Staff is highly cooperative. Especially Necip and others. They helped us during our tours. Breakfast is good. Chef is very nice he tried to serve you whatever you ask for. Hotel is nice with everything at walking distance. Hotel has elevator. They stored our luggage for 2 days without any charges.

Elevator should have fan or AC.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Seraglio Hotel & Suites in Istanbul, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with exceptional service. The front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the city, offering great suggestions for local attractions and dining. There was 7 of us in total and the hotel offered an Annex suite for my parents and three brothers and an upgraded double room for myself and my wife in the building opposite. The rooms were beautifully decorated, modern, and incredibly comfortable, with stunning views of the city. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of sightseeing. I also loved the amenities provided—everything from high-quality toiletries to complimentary coffee and tea. The hotel’s location is perfect! It’s situated in a prime area, making it easy to access iconic landmarks such as the Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and the Grand Bazaar. Plus, there are plenty of cafes, shops, and restaurants nearby, so it’s very convenient. There was an impressive breakfast spread with Turkish specialties, and the atmosphere in the dining area was always pleasant and relaxed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a hotel in Istanbul that offers great comfort, exceptional service, and a prime location, Seraglio Hotel & Suites is the place to be!

very comfortable rooms and great toilet and shower facilities. cleaning was great too and always up to a high standard. good breakfast selection and staff were always there to help when we needed it any time of the day . location was also good as it was near all the main tourist attractions and food places.

A great hotel that exceeded my expectations. The rooms were big enough and clean since we had a cleaning crew every day. Very helpful reception and lovely people. Also the breakfast was amazing!!!

Nothing at all

The family suite we were given was spacious and very roomy. It exceeded our expectation. The rooms were super clean and the cleaner(s) did a superb job of cleaning the rooms to a high standard daily, and changing bedding and towels daily. I loved that each time we came back to our rooms a pleasant, clean scent greeted us and the rooms were super tidy and clean. The staff at reception and in the kitchen (breakfast) were always super nice, welcoming, friendly and helpful. The terrace with SuItan Ahmed views on one side & the sea on the other, was a treat! This is where we had breakfast and where we spent a lot of evenings, just chilling after a long day out. While the breakfast was good and quite diverse, it could become somewhat repetitive, and it’s the only reason I didn’t give the hotel 10/10. Still, it was quite decent for the price. Overall, would highly recommend this hotel and am already re-booking a room there for my next holiday.

Absolutely fabulous hotel! The rooms were clean and well prepared. The breakfast was amazing they even make eggs according to your favor. The staff was amazing, I would like to highlight Mr. Kenan, who gave us an introduction about the history of Istanbul and about the tourist sites. He even explained the tourist traps and the way to the sites. But everyone was very kind and helpful. Whenever we had a question they were there to help. I have never experienced such heartwarming and kind welcoming and treatment. Absolutely recommend this hotel! Thanks for the experience!

Excellent stay! Would love to come back again. This was my third time staying at this hotel, and it never disappoints! The room was spacious, clean, and cozy. Housekeeping was done daily, and everything was spotless. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfasts were delicious with a wide variety of options with a great view to the mosque and Bosfor. The location is perfect — close to everything we needed, but still quiet and peaceful. I keep coming back because it truly feels like a home away from home. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and great service!

The hotel was located in the center of old Istanbul within walking distance to the principal tourist attractions. There were restaurants all around. The hotel was well maintained and clean. The manager, Kenyon, and his staff bent over backwards to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. For example, we mentioned one evening that we wanted a simple dinner, and asked if he could make a recommendation. He said, “I’ll make things easy.” He thanked gave us a coupon for a complimentary dinner at the grill connected to the hotel.

There was some construction next door that makes the place look a little junky. But that didn’t affect how great our experience was at Seraglio.
