Clean rooms, gentle people working in there, great food, everything was perfect.

I liked everything.

Location is perfect, you are within a short walking distance of all the major tourist sites. Ample eating establishments are close to hand. The promenade along the Golden Horn is also easily accessible via a short walk from the property. Staff are amazing - the cook (Maria) made a fantastic selection of dishes every morning for breakfast, my kids love their food and they absolutely loved it. Shame they do not offer lunch or dinner, we would have definitely paid for that. The cleaner (Mariya) was very considerate and always willing to help. The hotel was very clean and the rooms cleaned thoroughly. The two chaps on reception, Ali and Omran, were very hospitable and helpful. Communication was great and they were accommodating and thoughtful. They also proved very useful to book tours and give advice. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a very pleasant stay at Paris Garden Istanbul Hotel. The location is excellent— very close to major sights but still quiet enough for a good rest. We had an amazing view to the Blue Mosque. The staff were friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome. One of the highlights was the fresh breakfast, cooked right on the terrace where we ate it, with a lovely sea view—a really nice way to start the day. The room was cleaned daily, the shower had good hot water, and everything was kept tidy and comfortable. We’d happily stay here again.

We think there’s no need to change the towels every single day but overall we have nothing to complain about!

We stayed here for a 6 nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The best thing about this hotel is its location – just 7 to 10 minutes on foot to Sultanahmet Square and the tram stop. Everything you need is close by: restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. Pros: • Amazing location • Clean and tidy rooms • Friendly and welcoming staff Cons: • The room looked better and bigger in the photos than in real life (though maybe we just got an older room) Overall, it’s a good place to stay if you’re looking for something simple and well-located.

The location was perfect, just a few minutes from all the tourist spots Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophhia & Topkapi Palace. The staff especially at the front desk were welcoming, super kind and helpful throughout stay, very much appreciated exceptional service. The Breakfast offered on the terrace is varied and good, and the ladies in charge of both the cooking and cleaning were very hospitable, and the rooms had a lovely interior, immaculate. The rooftop terrace has panoramic views pics added, of the ancient city, Marmara Sea and historical sites, truly was a magical travel experience. Definitely recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay at the Paris Garden Hotel in Istanbul. We were there for one week and booked a room with balcony which was great - big, spacious, comfortable bed and loved the bonus of the cat family that used to come and visit us every morning :) The building has an elevator which is a great plus especially in this area where most similar hotels don’t have one. The staff were also great, always smiling and ready to help us. The location was amazing, a very shory walk from both Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, also from the Basilica Cistern and quite close to the Granz Bazaar as well. It’s filled with restaurants in the area; all we tried were great, but know they are expensive because of the area. For a “normal” price for food we would recommend leaving the centre just a bit - 2,3 tram stations away and you will pay 4-500 liras less for the same great food. It was an overall great stay for us and we would reconsider coming back if we were to visit Istanbul again!

- the room had an odd, stale smell when we checked in; during our week there we left the balcony door open as much as possible and eventually it kinda got better - we decided to stay one more night and we switched rooms to one on the top floor; the sewer smell coming from the bathroom was strong there but these issues can be quite easily fixed

Great position and very friendly staff. Many (touristic) restaurants nearby. One can easily walk to Istanbul's most famous touristic attractions.

- bathroom: aesthetics are fine, but the shower was missing one door(causing a small desaster after each shower), the towel rack was faulty and kept falling down. The worst thing was the lighting (it was really bad and not enough for a bathroom) - the breakfast was a bit disappointing (you get what you pay I guess) - overpriced Airport transfer (but ok if you want a hassle-free service)

Many thanks to Ali and Omran, they were really helpful and attentive. The bed was really confortable, the room was clean, housekeeping made the bed everyday. The view from the terrace is great. Overall it was a nice stay

There was a smell coming from the bathroom, but Ali got it fixed for us, he also fixed the drawer handle. Many thanks to him again The breakfast did not have a great varaity, mostly cheese and the orange juice had a funny taste To whom it may concern, the steps are narrow, but I believe that is the case for most hotels

Location was amazing, so close (5min walk) to the old town (Hagia Sophia/Blue Mosque/Topkapi/Basicila Cistern) but sort of tucked into a back street so it's not loud or super busy. It's not a thoroughfare. We slept really well every night and didn't wake up to the call for prayer in the morning either. The room had some "nice to haves" like a fridge, table and chairs and a wardrobe. It was the perfect spot for a busy few days exploring Istanbul. Breakfast was SO GOOD! Plenty of food and options. We were seriously impressed and looked forward to breakfast each morning. Lots of bread, cheese, scrambled eggs, greens, salads, and other different items every day. We were so grateful for the fuelling breakfast ♥. The staff were super helpful. They organised a shuttle for us from and to the airport. It was 40euro per group each way. Heaps of lunch and dinner options around the area too. Seriously couldn't pick a better spot to explore this part of Istanbul.

We really had an amazing stay. The location was good that we could visit most of the tourist locations easily. The staff were really great. They helped us throughout our stay. One example, for food delivery service they managed to lend a helping hand to make sure we got what we wanted. They are courteous and accommodating. We would like to stay here on our next trip in Turkey. Thank you so much for letting us stay.
