The hotel was a clean environment staff ensured that bedrooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels were also provided daily. The room had a garden which we also enjoyed sitting in. The room had air conditioning in both rooms. The daily breakfast buffet was well prepared and was great, the lady who hosted breakfast was polite and friendly. Staff at the hotel were also friendly and approachable and were able to provide us with advice on where to go in Istanbul which was really helpful as first time visitors to Istanbul. We enjoyed our stay at Paris garden hotel.

Location is perfect, you are within a short walking distance of all the major tourist sites. Ample eating establishments are close to hand. The promenade along the Golden Horn is also easily accessible via a short walk from the property. Staff are amazing - the cook (Maria) made a fantastic selection of dishes every morning for breakfast, my kids love their food and they absolutely loved it. Shame they do not offer lunch or dinner, we would have definitely paid for that. The cleaner (Mariya) was very considerate and always willing to help. The hotel was very clean and the rooms cleaned thoroughly. The two chaps on reception, Ali and Omran, were very hospitable and helpful. Communication was great and they were accommodating and thoughtful. They also proved very useful to book tours and give advice. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a very pleasant stay at Paris Garden Istanbul Hotel. The location is excellent— very close to major sights but still quiet enough for a good rest. We had an amazing view to the Blue Mosque. The staff were friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome. One of the highlights was the fresh breakfast, cooked right on the terrace where we ate it, with a lovely sea view—a really nice way to start the day. The room was cleaned daily, the shower had good hot water, and everything was kept tidy and comfortable. We’d happily stay here again.

We think there’s no need to change the towels every single day but overall we have nothing to complain about!

We stayed here for a 6 nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The best thing about this hotel is its location – just 7 to 10 minutes on foot to Sultanahmet Square and the tram stop. Everything you need is close by: restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. Pros: • Amazing location • Clean and tidy rooms • Friendly and welcoming staff Cons: • The room looked better and bigger in the photos than in real life (though maybe we just got an older room) Overall, it’s a good place to stay if you’re looking for something simple and well-located.

I stayed several days in June. Ali and Orhani at the reception did a good job and were very friendly. The breakfast on the roof top was very good and there was always something new to taste the next morning. The room was cleaned and the cleaning was done every day. The location was perfect to visit the main historical places and close to restaurants. Nice view.

Sometimes a little noisy at night because of the restaurants down the streets, but not every night, and not too late, so not a very big problem.

The location was perfect, just a few minutes from all the tourist spots Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophhia & Topkapi Palace. The staff especially at the front desk were welcoming, super kind and helpful throughout stay, very much appreciated exceptional service. The Breakfast offered on the terrace is varied and good, and the ladies in charge of both the cooking and cleaning were very hospitable, and the rooms had a lovely interior, immaculate. The rooftop terrace has panoramic views pics added, of the ancient city, Marmara Sea and historical sites, truly was a magical travel experience. Definitely recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay at the Paris Garden Hotel in Istanbul. We were there for one week and booked a room with balcony which was great - big, spacious, comfortable bed and loved the bonus of the cat family that used to come and visit us every morning :) The building has an elevator which is a great plus especially in this area where most similar hotels don’t have one. The staff were also great, always smiling and ready to help us. The location was amazing, a very shory walk from both Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, also from the Basilica Cistern and quite close to the Granz Bazaar as well. It’s filled with restaurants in the area; all we tried were great, but know they are expensive because of the area. For a “normal” price for food we would recommend leaving the centre just a bit - 2,3 tram stations away and you will pay 4-500 liras less for the same great food. It was an overall great stay for us and we would reconsider coming back if we were to visit Istanbul again!

- the room had an odd, stale smell when we checked in; during our week there we left the balcony door open as much as possible and eventually it kinda got better - we decided to stay one more night and we switched rooms to one on the top floor; the sewer smell coming from the bathroom was strong there but these issues can be quite easily fixed

The buffet breakfast on the terrace was really nice. WiFi was ok. The location was very close to the main sites which made walking very easy. There is a small elevator.

The room we booked wasn’t available and we were given another one that did not meet our requirements. We noted our disappointment and were then moved to a different room for a few days which we accepted as an even exchange and then to the room we had originally booked.

Many thanks to Ali and Omran, they were really helpful and attentive. The bed was really confortable, the room was clean, housekeeping made the bed everyday. The view from the terrace is great. Overall it was a nice stay

There was a smell coming from the bathroom, but Ali got it fixed for us, he also fixed the drawer handle. Many thanks to him again The breakfast did not have a great varaity, mostly cheese and the orange juice had a funny taste To whom it may concern, the steps are narrow, but I believe that is the case for most hotels
