We enjoyed our stay here, hotel is pretty clean, we were upgraded the first 2 nights for free to 4th floor with great view. Love the mini fridge and kettle in the room, staff and owner are super helpful. we booked a boat trip via the hotel and staff helped us print our boarding pass. Highly recommend.

The breakfast was good but they served mouldy fruit on the last day of my stay. So Voilin hotel doesn't have breakfast they send you to the hotel next door, I know Voilin hotel has nothing to do with the mouldy fruit but please watch out for the old fruit. It was pretty scary for me coz I am pregnant.

The best place to be in Istanbul. Everything is close , walking distance to every major mark in the city. Location is perfect . The host is wonderful, possitive and will do evrything to help you out . The rooms are clean and well maintained. Newly renovated and modern . For the price i highly recomend staying here , you wont find anything better . Waking up every morning with the lovely view of the Bosphoros and Aegian sea and going to bed with the beat night view of the blue Mosque. I give 10/10 for everything if i could give more i would.

Everything was perfect

I recently stayed at a hotel in Istanbul and had a generally positive experience. The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk to the tram station, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The room was clean and nicely maintained, offering a comfortable stay. However, I was a bit disappointed that the TV wasn’t a smart TV. It didn’t have Netflix or the capability to cast content from my phone, which would have added to the overall comfort. The staff were very nice and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests or questions I had. Their friendliness definitely enhanced my stay. Overall, it was a good experience, and with a few minor upgrades, it could be even better.

Besides the TV and a bit of noise due to the fact they were renovating the terrasse.

The hotel is located 5 minutes from the Sultanahmet Mosque in a quiet area. The hotel is very safe. entry is based on code. Entry to the rooms is by card. It is very clean. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The rooms have air conditioning, fridge, TV and safe. The bathroom has a shower cabin and a hair dryer. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel benefits from parking right in front of the entranceand. I felt very well in this hotel, I recommend it and I will definitely come back. The coffee was delicious. 😉

The hotel is placed on a very calm street. But many restaurants and supermarkets are at 5mins. walk. Sultanahmet mosque is 7 mins. walk. The seashore is 8 mins. walk. Salih was an extraordinary manager. He helped us with all our needs, even taking extra care of our flight scheduling. He managed shuttles from and to the airports at very reasonable prices on luxury vans. AC worked well (heat and cold). The rooms are extremely clean. Wifi stable at around 10MB. Everything was great and clean. Totally recommend. We will be back for sure. Special mention to the exquisite Turkish coffee prepared by Salih.

Not to stay longer.

It's a perfect choice for visiting Istanbul - 10 min walk to the old center, free car parking, newly decorated hotel. The rooms are not very big, but are very cozy and confortabile. We enjoyed our stay, and next time is on our preferred hotel

The tourist train railway is close to the hotel, but is only during the day and it's not disturbing. I understood that the railway station is nearby, which is a big plus for visiting Istanbul. Car access it's a little confusing if you don't know the area and follow the navigation app. Maybe a little access drawing from the owner should be made to avoid entering the crowded streets

The location was perfect - steps away from the Blue Mosque and other Sultanahmet monuments. Tuba was the most accommodating, helpful host. She sorted out all our taxi and food troubles quite cheerfully and efficiently. All in all: Pretty little place- we would definitely recommend.

The view wasn't great, and the three flights of stairs were a bit of a job after a long day of sightseeing. But not a big deal.

Mr. Salih and Ms. Tugba was nice and accommodating. They respond to our queries about places we need to go and visit. The location is great, a quiet neighborhood, and nearby to almost all tourist attractions. A well recommended place to stay.

There was a smell in the room that came from the toilet drainage. Free water should be kept in the room.

Sali was so kind. He even upgraded our room. We arrived very late but still waited for us. He was so accommodating. The hotel was very clean and tidy. Includes basic toiletries, towels and slippers. Lovation was great. Tourist spots were only qalking distance from the hotel. He also kept our bags after check out for safe keeping while we were still in town. You can also book transport through them. Highly recommended!

I really recommend this hotel. It is newly refurbished, beautiful. The most important for us it was clean beoyond our expectations. Every day room was cleaned, towels changed. The bed also very big and comfortable. We stayed 11 nights and we definitely come back there. Thank you so much for hospitality.
