The breakfast had a wide variety of tasty foods and the dining area was comfortable for guests, although my partner wished there had been some changes in offerings every other day or so. The staff was helpful and friendly and gave us good local recommendations. We also appreciated being on the first floor and that the local business people found the manager to let us in during the morning after we finally arrived after a 12-hour flight delay. We were even able to get a small breakfast, which we were grateful for.

In the bathroom, the left shower door was off the track and the faucet was missing a piece, making it very difficult to get the water to rise to the shower head; also, the hot & cold water were reversed. Additionally, he toilet's lid would never stay up/open and the ring was unstable. The refrigerator shelves, especially in the door, were dirty. It would have been very helpful to have a few basics in the room, like plates, silverware, bowls and perhaps a few glasses. Even some paper towels, napkins and/or kitchen towels would have been nice, too.

We loved our stay here! The hotel is in a perfect location, just a few steps away from Hagia Sophia, with all the main attractions within easy walking distance. The area is full of nice shops and cozy cafés, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The staff deserve special praise — they were always kind, attentive, and ready to help. Communication was smooth from start to finish, and we truly felt taken care of. The rooms may be small, but they are very comfortable and well thought out. There’s everything you need: a fridge, a kettle, plenty of storage space, and a really comfy bed. After long walks exploring the city, it felt like the perfect place to come back and rest. Thank you so much for making our stay so pleasant!

We enjoyed our stay at Bonita Apartment. Mehmet (or Ahmet) is a fab host. The place is quiet, the area is very safe and strategically located - all are within a 5-minute walk near the Square, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Cistern, restaurants and basically all the touristy spots. We walk a bit (around 5-7 minutes), at the back near the coast which I believe is part of the Bosporus Strait.

A very good stay experience. Starting with a very fast check-in. We arrived as early as 9 am, but Mr. Kiyas welcomed us and treated us very well. Then Mr. Mehmet (front desk) prepared our room as early as 12 noon even though the actual check-in time starts at 2 pm. A very good value, super clean and cheap triple room in the middle of Sultanahmet, spacious, very adequate room facilities. A simple but very filling Turkish breakfast experience. The most important thing is that the safety of the guest's stay is prioritized by the hotel. Mr. Kiyas and Mr. Mehmet treated us very well. The hotel that will be our choice if we go to Sultanahmet.

The location is excellent. Very central and close to everything a tourist wants to see. The room I stayed was spacious and alghough there were no windows you cannot feel it except if you spend the whole day inside the room, which I am sure I will not be the case. The A/C did the job perfeclty.The bed was very confortable and the staff is very friendly.

The floor was a bit greasy but it was not a problem for me. I am sure it was an occasional issue. Other than that There is nothing bad to say. Everything is decent and I enjoyed spending the night there.

It was a very pleasant stay. The hotel facilities and the room fully correspond to the description and photos. Everything looks fresh, neat and clean. The room was fully equiped- comfortable beds, kitchennette with dishes and portable stove top, bathroom with toilettries (shampoo, conditioer and soap); the bed clothes and towels were fresh and clean. The hotel is located in a very quiete street within 5-minutes walking from Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The tram station is also in a walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast was good (fried potatoes, sausages, boiled eggs, several types of cheese and sausage, butter, vegetables, fruites, cookies, turkush delights, tea, coffee, several types of juices). In general the hotel is highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again. I would like to note the very exceptional and high-level customer service skills of Mehmet who assisted us with all arangements due to delay of our flight. Also, we used a transfer from/to airport offered by the hotel- comfortable separate minubus (not shared with other tourists), everything was in time. Location is ideal, just 4 mins walk to Hagia Sofia and Sultanahmet Mosque and tram station. Mehmet runs the place efficiently and is very friendly and supportive as is his staff. They provide excellent breakfast. Lots of restauranats, cafes and shops nearby and I could actually see the Sea of Marmara from my room.

My suite room had a kitchenette which could have done with a couple of plates, bowls, glasses and maybe one hotplate and a toaster. There was kettle of course and space and a basin.

We stayed in this hotel during our stay in Istanbul in August 2024. The hotel itself is a little bit old and definitely needs a renovation or at least deep cleaning. However, if you don’t plan to stay in the hotel all the time (as we did), it is a perfect choice. Advantages: - pretty clean (if you have a longer stay, they clean rooms every 3 days) - very nice service, ready to answer all your questions. - location! The best part of the hotel. It is located in the street near Sultanahmet square, which makes it a perfect location for tourists visiting Istanbul for the first time and it is quiet! P.S. just bring ear plugs if you don’t want to wake up from the sounds of mosques informing people about prayer time. - Wi-fi and air conditioning are working properly! - we had a breakfast included in the price, everything was fresh and tasty.

I recently stayed at Bonita Apart during my trip to Istanbul and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic as it is within walking distance to all the attractions that I wanted to visit. The surrounding area is surprisingly quiet, which was perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. The staff at Bonita Apart were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my stay, and they made me feel right at home. The place was clean and tidy, and my room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a kitchenette, wardrobe, television, 2 in 1 air conditioner with heater, as well as a water heater for the shower One of the standout moments of my stay was the genuine care that the staff showed towards me. When I arrived later than expected, one of the staff members, Ruhi, was already texting me to make sure I knew how to get there and make sure i’m not lost and ok. They even helped me with my luggage bring up to my room and offered to assist with anything else I needed during my stay. Overall, I had an amazing experience staying at Bonita Apart. The combination of a great location, quiet surroundings, attentive service, and a clean and tidy environment made for an unforgettable trip to Istanbul. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

My stay was perfect! Nothing bad about it. One suggestion I have for the hotel is to consider including local Turkish products, such as coffee or tea, and sugar in the room amenities. This would be a great way to promote the local culture and enhance the guest experience.
