Top notch location as you can walk out backside door of the hotel and in 5 mins you are at Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophiya. Tram station is is also 10 mins and so is basilica cistern. It is clean and breakfast is good. Rooftop bf gives good views.

Water is provided only on first day and we found the bottle was refilled as the cap was already open, no matter how many nights you stay. We were unaware and used water bottles from fridge and were charged extra. Bathroom are very small and very uncomfortable to take bath. They could have made the shower enclosure bit bigger in size.

Location, cleanliness, and helpfulness from the staff were the main elements of this hotel that really stood out. The hotel stands in the middle of the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. It's is literally a couple of minutes away from these attractions. The staff were so welcoming, particularly Serken, who truly was exceptional. My room was spacious, I was in a family connected room, which had 2 rooms that were connected via a door. Each room had its own en suite. My parents had a gorgeous deluxe room on the 5th floor with stunning views from their balcony of the Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque. Rhe room was stunning with its own walk-in wardrobe and seating area. The rooftop breakfast saw breathtaking views, too! Breakfast is a buffet of standard turkish items - a variety of bread, pastries, scrambled eggs, sausage, different cheeses, and condiments. There was always freshly baked cake, too!

We had a very good experience. Although I only stayed one night, Khalil (I hope I’m spelling it right) helped us very much. Always in active communication with us through WhatsApp and booking app. I was traveling with my mom on a wheelchair and he was very polite helping us finding the wheelchair entrance and driving her to the room door. Everything was clean and perfect for our needs. They were very helpful. And the breakfast on the rooftop with those amazing views were the cherry on the top. Thank you.

The only thing that I missed in our case was a plastic chair on the shower. It was a disabled bathroom and it could be nice to have somewhere to sit for someone who can’t walk so they can shower.

Absolutely loved the service, the staff were so friendly and helpful, went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. I loved the breakfast buffet, they had everything, with a terrace view and a lovely atmosphere. I loved the rooms and bathroom, so clean and tidy, never slept so well before! And as I love visiting the Blue Mosque, the location was absolutely ideal! Can't wait to come back! Special thanks to the Hotel staff named Khalil, he went the extra mile to book us a taxi and made sure we were on time and safely onboard, many many thanks!

Not a single thing I can say that I didn't like

The location is laterally next to the Blue Mosque and to Aya Sofia. And the roof top breakfast, with view at both the 2 mosques and to the Bosforus straight was worth it all. Breakfast was ok, room was nice, though small.

We were at the 5th floor (top floor) and from our room we were next to the stair going to the roof breakfast. That meant that every morning at 7.30 we were awaken by loud noises of plates. So do ask for a lower floor :) Also at 6.20-6.30 am the prayer starts, which means there is loud noise (in loud speakers from both mosques), another wakeup call. This you cannot escape, unless you have super efficient earplugs (not sure if even then).

Great accommodation, met all our expectations. Its location is perfect. In the middle of the historic old town. Most attractions can be reached within a few minutes' walk, but the nearby tram stop ensures that we can get anywhere easily, cheaply and quickly. The hotel is on the edge of the park, a calm and quiet place. Everything can be found within a few meters: many shops, restaurants, and stores. The view from the upper levels is amazing. The guests are presented with an unsurpassed sight, which provides a unique atmosphere in the evening with the dialogue between the two mosques calling to prayer. The staff is kind and willing, they tried to help us in everything. From early check-in, to changing rooms, to shopping opportunities. The rooms are a good size, comfortable and clean. Cleaning and towels are changed every day. The wifi worked without errors, the air conditioning is also reliable. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. We have been to Istanbul several times, but we will stay here again next time. 

The location is excellent. All historical sites are located within a close distance from the hotel. Also shopping centres like Istanbul bazaar and Galataport are very close. Restaurants and groceries are also within walking distances. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The ones at the reception are all wonderful people. It’s unfortunate that I don’t know their names except for Khalil, there the wonderful lady at the reception and the other man. They are all great.

The small space of the room makes it difficult for me to enjoy my stay during the day. The lack of Wi-Fi connection also makes me rely on my chip data all the time.

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the wonderful experience my parents had at your hotel. They couldn't stop raving about it! From what they've told me, it sounds like the perfect place to stay in Istanbul. They were absolutely thrilled with the central location of the hotel. It made exploring the city so convenient for them. They also couldn't stop praising Khalil and the entire staff for the exceptional service they received. It's clear that you all go above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels well taken care of. My parents were particularly impressed by the breathtaking views, delicious breakfasts, and the warmth of your hospitality. Additionally, the room Khalil provided for them was not only comfortable but also impeccably clean. It's evident that you pay attention to even the smallest details to make sure your guests have a memorable stay. Based on their glowing recommendation, I wouldn't hesitate to book a stay at your hotel myself when I visit Istanbul. Thank you once again for making my parents' trip so special. My Parents had stayed at this hotel seven years ago and highly recommended this hotel due to the quality customer service, facilities it offered and its proximity within the SultanAhmet zone. I have to say I was not disappointed at all, but infact blown away by the high standards this hotel maintained , and also bonus point , how close this hotel was to blue mosque and aya sofia . The staff were quite proactive and very knowledgeable with respect to making our holiday experience excellent , they did this through sharing good insight into relevant tourism spots, and also helpful with logistics to get there. My Wife and I found the breakfast superb, good healthy range of choices, and also nice cakes with coffee to spoil our selves. The staff most importantly were very accommodating and listened to our needs, and reflected accordingly. The hotel management staff including helping staff made our stay extremely comfortable and would definitely come to stay here again.
