Cozy rooms in a very good place Room service is good- they clean the rooms daily and change the towels and sheets 10 minutes walk to the tramway Staff are friendly specially Uzgor- he was very helpful and speaks english very well.

Kinda small rooms, you don’t have much space but it was cozy and manageable. The sheets and the towels are not very clean we asked to change to clean ones and they kindly did so, would prefer to already have clean ones though. The tap water smells like bleach which was odd. The vegetables and fruits in the breakfast are not washed properly. Everything else was very good. If they take these comments into consideration we would definitely give a 10/10.

The property is well located, within walking distance from all of the main attractions, such as Hagia Sophia and museum, The Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar and the Bosphorus. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with a good selection of foods and served at a good time. There are also a lot of great restaurants around the hotel, as well as supermarkets and an ATM two streets away. The rooms were clean, modern and well presented. All this considered, I was surprised at the cost, it was better priced than any other hotel in Istanbul around the dates that we wanted. If I were to come back to Istanbul, I’d definately stay here again.

Nothing, it was perfect.

Location, location, location. Meaning, you're within walking distance from all major attractions yet it's still peaceful at night. Not very peaceful because you can still hear a lot of the outside noise through the windows (cats of Istanbul, I'm talking to you) but that's part of the city charm, nothing that good ear plugs won't sort. Breakfast is basic but then again, street food is everywhere, and is ridiculously cheap and fulfilling so that's not an issue. Other than that the hotel was great, comfy beds, hot showers, fresh towels everyday, what else to ask for, that's literally a place to sleep after miles and miles of daily walking.

The building and outside seating area were charming and the rooms were clean, comfortable and had everything you'd need. Beds were excellent and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was fine - a short walk from lots of cafes and restaurants, although these were mostly touristy places we did not use. There are plenty of late night convenience stores nearby too. It's less than ten minutes' walk from the blue mosque and the tram.

The breakfast was not great. The scrambled eggs were good every day, but the other hot selections were disappointing. The cold selection was okay with some good cheeses and fresh fruit, but the cold meats were poor. The biggest problem was that the machine coffee was not very good instant. If the coffee had been good, it would have improved the whole experience.

The location is amazing - a few minutes walking from Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The reception is available 24/7 and the staff was amazing and always helpful and professional. Our accommodation included the free breakfast - salty and sweet flavours for all tastes. They can organise the airport transfer in advance. The value for money was SPECTACULAR. Recommended for couples and family - we booked 2 rooms and my Mom has a room in front of us. They offered daily cleaning services, the rooms were super clean and refurbished. The bed along with the mattress was super comfy. The district is extremely quiet and it is a safe area.

WiFi was broken and not working during all our stay (5 days). There was a weak signal only at the reception desk but crashing a lot. During the third day of our stay the cleaning lady left our door opened - when we came back, we were surprised seeing this but gladly there were surveillance in front of our room so no items were stolen.

We were here for second time and I can say, that it wasn’t for last time. Very friendly staff, full od kindness, helpful. Breakfast were every morning delicious, you can taste also traditional Turkish meals and tea. Housekeepers were cleaning everyday and they changed also towels and slippers daily. Perfect location of hotel, nearby Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque (cca 5-7 mins walk), Great Bazaar (About 15-20 mins), also small markets, restaurants, souvenir shops and public transport are so close to hotel. And it doesn’t matter if you like or don’t like cats, when you are sitting on terrace, you’ll love them after. I recommend it to everyone who is looking for great and quiet hotel with perfect services and location in Istanbul.

The staff are just the best. To the two gentleman who helped charge me and my friend’s phone, after check out, prior to our departure in the evening. Thank you so much. You didn’t have to, but you did! I should have asked for your names, sorry. Facilities were 10/10. Cleanliness was amazing. Pride is taken in caring for the customer at this hotel 🙂!

Breakfast could be a bit better in terms of hot options, but I love that everyday brings a new dish. You can tell that the chef puts thought and love into the food.

Staffs of Grand Washington are good kind and helpful

I didn’t stayed in this property. Due to renovation I got another hotel Grand Washington to stay. But I received the confirmation just 2 days before my travel. I noticed the message accidentally one day before the day of travel. It made me to change my advance booking of transport. Panicking of not sure will I get good hotel. The information should be shared via WhatsApp at the least to ensure customer is informed well in advance. Last minute change will affect the customer whole plan.

I have been there with my mother and it was a great stay for both of us. The staff was kind and had a lot of attention to her. The furniture is of good quality (great mattress) the building is incredible, the bathroom is made with good quality material and nice products too. The location is great. Very close to the main attractions. It wasn't our first time in the city and it was easy to go everywhere we planned to. In summary, a highlight of our trip!

Very beautiful place with nice surrounding. The room is very new and nicely decorated. Ours is a triple room and it's big. Breakfast to me is very good. Location is excellent, walking distance to Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar and a lot of eateries. Also very near a Tram station which we can take and change other lines and can reach Istanbul airport in about 50mins. I'll definitely choose this hotel if I am going back.
