Staff is highly cooperative. Especially Necip and others. They helped us during our tours. Breakfast is good. Chef is very nice he tried to serve you whatever you ask for. Hotel is nice with everything at walking distance. Hotel has elevator. They stored our luggage for 2 days without any charges.

Elevator should have fan or AC.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Seraglio Hotel & Suites in Istanbul, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with exceptional service. The front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the city, offering great suggestions for local attractions and dining. There was 7 of us in total and the hotel offered an Annex suite for my parents and three brothers and an upgraded double room for myself and my wife in the building opposite. The rooms were beautifully decorated, modern, and incredibly comfortable, with stunning views of the city. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of sightseeing. I also loved the amenities provided—everything from high-quality toiletries to complimentary coffee and tea. The hotel’s location is perfect! It’s situated in a prime area, making it easy to access iconic landmarks such as the Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and the Grand Bazaar. Plus, there are plenty of cafes, shops, and restaurants nearby, so it’s very convenient. There was an impressive breakfast spread with Turkish specialties, and the atmosphere in the dining area was always pleasant and relaxed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a hotel in Istanbul that offers great comfort, exceptional service, and a prime location, Seraglio Hotel & Suites is the place to be!

The family suite we were given was spacious and very roomy. It exceeded our expectation. The rooms were super clean and the cleaner(s) did a superb job of cleaning the rooms to a high standard daily, and changing bedding and towels daily. I loved that each time we came back to our rooms a pleasant, clean scent greeted us and the rooms were super tidy and clean. The staff at reception and in the kitchen (breakfast) were always super nice, welcoming, friendly and helpful. The terrace with SuItan Ahmed views on one side & the sea on the other, was a treat! This is where we had breakfast and where we spent a lot of evenings, just chilling after a long day out. While the breakfast was good and quite diverse, it could become somewhat repetitive, and it’s the only reason I didn’t give the hotel 10/10. Still, it was quite decent for the price. Overall, would highly recommend this hotel and am already re-booking a room there for my next holiday.

We recently spent 9 unforgettable days at Hotel Seraglio in Istanbul, and it was an experience that exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived very late at night, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff waited for us and ensured a smooth check-in process, making us feel immediately welcomed and comfortable. Our accommodation was a magnificent 3-bedroom apartment suite, complete with a kitchen, lounge-dining room, and two spacious bathrooms. The suite was immaculately clean, beautifully furnished, and provided all the amenities we could possibly need. Having a dishwasher and washing machine was really useful with children. It truly felt like a home away from home. Throughout our stay, the hotel staff went above and beyond to look after us. They offered invaluable advice on the best places to visit and the local attractions to watch out for, helping us make the most of our time in Istanbul. Their recommendations were spot-on, enhancing our overall experience. The hotel's location is another highlight. Situated near the heart of Istanbul, it was conveniently close to major landmarks such as the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Topkapi Palace as well as the sea front. This made exploring the city incredibly easy and convenient. Despite being so central, the hotel offered a peaceful retreat from the bustling city life. The service at Hotel Seraglio was consistently outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist us with any requests or questions. Their genuine care and attention to detail made our stay truly special. Nacip was especially helpful. In conclusion, our stay at Hotel Seraglio was exceptional in every way. The comfortable and luxurious suite, the prime location, and the remarkable service combined to create an unforgettable experience. Nothing, it was all good

Nice and clean hotel, very delicious breakfast, very good baklava each morning, the staff is very friendly and always helps in any questions if they can. A big bottle of water renewed each day.

Mostly everything is great, but some things to improve: A single big mattress on a double bed is really preferable than 2 single mattress. Maybe bathroom needs a bit of redesign. The coffee machine also needs replacement for a newer and better one. It said that room has sound isolation, but it did not help: we woke up each morning because of adhan and chairs moving in the restaurant.

It was exceptional. From the point when we arrived the staff were welcoming, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. It was very clean, we had fresh towels and bottled water every day. Breakfast was served on the roof terrace with views of the Blue Mosque and out over the Bosphorus. It was fabulous with a selection of cereals, pastries yoghurt etc., plus there was a chef on hand to boil eggs, scramble them or cook you an omelette of your choice. The location is ideal with many of the tourist attractions within walking distance. At the end of a day’s sightseeing you can sit and relax in the hotel bar served by attentive staff and you can eat in if you wish.
