Koray and Merve at reception are very friendly and helpful! I enjoyed talking to them and learning more about Istanbul and Turkey. They made sure I had everything I needed and was comfortable. The price for the room is very reasonable and the room was very comfortable and had a small terrace with views of the Bosphorus. The location is excellent! Just 15 minutes walk to the Blue Mosque and 20 to the Hagia Sophia. I enjoyed hearing the muslim call to prayer during the day and there is a small mosque nearby. You can hear the call to prayer very clearly between those mosques especially. The view from the roof of the hotel of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the Bosphorus is outstanding! There are a lot of restaurants and stores in the area and laundry service too for a small fee. The free breakfast in the restaurant on the top floor was excellent and run by a nice woman who puts out a good selection of breakfast cereal, boiled eggs, toast, coffee and juice. Overall, a very pleasant stay in comfortable, nice hotel with excellent staff!

Sometimes I could hear the guests in the rooms next door and the walls might be a little thin.

Friendly welcome - let us into our room early after an early morning flight. Fabulous room with a terrace overlooking the Bosphorus. Basic, homely furnishings and so close to all the key sites so you can pop back for siestas. Happy to arrange tours which we didn't need but organized airport transfers.Great recommendations for dinner. Simple breakfast on a terrace overlooking the sea. Best description maybe is that you were staying with a friend's distant auntie who had a spare room.

Shower was very small and a bit tired. Air-conditioning again was basic and a bit noisy but that added to the ambience.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for tourists as it is located within 5-10minues walk to the Sultanahmet square. There were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel is also very close to the bay. There was an accessible baywalk, which we enjoyed dolphine watching while fishermen throwing their fishing rods. The hotel was clean. The cleaning lady was visiting our room every day to clean. The linen and towels were always new. My son was very happy when he got his own sofa bed. He was also happy about the bathtub, which he enjoyed a warm bath during the night. I love the Turkish breakfast. It is healthy and always fresh. Our entire stay for 7 days was fantastic.

The shower tub was leaking, so there was a total mess of water on the floor every after taking a bath. I am hoping the hotel will fix the shower partition to avoid water leaks and splashes on the floor.

1: Very nice and supportive receptionist. Communicated very well and didn't ask any questions at the time of check-in. Rather, she directly took us to the room. 2: The hotel receptionist showed us three rooms and gave us the choice to book whatever we like. 3: Spacious room with free baby crib, spacious bathroom with hot water. 4: Perfectly neat and clean. 5: Small kitchen with fridge, microwave, and coffee items. 6: Max 10 minutes of enjoyable walk to nearby tourist attractions like Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. 7: 100% recommended due to staff curtesy and very economic prices.

Excellent location, super convenient if you just need a place to sleep between days of exploring the nearby main attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms and the rooftop breakfast bar have great sunrise views.

Soundproofing is not great, you can hear fellow guests in the surrounding rooms, the elevator is moderately noisy, and the stairs to the rooftop breakfast bar are quite creaky - I didn't mind these too much, but if you're a bad sleeper, consider bringing earplugs for resting well.

Excellent sea view from the breakfast terrace and the roof top, friendly reception and kitchen staff. Great location for jogging in the morning along the Marmara Sea embankment and swimming in the sea!

Local taxi application (BiTaksi) does not precisely determine the location of the hotel probably because of many renovations and reconstructions in the surrounding area

Breakfast was simple but with multiple choices of Turkish cold dishes. The hotel is situated close to the old center but quiet at night. The top breakfast room gave a nice view over the bay and directly to the Blue Mosque and Aya Sofia The staff is very friendly

The room was dark and the garden view was not much of a view. As we were only in the room to sleep this was not a very big issue for us

Not everything in the room was perfect… but it was clean, the service was good and I didn’t came for staying inside 😂 Also the bed was very comfortable 😴 I needed this badly after walking many hours a day visiting.

I stayed in room No 4003 at top floor which has as terrace. The view from the terrace is superb. Staff are very friendly and location is very good. Thanks to the front desk staff for guiding me to see the various places, food and good instruction to go to Airport. Break fast is good.
