of a second blanket, my wife and I are used to covering ourselves with different ones. If we come again, I'll just ask the hostess, I'm sure she won't refuse)

The entire vila was for my group of 3 people and my dog also and we couldn't be happier!!! 🤍 It was close to Migros (supermarket), to all kinds of restaurants, souvenirs, parks, it was heaven 🌈 Near our vila, aprox. 5 steps away there was this hugesecure parking lot, everything was monitored 24/7 Mrs. Aycan was SO AMAZING, she helped us with everything we asked. She is such an awesome person, I had so many questions, she would always respond on Whatsapp. I didn't know how to turn on the TV, so Mrs. Aycan was so nice and immediately came over and showed us. I cannot express my gratitude enough, because whatever I say is not good enough. The only thing I regret is that we didn't reserve the vila for 5 more days. Thank you! We love you!

The appartment is in the center of the city, near the Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque(right at the corner). Parking can be find on the street..they can't assure you a parking lot

It could be repainted because there are some stains on the walls.

The location is perfect, a few blocks from the Blue Mosque, and it's very quiet too. The check in was very simple and the communication was smooth. They had heating and it was at a good temperature. We got toilette paper for the whole stay and a change of towels. Because the stove was missing the first days, they offered to change us to another apartment. We didn't take it as it was smaller, but we appreciated the option.

The stove wasn't in the apartment and it took them a day and a half to solve this. They compensated later on, but it was inconvenient at the beginning.

Location of the property is just perfect, in the heart of Sultan Ahmed, all the main sightseeings are very close that takes 5-10 minutes to walk. Sea view from the balcony is amazing. Everything is clean and tidy. Aycan, the owner of the hotel is excellent lady, very helpful, she is all the time online to support guests, I appreciate it very much. She is very communicable and friendly. Aycan even helped us to solve the issue with Booking taxi. Her staff member Natalia is very nice lady as well, greeted us warmly and explained everything we were interested in. So this hotel is highly recommended. When I visit beautiful Istanbul again I will definitely choose Aycan Apart Hotel with the greatest pleasure ❤️

Everything was PERFECT❤️

The room was basic and the balcony small. But the beds were comfortable, the AC well functioning, there was plenty hot water, the communication with the owner swift and accurate, and the overall comfort satisfying. The value for money is great! There are mini markets and good restaurants outside your doorstep and the area feels safe. The greatest tning though, is the location. You can easily walk (and since Turkish traffic is a nightmare, that's a good thing) to the great market, the blue mosque and Agia Sofia, and if decent shape, also to Taksim and those areas.

It didn't matter to us, but if one likes to cook one's own dinner, that might be a problem as there was only one hot plate.

Perfect location for tourists, everything (blue mosque, sultanhmet square, bazaar, etc...) was just about in walking distance for us A lot of sunlight (but good curtains for middle of the day naps) Clean Strong water pressure, hot water Felt more homey than a hotel, and still someone came to clean and resupply when needed Outlet next to the bed (only on one side, but that was enough for me)

No minuses that were a dealbreaker or very imoortant, just sharing; Would have preferred a full length mirror, or at least something bigger than what was in the bathroom The kitchen was well supllied with basic cooking and eating dishes, but there was no oven and only one stove-top The bathroom was well stocked with soap, towels, etc- but there was lacking a place to put our own toothbrush, toothpaste, things like that We were on the third floor, we had no problem with that (more sun and great view), but theres no elevator so maybe not a good choice for certain guests, so if you dont want a lot of stairs check if the rooms on the first or second floor are available

Amazing location right next to the main sights and plenty of good restaurants nearby. The room was quite spacious, had a little kitchen corner, which was great. The owner and the cleaning lady were both very nice and helpful. We were missing a second blanket and some towels in the room, but those were brought to us within minutes after we asked, which was great. Also this is a dog friendly hotel, very much appreciated.

The rooms do require some renovation and a little more focus should go to cleaning. The owner takes all feedbacks seriously, which is amazing.
