We are a family with 3kids, stayed there for 4 nights. We liked the location - so very closed to the old part of the town + in an quite area & safe neighborhood. The host does not speak English very well, but it was enough the get the necessary information. We had 2 rooms & one bathroom - not large, but comfortable -> a good value value for money. We liked the tea provided; the WiFi was very good - now problems at any given times. We appreciated a lot also the fact that we were allowed to leave the car some extra hours after the check-out with no additional cost. Overall - it was a very nice experience, a place that we would recommend to anyone. Thanks a lot for the hospitality!

Very comfortable and large bed in a spacious room. Room 5 looked out onto another building. The large window allowed us to regulate the room temperature well, but there were people walking outside the window, which reduced privacy. The fridge and stove top allowed simple cooking eg boiling eggs.

The room had a kitchen, but the owner doesn’t allow cooking in the room, which reduced our ability to reduce meal costs. The location is great for walking to some of the major attractions, such as Topkapi palace, the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, but the local restaurants are over priced and poor quality. The owner seems like a reluctant host.

Large room with comfortable bed, good wifi and hot shower with good water pressure. This location is a 12 minute walk to Sultanahmet Square other sites, but closer to restautants, shopping and bars, and about a 10 minute walk to the T6/U3 train station. The room had a kettle, fridge and tea. Overall the area was quiet, especially at night. Umbrellas are offered at the front desk area. There is are minimarts and coffee very close by.

Of note, there is no elevator, so depending on which floor you are on, you may need to hike up stairs. We were on the first floor, so only 1 flight. Also, the front desk is not staffed much of the day, so most communication happens through Whatsapp or Booking messages -- this was no problem for us.

We are backpacking round the world, and this bed was the most comfortable of our trip by far to date!! Great after a long day of walking istanbul. The aircon is great too. Location is good The host whilst not around generally (it's an Airbnb not a hotel) was very responsive over whatsapp which was great Shower was good too

Needs blackout blinds ideally Wasn't clean - hadn't been inspected properly - our kettle had water and an old tea bag in it. Under the bed hadn't been cleaned in months, and some random hairs in bathroom at check in. Mixed feelings as the bed was great and we had a good night's sleep!

Perfect location, walkable distance to all major places of interest, while also very close to the sea, lots of good restaurants nearby. There's also a big playground/park area alone the sea, about just 3-5 min walk, our kid enjoyed it every morning during out stay.

The noise of the toilet is on a level of its own, I've never heard such loud noise from a toilet in my life! If you flush it and wash your hands next to it, it's almost to the point unbearable. But if you close all the doors, it's totally fine in the rooms. So it's not a very big deal, just found it funny.

The place is situated at about 10 minutes walk to the Blue Mosque and Ayasofya. It's perfect for a touristic visit of the city. The apartment we stayed in (2 bedrooms and a large living room) is spacious and calm, in the inner courtyard, never disturbed by any noise from the neighbors, except the seagulls and the muezzin calls. It was perfect and quite comfortable for our group of three people who prefer to sleep in separate rooms. The staff was very helpful.

The shower needs some minor repairs.

Location close to Sultanhamed square, the hotel is quiet and easy to reach from everywhere.

I suggest to change the plastic/paper caffe cups to ceramic/glass cups. Caffe bags were only available for the first day.

10/10. The room was great, you have a lot of space and it was very clean. Bathroom also very clean, spacious, strong water pressure and no bad smells at all. The street is very quiet, and you are very close to the main atractions, 8 min walking to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, or 30 min to Galata Bridge. You have secure parking in front of the hotel, 10 eur/night. The host is very nice, willing to help with anything. Overall, it's beyond expectations. We will come back, for sure :)

The place is central and near restaurants + mosques. Good enough for a stay in Istanbul. WiFi worked fine. Clean enough place. You can get the istanbulkart physical card to be able to use the tram going around Istanbul. "Fish Home restaurant" nearby has great food especially shrimp. "Turgut" restaurant has nice chicken kebab wrap. "Just Bar" for cheap drinks.

Nothing much but the window blinds aren't fully covering the place so maybe better curtain would be helpful. The transfer service they're offering can be cheaper. They offered 50€ to SAW airport. We turned it down. You can just download Bitaksi app and the price is only 20€ to the airport. And just a small suggestion that others might appreciate too: maybe having a microwave will be helpful for many. Thanks! Aside from that, everything is great. Would stay there again!

Very good location for the main attractions, cafes and restaurants. Close to the tram station. Easy walk to the seafront. Quiet at night. Spacious room, clean and comfortable. Very quiet and efficient AC Unit.

We had to ask for our bathroom bin to be emptied and a cover for the duvet, but these were minor issues.
