It's a great place to stay in Istanbul due to it's location, cleanliness, staff behavior. The overall experience was excellent. The hotel staff was supportive specially Mr. Younus who was ready to help everytime and very friendly. We liked a hand-written welcome note by the owner. Although just a piece of card but that is what makes the customer experience great. It's still with us although we are back to our hometown :) Recommended for all who like value for money and love to stay in a calm and clean environment with lots of nearby main attractions.

Location was perfect, right in the historical center of Istanbul. With the beautiful mosques, the palace, all in walking distance. Very kind staff. Breakfast was good and decent with some typical turkish food. Beautiful typical Turkish building as well. Overall nice experience.

The light was flickering, but someone from the reception immediately fixed it by putting in a new lightbulb. The little safe was rather unreliable, since sometimes it didn't respond to me pushing the buttons to install the code or open the safe.

Staff was amazing both guys we spoke too was friendly and helpful, room was a good size, location is amazing even if you do need to dodge the russian aimed tourist restaurants but is near good transport and 15minutes walk away from good real Turkish food. Breakfast was fresh in the mornings. Room.was cleaned daily with fresh sheets. The friendly night guy even got us black tea as my English taste can't be drinking that fruit stuff. Both myself English and my Ukrainian partner felt very welcomed. Would stay here again if visiting Istanbul again.

Hotel does seem to need a little updating, rooms was very clean but showing slight signs of ageing like little rust in the shower. But it was very clean and tidy just maybe a touch paint here and there

This is a small hotel which has a wonderful family atmosphere. The front desk managers make you very welcome and cannot do enough to help. They are always available. The hotel is very clean and offers a good breakfast in the basement room. The hotel is surrounded by bars and restaurants so it does not need a restaurant itself. It is very close to The Blue mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace all of which are in walking distance.

It would be nice to have some shade on the sun terrace. Our room was much narrower and smaller than expected so it was difficult to get around the bed to the small balcony. The balcony would also benefit from a chair.

I liked everything: starting from the reception area. The receptionists were all very friendly and polite, I also like when they are a bit talkative so I can ask about some recommendations or tips, and they were amazing. Our room request was also accepted and we got what we wanted, the rooms are so fancy and clean, and what I loved the most is the size, they are big. You have everything what you need inside. I have to compliment the breakfast also, it was very good and tasty, there were many options. Hotel has also its own gem: a terrace with a sea view. I will be definitely back and stay here again!

-An extra bin in the room could be helpful otherwise there was nothing to complain about at all. This hotel exceeded our expectations and we will certainly stay again on our next visit (tbh I originally thought that some of the 10/10 reviews must be fake as there were so many but our experience showed us that this hotel really is what others have claimed it to be!)

We fell in love with the neighborhood, the vivid colors and smells bursting with life. It felt safe and welcoming with its many shops and restaurants. Our room was cozy and the perfect refuge after a long day out, with is amazing view from the balcony. Breakfast was alright, omelletes and the Turkish coffee were available on demand and the small garden near the breakfast area was a great start to the day.

Our room was top floor and quite hot and the air conditioning was kinda old in need of filter change, it didn„t manage to cool the room to 23 degrees, but at least it took the edge off. The wifi was a bit slow if you want video streaming, but manageable for emails or music streaming.

The location is excellent, very close to Blue Mosque, Sophia and Topkapi and super clean. The staff was super helpful, reactive and kind. They cleaned the room daily. The breakfast was plentiful, different dishes each day, a nice start for a full day of visiting. We arrived at the hotel by personal car but airport transfer or taxi service supplied if needed. All in all i fully recommend this hotel and 100% will visit this hotel again when coming back in Istanbul. On a side note, i forgot my airpods in the room and the staff was super reactive and helpful, offering to deliver them to my address or to store them until some friends visiting Istanbul next month can pick them up. I think this speaks volumes about the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff, from manager to cleaning personnel.

I liked the small well kept boutique hotel for many reasons. Friendly and helpful (24 hour)reception upon arrival. Our spacious room was clean, well equipped and quiet. In the bathroom the shower was great, I especially liked the underfloor heating. The comfortable furniture suited every need, e.g. writing, reading, relaxing, sleeping, eating a take out order, a mini bar fridge and tea/coffee facilities. The breakfast is fully catered to meet all person’s tastes and is fresh and delicious. Room service available 7 days a week. Great location to walk to see all the sights and restaurants and wonderfully quiet being located in a cul de sac.

A very nice mini-hotel in the very center of Istanbul-Old city, the area is convenient...all the attractions are nearby...the hotel has coffee and tea available 24/7...the room is clean, comfortable, they were cleaned every day, the towels were changed too, there is a French balcony, and also a terrace on rooftop overlooking the Bosphorus and the Blue Mosque. My husband and I were very glad that we chose this hotel...next time we will only stay at Saba Sultan. Thanks to the hotel staff - they are very nice!
