I wanted to make a nice memorial for my family (first time visit) and I'm glad I did. Everything was wonderful. The location of the hotel is close to the city and tourist centers as well as restaurants. Very polite and kind staff (special thanks to the lady who made a special cake for my niece). Hotel reception is very helpful and responsible. Very good and varied breakfast.

We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, just a 5-10 minute walk to Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, the Basilica Cistern, and the nearest tram station. The breakfast provided was quite good, and there are many excellent restaurants nearby. The hotel staff are excellent. The hotel also offers airport shuttle services for a fee and provides helpful information on various tour companies offering different excursions in and around Istanbul.

During our stay, we were delighted to find a delightful array of Turkish culinary delights awaiting us each morning. From freshly prepared meals to an assortment of cheeses, olives, and crisp vegetables, accompanied by a selection of bread and an array of jams, the breakfast spread was both lavish and meticulously presented. Additionally, the provision of tea and coffee, complemented by cookies and delectable baklava or cake available around the clock, ensured our cravings were always satisfied. We were particularly impressed by the attentive service provided by Gokhan, a member of the hotel staff, whose unwavering hospitality and helpful suggestions enhanced our experience. Gokhan not only prioritized our safety but also offered valuable recommendations for exploring Istanbul economically. Our excursions, including a memorable dinner cruise and a full-day tour that took us to the ancient city of Troy, were impeccably organized and offered excellent value for money. We are immensely grateful to Gokhan for his exceptional support, and we look forward to returning to this hotel, which truly felt like a home away from home during our stay in Istanbul.

The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is good, and the staff is friendly.

I did not like the way they take advantage of guests when it comes to taxi transfers. For the airport-to-hotel transfer, they charge a fixed rate of 55 euros, and for the hotel-to-airport transfer, they charge 35 euros, pre-arranged with the taxi driver. When I arrived at the airport, the taximeter showed around 25 euros, and when I asked the driver why I was being charged extra, he said it was already agreed upon with the hotel. I find this unfair, especially considering the issues with scam taxi drivers in Istanbul.

Very friendly staff who always tried to help you. Clean and comfy rooms with good heating and conditioning. It was nice that the towels were replaced every day even if it was not necessary. Free coffee and tea were available daily in the lobby.

Patio was not prepared for stay (patio furniture was dirty). There could be more choice of hot dishes at breakfast. Every day there was only scrambled eggs and sometimes hard-boiled eggs. There were some problems with the door lock, but it was solved on the next day. I would not blindly trust all the administrator recommendations, where to go to eat or which Bosporus boat tour to take (just google first and in most cases you can find better prices).

Perfect location for the old city, hagia sophia and blue mosque, although that implies the surroundings are directed at tourists with all that entails. The hotel itself is fantastic. My room was large and clean and the bathroom was excellent with a good shower, also clean. Breakfast was very tasty with a selection of local food. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The immediate surroundings are aimed entirely at tourists so you will be hassled by restaurants going to and from the hotel. That probably cannot be helped though, given its location.

What a lovely stay!! The hotel is in the perfect location to see all Istanbul has to offer and the staff are the loveliest, friendliest bunch who welcome you back from your day out with such warmth. It makes the perfect home base for exploring, has a great differing breakfast spread every morning and is overall a great spot!

With it being in the old town, the building is a little old so there isn’t much sound proofing, but this isn’t a big problem at all as we found our neighbours to be super respectful! Not a dislike, just a comment to be aware of! 😄

The hotel was very well located, with many restaurants around it and within walking distance from Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The staff were very friendly as well. The hotel offers coffee, tea and cake the whole, which was a nice treat when coming back after a full day of sightseeing. The rooms were spacious and everything was clean. Everything was great and it was a very pleasant stay. The breakfast spread was also good, with various food options.

The bathroom was a bit old and the doors were quite loud, so that we could hear when the other guests were entering/leaving their rooms.

Travelling alone in November the hotel was perfect for my needs. It's close to the main sights and the T1 tramline, It was calm and peaceful and the area was quiet at night but with plenty of eating options available on the doorsteps. Being able to wander around the major sights which are beautifully lit up at night without tripping over tourists everywhere was a lovely way to end some very full and busy days. My room was bigger than expected and very comfortable. The staff were helpful and the breakfasts were great.

Great stay for our family (including 2 babies under 2yo). Central location near main landmarks, lots of restaurants around and also small supermarket almost next door. Easy to move around by public tram. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We got a crib ("next to me" style) for our smallest baby, which was a great addition. The breakfast was excellent, included lots of local options, and also eggs, cheeses, fruits, cereals, delicious bread and fresh pastries/cookies.
