The location itself is amazing, all the main sights are walking distance from the hotel, you also have public transport near by and many restaurants. They serve something different for breakfast every day. The owner is very kind. They renovated the bathroom. Great value for money!

Keep in mind that railway is located near by. Also, if you pay via booking, make sure to have the evidence because on the check in, the receptionist wanted me to pay the full amount for our stay, even though I explained and showed him I have already paid via Booking. This made the first day unpleasant, but then they were really kind for the rest of our stay.

The room was very spacious (bedroom, living area, our own private hamam). We had views of the sea and our own living area. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good although we had to go next door for this. The staff were wonderful and the owner went out of his way to help us.

Work was being done on the stairs and there were coverings on the carpet. This didn't bother us.

Staff (and the owner) where super nice. Help with everything I asked for, including adapters, directions, touristy stuff, reaching out to taxi, etc.... Also moved my parents to the next door hotel owned by the same people, when they did not like the noise in the room Breakfast was great. Location was superb.

Room location for parent faced railroad. Did not bother me, but it was an issue for parents.

The location is more than Amazing, Romantic Place , excellent choice for honeymoon, it is located near to SultanAhmed Mosque and Metro and all facilities around, a huge no. Of Restaurants and Hotels in the Area

The Room Area is very small , but it wasn't a problem as we are all the time outside travelling The Breakfast starts 8:30 , and we had trips and time plan starts 8:00

The hotel has a really nice location, very close to all the attractions we wanted to see! We got such good help from the staff with the taxis, restaurants recommendations, directions to places etc. They gave us bottles of water too, since tap water isn’t drinkable there. As for the breakfast, we enjoyed it even more because of the beautiful view up there!

The location, just off the touristic streets of Sultanahmet, calm and convenient for reaching big part of the old city; the room, basic but comfortable, was serviced every day (bed made, change of towels,...) and the reason why I booked it: the view from the window. From our room, at the back of the building, you could see the few last buildings at the edge of the quarter, the open Sea of Marmara, the mouth of the Bosphorus and part of the Anatolian side of the city. You could enjoy that, magnified, every morning, at the breakfast room on the top of the building, The staff (Naweet, Iunnis and Aziz) were kind and attentive: the shower in our room was leaking, and as soon as another room with sea view was free, they moved us there.

It's an old building, with no lift. Naweet very kindly took our big luggage up; but, it's not a place for people with serious mobility issues. Since it's a hotel with no bar I would have appreciated a kettle and water in the room, giving you the option for a hot drink in the evening. An improvement for breakfast would be to have also hot milk. And a warning, in the back there is a small mosque so better take ear plugs for the 5 am prayers!

Breakfast was really good buffet something for everyone with a nice view on the terrace with the sea and blue mosque. The hotel rooms are decent, beds are comfortable, bedding is clean.

No mirror in the room and no bin in the room

Everything was great! The view from my room was excellent. Breakfast view was awesome as well and the location is just perfect for anyone who needs to be in the very center of Istanbul. Recommended.
