Our third visit to Istanbul and this was by far the best hotel and staff. Young gentleman Sukur and the manager (Mehmet) were very accommodating, me and my husband came in the month of Ramadan and although the hotel doesn't usually cater for suhoor (4am breakfast) as usual hours are 8-10am, they were very kind and prepared this for us. We requested other products the hotel didn't provide and they would be kind enough to pick these things up from other shops and bring them to our room, free of charge. Extremely pleasant and hospitable, the staff went the extra mile to look after us. Hotel room was a very good size with lovely Ottoman inspired decor, very comfortable with gorgeous view of the blue mosque and sea from the terrace room, breakfast area also had a beautiful terrace and view. Location is perfect adjacent to blue mosque, Hagia Sophia and the Arasta bazaar is a minutes walk away. We will definitely recommend to all family and friends who will be visiting soon.

Location could not better, it is in the middle of restaurant street, and nearby two main mosques. You could walk anywhere by foot, or take a tram with stop being 7 minutes away. Hotel and room itself is very simple but clean, has everything what you would need for a stay. Coffee and tea and some sweets are available all the time, staff is very helpful with all the questions you would have. Breakfast location is amazing, upper floor terace. Food is simple, but it is enough for the start of the day.

If you are very light sleeper, the sounds from the restaurant streets until 12am could bother you, or the prayer invitation from mosques. But for us it wasn't any issue, because after long day you just fell asleep very quickly :)))

Amazing hotel just in the heart of Istanbul! 5 min walk till Ayasofia Camii and Blue Mosque. I can not imagine better location. No tram noise but very close to tram station (7 min). Absolutely gorgeous and kind owner of the hotel who tries his best for every guest! Nice guys at reception and manager, feeling like second home !! Also very nice breakfast with wide choose: omelette, eggs, yogurts, fruits, cakes and so on. I indeed recommend this hotel and thanks again to everyone for beautiful memories !!

The hotel is located a few minutes from the Blue Mosque and is a good "base" for walking around all the famous sights in Fatih. The room was clean and if you book "Deluxe Family Room" you will certainly be satisfied. All staff are professional and friendly with the right amount of flair. I appreciate the two very hard working ladies who made sure the breakfast was delicious every day. It would have been nice if I could have stayed longer...

Inflation is still too high throughout Turkey. Unfortunately, prices have more than doubled in just a few years. At this rate, it will soon be more expensive there than in Norway. What effect will this have on tourism?

The staff is extremely helpful even when they couldn't understand us properly due to language differences, they tried their best to communicate with us. Further the location which is a few minutes walk to Sultanahmet square is excellent and the view from the terrace during breakfast was a welcome surprise. To sum it up, it was a really good stay for a few days in Istanbul.

Although this is not the fault of the hotel, people with light sleep could be disturbed sometimes from the noise in the street which is a side effect of the hotel being in a central location with many restaurants nearby which are open until late in the night.

Excellent location, just behind Blue Mosque. Amazing breakfasts upstairs on the terrace, with fabulous view over Bosporus. Endless tea/coffee & cake in reception area, in warm comfy sitting area. Helpful, friendly staff. Great restaurant across the road - Turgot Istanbul was cold and wet when we visited in December, but heating in the hotel & room was very good.

The room was quite small & a bit dark, not well lit. No view. Noisy fan in bathroom.

The location is just brilliant, super convenient for both visitors with or without a car. Super close to public transportation, parking available as well. Great restaurants around, all the key sightseeing around at a walking distance or by a convenient transport. Super nice and warm owners of the hotel, the staff was kind and gentle, and always ready to support. We had traditional tea and coffee at the lobby at our disposal as well, the breakfast was great and with a splendid view.

There were some of the facilities inside which could be improved, such as the hairdresser in one of the rooms, where out of 2 neither was working. The repair works were done quite badly but I guess that soon it is going to be refurbished again. The toilet in one of the rooms was very tiny and inconvenient.

Great location in the old city (Sirkeci), 10 minutes walking distance to Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The rooms were sparkling clean with daily cleaning, good breakfast buffet and polite staff.

With some hotel staff communicating in English was a bit difficult but they were making an effort to understand and solve the query. It would be great if the towels were better quality.

The location is great, very close to the blue mosque and other major attractions. A lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The owner s aunt went out of the way to make our stay more comfortable. A great place to experience Turkey hospitality. The breakfast room on the top floor has great views.

Very nice hotel near Sultanahmet, clean and comfortable. Bottles of water, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner every single day, even a toothbrush and slippers, tea, coffee, sweets for free all day long, good and complete breakfast, something to eat for everyone and a wonderful view from the roof terrace. The room was very well heated during the cold days in February. There is also air conditioning. All the staff working there are nice friendly people, eager to help with anything we needed. I highly recommend. Thank you.

The bathroom was a bit smelly but nothing very disturbing.
