The best thing about this hotel is the staff and especially hotel manager Rasul! We had an issue with our original room (blocked shower drain) and he offered a free room upgrade. He was also very helpful during the entire stay. The hotel itself was also quite nice. I also liked the breakfast which had different hot foods selection every day. There's also a nice terrace where you can enjoy Bosphorus views! The hotel is also quite close to all main sights like Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque

It was a bit difficult to go up the stairs every day for our parents, since there was no elevator. And also the sound proofing is not good, so make sure to take earplugs with you.

I booked this wonderful accommodation right on the Bosphorus quite spontaneously and was warmly welcomed by Mr. Yusuf directly on the phone. He had already asked me over the phone what my wishes were so that he could allocate me a room that would be suitable for my comfort. I was also given detailed directions. When I arrived at the hotel, I was amazed at the central location, the modern interior and the hygiene. In the morning, I could already see the source of this: The team has an incredibly good work structure that has planned everything through to the daily cleaning of the door handles (!). Ms. Nihal prepares the breakfast buffet in such a way that you feel right at home. Every guest is greeted by her personally and receives an introduction to Turkish culinary cuisine. The delicacies in the buffet are extremely varied, which is why it is impossible to try everything. As soon as you need something, Mr. Deniz comes over immediately and fulfils every wish of a guest. I am amazed at the language skills of the team, who greeted guests in at least 6 languages in my presence alone. The hotel is within walking distance of all the main spots and offers an oasis of relaxation with its beautiful view directly on the sea 7/24. I was more than satisfied, which is why I spontaneously extended my stay on the spot. I would like to thank the entire team for their warm and very professional service and will be back soon.

The perfect place to stay in Istanbul, if you want to visit the Old Town, but you can catch the tram or go for a walk. The room was cozy and comfortable, we had tea, coffee and water as compliment. The breakfast was delicious, with many options and variety of drinks and bread, fruits and vegetables, and also desserts. It was and one of the best I have had when staying at a hotel or guest house. The staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. They can not only provide information about city tours, but also do the organisation for you, for example boat trip to the Bosphorus. Definitely would come back!

The hotel is exceptionally clean and modern, with a perfect location just a 5-minute walk from Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. The staff were always friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms were cleaned daily, which added to the overall comfort. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and enjoying it with a stunning sea view was a highlight of the experience.

Be prepared that you might get a room without a view (ours faced a gray wall). The neighbors below were smoking, and whenever we had the window open, the smell of cigarettes would fill our room.

Everything was great. The staff was awesome and very helpful. They helped us with booking the Bosphorus cruise. The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel is located very closet to the main attractions. The hotel has a parking spot, but it's not a fixed one, so we had to leave our keys at the reception. However, no incident happened. The breakfast was very good and the turkish chai was awesome. It we come back to Istanbul, we will surely stay at the same hotel.

We stayed at the ground floor and the room on top of ours had a very noisy floor and we could hear every step of the guests above.. It was pretty upsetting, especially during the night, but the stay was so great that we did not consider this a minus (too much).

Fantastic hotel set in a marvelous location right in the centre of Sultanahmet. As previous reviews have stated everything is in walking distance and so easy to get around. Restaurants and supermarkets are virtually on your doorstep, yet somehow the hotel is away from the hustle and bustle and extremely quiet. Wonderful breakfast buffet which changes every day, spotlessly clean rooms and incredibly friendly and helpful staff.

The rooms are a bit on the small side, but very well equipped. Also not entirely soundproof as we could hear the lady below us whenever she coughed.
