I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely family-owned hotel, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality that made us feel right at home. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. You can tell that a lot of care goes into maintaining the hotel, as every detail felt thoughtful and inviting. The atmosphere was peaceful, making it a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. One of the highlights was the delicious homemade breakfast—fresh, flavorful, and made with love! It was such a refreshing change from the generic hotel buffets. If you’re looking for a place that offers genuine hospitality, comfort, and a personal touch, this hotel is an excellent choice. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay again!

Everything was great! Alilass Hotel is a great option to select. Staff is amazing, as usual, being very attentive and supportive. Location is very practical as well, opening opportunity to reach any interesting point very quickly. Hotel is clean and adorable. I only recommend to inspect and fix the issues with water leakages in bathrooms, as in several minutes, water leaving the cabin and flood the toilet area. So, sometimes surface is wet and unpleasant. However, general customer experience is great indeed.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. My daughter was unwell one day and the cleaning lady tucked her into bed , placed a pillow under her head and covered her with a blanket and made sure she was ok. Little things make it more memorable. She was very kind . The location is fantastic, super close to all the attractions, close to public transport to get around the area and close to restaurants. Breakfast provided is delicious, plenty of options , the staff are all kind and very helpful. Our stay was exceptional.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Great location and within walking distance of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the grand bazaar. With good transport links to get to other parts of the city. Good breakfast with lots of variety and options. Cosy room with a massive bed and powerful shower Staff also have great advice and recommendations.

Struggled to figure out the AC/Heating system would set it to 19⁰C and it would be way warmer. The system would turn off if the windows or doors were opened. A bit of googling and some YouTube videos later we figured it out...

Very friendly, helpful staff with good energy made for perfect holidays in the heart of the city, where everything is within reach. I felt safe. we slept in a room with a balcony where you have a view all the way to the sea. The room was very clean, modernly furnished, smelled very nice. Breakfast in the garden was the best way to start the day. We also used their transfer, which brought us safely from the airport to the hotel and back. I wish that your story will be a success story and that we will see each other again on occasion. Thank you for everything.

We loved everything! The stuff is very kind, the food was tasty and enough variated (for both adults and our 1year and 7 months little girl), the hotel is situated near the most important places to visit. Rooms are clean, modern; ours was spacious enough with a confortable bed, and a generous couch. We really enjoyed our staying, and we were vey satisfayed about the price payed for the acommodation considering the extreme inflation their country faces. Thabk you Alilass for your services!

Location was perfect 4 mins walk to blue mosque and ayah Sofia. 6 mins walk to tram station. Walking distance to grand bazaar. Very comfortable beds clean rooms and bathrooms. Staff all very friendly. Couldn't do enough. Gave lots of advice on areas to visit. Breakfast was small but lovely was much better than we had expected. Would definitely book this hotel again for its location and friendliness of staff. Rooms were cleaned everyday.

The hotel has an amazing location really close to the main attractions like Sofia and Blue mosque, our room was comfy with all kind of amenities (shampoo, gel.. and coffe or tea and water without extra charge) plus our room was perfectly clean every day, the staff was friendly and very helpful with any request or information we could need, and the breakfast was good i would appreciate maybe more variaty or natural juices but can’t complain. It’s a nice place to stay for your holidays.

The rooms are a bit noisy due to the pubs that are in the same street but it didn’t really bother us.

This property is located a few minutes walk from the main Sultanahmet area. Blue mosque is 2 minutes away. The location is great! There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff is super friendly and helpful during the stay. The room is clean and decent size. Overall great stay!

The view showed in the picture doesn't actually exist, they do not have a rooftop. The walls are very thin so can get noisy but no noise from the street just next rooms.

Amazing location, 2 minutes by walk to the mosque and 5 to the nearest tram station that takes you everywhere super quickly. Close to most tourist attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean, i would say big enough for two people (you can’t expect enormous rooms in the historic center where everything is kind of tight). The breakfast options where changed daily with warm fresh food. Room provided with kettle, water, tea and instant coffee free of charge. Wifi worked perfectly too and it was free. The hotel also organizes airport transfer at a very fair price. I will 100% stay here again, and recommended it to family and friends!
