The staff was very friendly, and the location.

The hotel doesn't have a Hotel name on a sign which makes it hard to find, maybe since they just changed their name. Also staff seem to try but for sure you need translation between time and time. One more note as house style hotel hot water seems to run out fast if you get a shower late in the morning

For the first time traveler to Istanbul this is a good place to stay even though it's a 10 minute walk from the closest train which comes only about every 15 or 20 minutes. The next closest train is a very convenient one near the blue mosque. You can walk to most of the most famous Tourist destinations and this is right near the ocean so you can go look at the water or listen to the seagulls. One thing I liked about the hotel was that it was extremely well-maintained and the hot water came on right away which means they're using some kind of circulation system which you don't find in many hotels, not even 5% of them.

They don't allow you to "to do your laundry" in the room but for one pair of underwear and socks they want a €10 to launder them. There is another laundry close by which I didn't try. You might have to search out an option that suits you.

A nice small hotel that's a good value for money place to stay to have your own private room that's comfortable and a private bathroom with decent facilities. It's right near the main tourist area so a 5-10 min walk from Hagia Sophia, Blue mosque, Topkapi palace and Basilica cisterns (which I thought was very cool), but also slightly out the way so quiet. The staff are very friendly and helpful but mostly just let you get on with it so a good place to stay to have a bit of peace for good value.

Possibly the walls are a bit thin, perhaps if there were loud guests staying in the next room it could be annoying but I only noticed this briefly one night. Also being in the tourist district perhaps the restaurants nearby are slightly more expensive than other areas but not bad still and overall a great location.

Great location easy access to city center ,grand bazaar, sea side and Aksaray area.I was impressed about the hotel facilities which has exceeded my expectations.The location of the hotel is in very quite area and has a sea side view from the top. I would like to thank the staff members for being friendly and helpful especially Mr Yasin. I would utterly recommend it to anyone who is planning to visit Istanbul. The stay in this establishment was great. The staff were friendly and very cordial. During the 13 days I spent there, my room was cleaned and aired every day, even though it was on the ground floor. Ramazan and Yacin were attentive to all my requests. Despite the proximity of the Marmaray tracks, it wasn't at all disturbing. WIFI is impeccable. Many thanks for everything. I'll definitely be back.

For a long stay, the towel is not changed automatically. You have to ask to change it. Apart from that, everything's fine

Excellent location. Near Blue Mosque 🕌 and Hagia Sophia. Also near Little Aya Sofya. Terrace was excellent. Great view. Comfortable room. Friendly host. Super customer service. I ate at the nearby Ortaklar restaurant, and shopped at SOK supermarket. LOCATION was great so I liked this hotel.

When it rained, some water went inside. However, the owner, Yasin, was very helpful. He fixed the problem. He cleaned up well. He was very helpful.

Perfect location, main attractions reachable on foot. But the street itself is very quiet, the only sound — early morning prayers from mosques nearby. Very clean and new hotel , staff is friendly and helpful, we were given even better rooms than booked . Lovely view from terrace - on Blue Mosque and Bosfor Hotel is 4 storeys without elevator — if you have heavy baggage it will be tricky to carry up /down from steep steps(our room was on ground floor though) Breakfasts and kitchen not available, but many cafes in the area . Kettle , tea, water available in hall for a small fee.

The place was just everything I was expecting: clean, comfortable, very close to the main landmarks and sites, and with many restaurants in the area. The staff were all lovely and willing to help, especially when looking for fun activities to do and taxis to be booked. I can't thank Yasın and his cousin enough, and I'd definitely choose this place if I ever visit Istanbul again.

The Bosporus view from my room with balcony was amazing and I definitly recommend staying at this hotel, because of the close location to Sultan Ahmed Mosque and metro station Cankurtaran, it's very clean and calm. Also did I feel very well taken of by the personnel Yasin and Ramazan, who are very friendly and helpful. When coming to Istanbul next time, I would love to stay there again.

This was a great stay overall. I thought the location was great, the facilities and room were very clean and the hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. I was very comfortable there. I found the hotel and area to be very quiet and peaceful all while being a short walk to the sites, restaurants, the sea and public transportation. There is also a rooftop terrace with wonderful views and a peaceful place to be.
