The location is amazing, right nexxt to Aghia Sofia and Blue Mosque. The managers of the hotel and the Irish Pub (both named Mehmet) were great and extremely helpful. The young waiter (Sergan or Horje) was always polite and ready to satisfy all our needs ( he was my favourite). All the stuff were extremely polite and nice. Overall an absolutely satisfying stay, since any problem that occured was solved by the personel immediately (a problem with the light in the bathroom and with the tv channels). I highly recommend Zeugma Hotel! Thank you!

Location was excellent. Walking distance to all of the key sites. Staff were very helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable. Received a great recommendation on a day long boat tour from the staff. Service was excellent. Room was cleaned daily. Fresh towels daily. Traditional Turkish breakfast was perfect to start out day.

Give the location, it is quite noisy until 2 - 3 am. We had expected this, based on reviews from other travellers.

The location was excellent and on a busy street so we always felt safe. The breakfast was good and filling. The staff especially the manager Mehmet made our stay very comfortable. They provided us with everything we asked for and we had a few little glitches in the room but they sorted out asap without us having to change rooms. Make sure you opt for a room on the 2nd floor or higher and ask for non street facing, we slept like babies and did not hear anything at night despite coming back at 2am/3am Most nights.

The bathroom could have been just a little bit bigger and more options with breakfast but not something to complain about, more just constructive feedback!

The staff are amazing!! Mehmet,Aziz & everyone else working there are the best part of this hotel. They helped us with booking a taxi.Mehmet recommended the best areas to visit & shop. He explained about the tram commute & way of not getting cheated by those sell travel cards for crazy expensive prices. They were so welcoming. The room was clean. Dust bins were cleared everyday. Breakfast was good. They have an Irish pub downstairs. Whenever we needed anything,they always helped. The location of the hotel is great. You can walk to the blue mosque, Basilica cistern & even to the spice bazaar.There are lot of restaurants & shops nearby.

Except for the queen size room, other rooms are really tiny. Good for a one night stay,maybe. But if you are planning for a longer stay, book the queen size room on a higher floor & not facing the road. Because it can get noisy at night until 2am coz of the music playing at all the restaurants on that street. We had to switch rooms twice. Although,Mehmet made it easy for us, I have to be honest about the room size. Std/Deluxe double rooms are very small.Bathroom was also tiny. There's a big wardrobe though. Queen size room was good enough.There's jacuzzi in the room which is just next to the bed. This room had a sea view.

Owner was very friendly and accommodating. We were given Turkish tea upon arrival. He sat down with us and gave us a little orientation on the sights, where to eat and how to go around. Breakfast was good and hearty (included in our stay). The room was on the second floor. It was quite noisy at night since there were bars and restaurants downstairs. The location was very good with lots of dining options and stores for souvenirs and basic necessities. It's a short walk to Topkapi Palace which is also walking distance to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern and more restaurants and shops.

Perfect location, 5 minutes walking from Aya Sofia and Blu Mosque, 10 minutes from Topkapi and Yerebatan Cisterna. The owner Mehmet extremely supportive. We faced a problem with the shower window that suddenly broke, but in some like 24 hours they were able to replace in mid August (anyhow you could however take a shower). Two big (big!) fridges in the two rooms

The bathroom was little bit too little for 4 people if you search for ample space, but for us it hasn’t been a problem

Everythibg was fine. Very good location. Even if outside was little noisy because ot the central location when we closed the balcony door it was OK. There were air-conditioning in every room so we could sleep well. Every day the room was cleaned.

Good atmosphere nice rooms good breakfast. Not to many choices but what they have that's really nice and tasty. The best part of it the customer service from Mehmed nothing to much for him. He is so pleasant nice helpful and polite. Thank u for everything 😊

The Hotel Zeugma is located really in the heart of Istanbul at a walking distance from the main attractions in Sulthanamet (eg. Topkapi Palace, Santa Sofia, Blue Mosque, Bazar) The room is not big, but enough for our stay, the hotel staff is really supportive and helpful in case of needs. The room was clean with a fridge and boiler for coffee and tea. Small bathroom with all you need. In the same building of the Hotel there is an Irish Pub and restaurant with good food and reasonably priced. Needless to say that also the restaurant staff is very kind and friendly. I would really recommend it if your goal is to stay close to the heart of Istanbul.

The bathroom would need a bit of small maintenance, the stairs to reach the rooms are quite narrow, so it might be difficult in case you cannot walk properly. It could be loud at night due to multiple restaurant and pub in the street.

Hotel is near major attractions, and staff is very friendly and willing to help. Breakfast they serve is really good.

It is little bit noisy in the room, since the pub is bellow the balcony and you hear noise till the late hours. Bathroom could have more space, at least enough place to leave towels, and everything you need when you take a shower.
