Top notch location as you can walk out backside door of the hotel and in 5 mins you are at Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophiya. Tram station is is also 10 mins and so is basilica cistern. It is clean and breakfast is good. Rooftop bf gives good views.

Water is provided only on first day and we found the bottle was refilled as the cap was already open, no matter how many nights you stay. We were unaware and used water bottles from fridge and were charged extra. Bathroom are very small and very uncomfortable to take bath. They could have made the shower enclosure bit bigger in size.

Location, cleanliness, and helpfulness from the staff were the main elements of this hotel that really stood out. The hotel stands in the middle of the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. It's is literally a couple of minutes away from these attractions. The staff were so welcoming, particularly Serken, who truly was exceptional. My room was spacious, I was in a family connected room, which had 2 rooms that were connected via a door. Each room had its own en suite. My parents had a gorgeous deluxe room on the 5th floor with stunning views from their balcony of the Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque. Rhe room was stunning with its own walk-in wardrobe and seating area. The rooftop breakfast saw breathtaking views, too! Breakfast is a buffet of standard turkish items - a variety of bread, pastries, scrambled eggs, sausage, different cheeses, and condiments. There was always freshly baked cake, too!

The position was wonderful, in the terrace you could see both Blue Mosque and Aya Sofia. The breakfast with this view was incredible. The staff was very kind and helpful: thanks Ayberk and also the other two guys (I don’t remember the name) and thanks to the girls on terrace in the morning, Ayda Azra and Mihrima. I felt like in a family!

It would be better if on the 6th floor terrace there had been a roof bar/ cafe’ instead of Chinese restaurant. The windows in the room could be renewed in order to not hearing the sounds on the street.

Big Plus --> Location and convenience to all need , be it Food or Shopping or Sightseeing, all within Foot Steps, Staff really nice and helping Clean Rooms and Facilities. Definitely would recommend though it's room rates could have been less .

Breakfast was big disappointment, No Croissants, No Fried or Boiled Eggs, Limited options to eat , had to pay 20 Euro for 4 Eggs( 5 each ), even though Breakfast was included in the room rate BUT apart from this I would say amazing Stay and would recommend to all .

This hotel it's not good enough for the families The elevator not always working I don't know the reason The electricity sometime when they changed we have stand up and remove the key and put it back and it's happen during sleeping imagine The construction going around the hotel late hours for 2 nights we cannot sleep from and the hotel manager he didn't bother himself to say something The breakfast is very poor base on the rate of the room The end the housekeeping making noise early

Such a great location, pay for the room with the balcony and you can sit out there and look between the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Great restaurants nearby, lots of "roof-top restaurants" with great views. Friendly helpful staff and breakfast was pretty good, but you just can't beat the location. It is perfect, we loved the "call to prayer" in stereo from both mosques, just immerse yourself in the area, the different culture and the way of life. Loved our trip to Istanbul.

We had a very good experience. Although I only stayed one night, Khalil (I hope I’m spelling it right) helped us very much. Always in active communication with us through WhatsApp and booking app. I was traveling with my mom on a wheelchair and he was very polite helping us finding the wheelchair entrance and driving her to the room door. Everything was clean and perfect for our needs. They were very helpful. And the breakfast on the rooftop with those amazing views were the cherry on the top. Thank you.

The only thing that I missed in our case was a plastic chair on the shower. It was a disabled bathroom and it could be nice to have somewhere to sit for someone who can’t walk so they can shower.

khalil the staff member was very helpful, he helped arrange an airport taxi and recommended a really nice hamam spa. the lounge area was lovely and the views from the rooftop terrace were superb.

on booking.com it said the room would have a view of the blue mosque but we just had a street view. but we could see the blue mosque from the rooftop restaurant. but i did hope for the room view as it said on my booking so that was disappointing.

Absolutely loved the service, the staff were so friendly and helpful, went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. I loved the breakfast buffet, they had everything, with a terrace view and a lovely atmosphere. I loved the rooms and bathroom, so clean and tidy, never slept so well before! And as I love visiting the Blue Mosque, the location was absolutely ideal! Can't wait to come back! Special thanks to the Hotel staff named Khalil, he went the extra mile to book us a taxi and made sure we were on time and safely onboard, many many thanks!

Not a single thing I can say that I didn't like

Great accommodation, met all our expectations. Its location is perfect. In the middle of the historic old town. Most attractions can be reached within a few minutes' walk, but the nearby tram stop ensures that we can get anywhere easily, cheaply and quickly. The hotel is on the edge of the park, a calm and quiet place. Everything can be found within a few meters: many shops, restaurants, and stores. The view from the upper levels is amazing. The guests are presented with an unsurpassed sight, which provides a unique atmosphere in the evening with the dialogue between the two mosques calling to prayer. The staff is kind and willing, they tried to help us in everything. From early check-in, to changing rooms, to shopping opportunities. The rooms are a good size, comfortable and clean. Cleaning and towels are changed every day. The wifi worked without errors, the air conditioning is also reliable. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. We have been to Istanbul several times, but we will stay here again next time.
