Our family holiday left us with mixed impressions. We booked a spacious room with a jacuzzi and enjoyed a magnificent view of the Bosphorus. However, using the jacuzzi in the evening was impossible – the hot water simply disappeared, and unfortunately, the hotel staff did not respond to our complaints. Breakfasts were rather disappointing, with very limited options – there wasn’t even any yoghurt. That being said, the hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! All the main attractions are within walking distance, making it a great base for exploring the city.

It is an excellent hotel that we would recommend to anyone who wants to come and stay in Istanbul. He will enjoy his stay in a very central location with all the great monuments right around him. Beautiful building, splendid air of high architecture and design in furniture. The view from the two big windows is greatly nice to the city, Bosporus with ships, Ancient Walls and the gorgeous Lighthouse. Can and Mohamed at the reception are very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is wonderful, genuine with direct service from the kindest employee. The cleaning ladies were very good, they changed towels every day and brought a lot of care products. When we come back to Istanbul, we will stay here! Until then, we will recommend it to anyone who visits the wonderful city

Lovely small traditional hotel right in the centre of the main tourist sites of Istanbul old town. Our room had a view over the Bosphorus where we could watch the dolphins, boats and cruise liners. The rooms are comfortable and have the European aged look which fits with the traditional style. Comfy bed, kettle/tea/coffee, mini fridge and clean. Breakfast was very good with hot buffet, cereals, salads, meats etc. Filled you for the day. All the main attractions are in walking distance. Can and Enes were very helpful in ordering taxis and giving information about the local area.

It's located very close to the attractions! Walking distance to the sultanahmet tram station too and very easy to go to other areas. Staff are very helpful and forthcoming. They even allow us to have early check in and even let us have the breakfast after the long-hauled flights.. a blessings for us with children Airport transfer was pre arranged & very convenient Eat place , Arrasta Bazaar & the attractions are very close to the place. Recommended

I loved everything about this hotel. The location was great (only 3/4 min walk to the blue mosque area), eating places very close by. good choice at breakfast and all yummy! room was lovely and spacious for a family. massive bonus for us was a bath and seperate shower which goes to show how big the bathroom was. cleaned daily with fresh towels etc. staff were very friendly especially the reception staff (day and night reception staff) they were welcoming, friendly and informative and helped us with our questions and queries about the hotel and local area . would not hesitate to visit here again if I return to Istanbul and would recommend to any friends or family if they were travelling to Istanbul too. great job!

Location was outstanding. Walking distance to major siteseeing locations and withing a vibrant restaurant area

Due to the attraction to tourists, value of the room, stores, and dining was less than if we stayed elsewhere. But for pure convenience, hard to top!

Location was convenient and within few minutes of walking distance for many tourist attractions. Breakfast was very good. a lot of variety of items. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Staffs were helpful and courteous.

Room was little small for a family of five. Shower tub and taps in the bathroom needed some maintenance.

The location was the best, just a couple of minutes from Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, and Hagia Sophia. Around 10 minutes walk to Grand Bazar and other attractions, including the tram. Around 5 minutes walk to the Marina. The staff was very helpful and friendly.. Don't expect a beautifully decorated room. However, the bed is super comfy. There are many shops and restaurants around the hotel.

Location is AMAZING! Çan was such a huge help and source of info. The manager also helped arrange my dental appointment at an excellent dentist and there was also an interpreter.

If it had a swimming pool that would have been next level but in the Historical City its mostly Boutique Hotels and space it at a premium.
