From the moment we arrived we fell in love with this hotel. The staff are exceptionally charming and helpful…for example, my husband left his bag on the plane, we were tired after taking an overnight flight and the concierge immediately sprung into action, calling lost property at the airport, liaising with them in Turkish on our behalf…and again later in the day…until it was all sorted out. Just amazing customer service above and beyond what you would ever expect. All the staff were so warm and welcoming - a special hello to lovely Fatima who greeted me like a family member. The hotel itself is in an unbeatable location between the 2 main mosques and all the key sights of the historical district. The room itself was extremely comfortable with no attention to detail spared, fittings and bedding all good quality, we slept so well. We had dinner on the terrace one evening and the swordfish kebabs were just delicious. The cocktails were wonderful and staff extremely professional, friendly and helpful. We ordered the special breakfast one morning and it is a feast for the eyes and tummy. Definitely one for instagram fans too. I could go on and on about how wonderful this place is, but don’t take my word for it - see for yourself. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

That we hadn’t booked for a longer stay.

The hotel is in a great location to see the sites. Easy access and lots of roof top restaurants near by. The balcony was nice. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The roof top restaurant had a beautiful view though the food was only so so and expensive (but so is all the food in that area). The hotel staff was very attentive.

A bit of maintenance - toilet seat was loose, the hose to the shower sprayer leaked, and one window had a broken handle. The long wait for the elevator because of the restaurant traffic. The doors banging (perhaps adjusting the closures or adding pads would cut down on this as it was very loud). The construction across the street, including jack hammering all day long, 6 days a week - hopefully this will be over soon but it's a big project.

The hotel is located in the prime neighborhood. 5 min walk to Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. Famous for it seagull feedings, the views from the rooftop restaurant are breathtaking. We stayed in a presidential suite with a huge balcony that had a glimpse of Hagia Sophia. Every morning I enjoyed a cup of coffee there and listened to the birds singing before heading for the grand Turkish breakfast at the rooftop. I must say the amount of food you get for two people is incredible. You can easily feed four with it. The room itself was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Thank you, guys. I borrowed an iron and the maid let me keep it for our entire stay.

The only drawback is that the bathroom was a bit outdated and certainly is in the need of renovation. The plumbing was terrible. Water would sit in the tub for quite some time before draining.

The place was clean, in a central location (didn't need to waste time on travel), the staff were absolutely amazing (cheers Ozzy!) and responded to our issues very quickly. We had easy access to the rooftop which has stunning views of the Hagia Sophia and the Sultanahmet (Blue) Mosque - which looks even better at night - added some pictures of the views!

This is a touristic area so things are a bit more expensive in that area. We used these tips to save money - get an airport-hotel transfer using booking.com (cheaper than booking through the hotel €55 vs €70 per trip), breakfast is €30 per day - it's a beautiful spread but if you want to save money - it's cheaper to get a Turkish breakfast for €10 in Hafiz Mustafa (a dessert shop which is about a 10min walk away). For anyone staying here, note that there may be occasional prayers heard at early hours.

The Deputy Manager Ozan, was so very helpful and kind, it was a pleasure meeting him. Sinan and Fatma, were part of the concierge team, and they both were so attentive, kind and happy. the rest of the team were fabulous but those two really deserve praise. The housekeeping staff were great including Asken, so friendly and really excellent at maintaining our room. The waiting staff were very nice, but didn't always understand our requests. The food was good and plentiful, but they didn't understand we didn't want the full Turkish breakfast, as it was just too much. The Foyer are, would benefit from being separated from people visiting the restaurant, as it was a little too busy too just sit and relax, that really is the only draw back. There is great support for disabled people, they really can't do enough for you. The location is great, and I would highly recommend using the hotel shuttle to the airport. The vehicle is very comfortable and the driver very considerate.

Just the fact that the foyer was not as quite as it could have been due to people going to teh roof top restaurant, which not only caused a lot of noise, but also backed up the lifts.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable.. Walking distance to major tourist attractions. The highlight was having breakfast at the top with mind-blowing views. It wasn't just the views, either. The breakfast was delicious and a generous amount. They also serve walk-in guests, not just hotel guests. I went just before the start of the tourist season and the price was very reasonable for the location and class of the hotel. The tour recommendations from the hotel were excellent.

Almost everything was perfect but the shower cubicle was a bit tight, a big person would struggle there. On the very last day, the room tidy-up was a bit half-hearted and supplies were not filled up. The offered hotel transfer costs were high. I got luxurious transfer from elsewhere, for a little more than half of that.

The Seven Hills Hotel sits like a crown in the heart of a storied city. Its terrace unveils a panoramic masterpiece, where the gaze meets icons of history—the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the timeless Bosphorus—all within a grand, 360-degree embrace. Each dawn begins with a feast, a breakfast both bountiful and exquisite, crafting a symphony of flavors to delight the senses. This is no ordinary place; it is where moments linger, and memories find their eternal home.

Everything about my stay was enjoyable, though I did notice that the rooms could benefit from better soundproofing.

My recent stay at the Seven Hills Hotel in Istanbul was an exceptional experience that I am eager to share. This charming boutique hotel, nestled in the heart of the Sultanahmet district, offers a blend of comfort, elegance, and history that is hard to match. Seven Hills Hotel boasts an unbeatable location, just a stone's throw away from some of Istanbul's most iconic landmarks. A short walk will take you to the majestic Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and Topkapi Palace, making it an ideal base for exploring the city's rich history and vibrant culture. The staff at Seven Hills Hotel were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. From the friendly receptionists to the attentive housekeeping team, everyone contributed to making my visit memorable. Their local knowledge and recommendations were invaluable in exploring Istanbul. One of the standout features of the Seven Hills Hotel is its rooftop terrace, where breakfast is served each morning. This was undoubtedly the highlight of my stay. The panoramic views of the Bosphorus, the Blue Mosque, and Hagia Sophia were simply breathtaking. Each morning, I enjoyed a delicious and varied breakfast spread, including freshly baked pastries, a selection of cheeses, olives, and an array of fruits. Sipping my coffee while taking in the stunning views was an experience I will never forget.

I can confidently say that there was nothing I did not like about my stay.

Our stay at your hotel gave us the unforgettable experience in Istanbul. The best views on the terrace, comfortable room were one of our best memories in the two-week trip in Turky. Among all the friendly staff, Mr. Oggi, Mr. Ozan and Mr. Kadish helped us where to eat, to visit, how to get to the airport and enjoyable conversations to relax. This hotel is one our sweet memories.

Food quality and quatity is good but it would be btter if the dishes are different day by day. The trafic of elevator is too much during lunch and dinner time.

Gurkan was a marvel. He organised our plans for the days of our stay, helping us to then enjoy beautiful and well organised tours and the biggest scrubbing ever at the wonderful and ancient HMH. The hotel facilities include everything a guest could want and the traditional 'Kahvalti' breakfast in the restaurant went way beyond expectations. A late checkout on our last day made everything fall into place perfectly for our trip to the airport.

In my part of the world we don't feed the birds as we like them to survive in natural ways. apart from that a rooftop terrace is such a lovely thing.
