The best thing about this hotel is the staff and especially hotel manager Rasul! We had an issue with our original room (blocked shower drain) and he offered a free room upgrade. He was also very helpful during the entire stay. The hotel itself was also quite nice. I also liked the breakfast which had different hot foods selection every day. There's also a nice terrace where you can enjoy Bosphorus views! The hotel is also quite close to all main sights like Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque

It was a bit difficult to go up the stairs every day for our parents, since there was no elevator. And also the sound proofing is not good, so make sure to take earplugs with you.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and modern, with a perfect location just a 5-minute walk from Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. The staff were always friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms were cleaned daily, which added to the overall comfort. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and enjoying it with a stunning sea view was a highlight of the experience.

Be prepared that you might get a room without a view (ours faced a gray wall). The neighbors below were smoking, and whenever we had the window open, the smell of cigarettes would fill our room.

Everything was great. The staff was awesome and very helpful. They helped us with booking the Bosphorus cruise. The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel is located very closet to the main attractions. The hotel has a parking spot, but it's not a fixed one, so we had to leave our keys at the reception. However, no incident happened. The breakfast was very good and the turkish chai was awesome. It we come back to Istanbul, we will surely stay at the same hotel.

We stayed at the ground floor and the room on top of ours had a very noisy floor and we could hear every step of the guests above.. It was pretty upsetting, especially during the night, but the stay was so great that we did not consider this a minus (too much).

Fantastic hotel set in a marvelous location right in the centre of Sultanahmet. As previous reviews have stated everything is in walking distance and so easy to get around. Restaurants and supermarkets are virtually on your doorstep, yet somehow the hotel is away from the hustle and bustle and extremely quiet. Wonderful breakfast buffet which changes every day, spotlessly clean rooms and incredibly friendly and helpful staff.

The rooms are a bit on the small side, but very well equipped. Also not entirely soundproof as we could hear the lady below us whenever she coughed.

The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, ensuring great rest after long days of exploring. Breakfast was another highlight—delicious and varied, with plenty of options to start the day right. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. It’s a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and exceptional service.

Accommodation located in the Old Town sultanahmet area, has the unique advantage of combining the sea front access in front part of hotel and the old city narrow paths direct getaway that allows you to walk up to Blue mosque and Hagia Sofia in 10 m., through small roads full of local restaurants ,bazaars and traditional stores. Catch hotel is a nicely constracted architectural remake of the old days neighbourhood atmosphere.

Due to the fact that the whole construction and flooring are wooden , noises from upper floor could be noticed.

Staying at this hotel was a pleasure. Its staff welcomed us warmly and were ready to help us, the reception guy Metehan Sevim patiently explained everything we asked while Nazmi escorting us to the room and took care of parking of our car. I highly recommend this hotel

Catch Hotel was an excellent choice for accommodation in Istanbul. The hotel's location is outstanding for exploring the city, with most major attractions within walking distance, which is a huge plus. The rooms were exceptionally clean and, as far as I noticed, cleaned daily, so there are no complaints in terms of cleanliness. The staff also significantly enhanced the overall experience. Everyone at the reception was always extremely kind, smiling, and ready to help. I have to specifically mention the breakfast, which was excellent and varied, and the lady who manages the breakfast area, who always had a smile on her face. Her kindness and politeness really improved the overall impression.

The only negative point I have to mention is the photos on the booking site, which show a basement room with a small outdoor terrace. However, that room is the only one like that—other basement rooms are different and most only have a small window. We were initially given a room that was damp and smelled of moisture, but the staff immediately changed our room and later left us a basket of fruit and snacks as an apology, which was a very nice and thoughtful gesture from the hotel. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
