perfect location especially for someone for whom it's a first time of visiting Istanbul. Hagia Sophia, Blue mosque, Topkapi palace, basilica cistern all these wonderful places are so close that can be reached in several minutes. we could see columns of blue mosque from our window and it was wonderful sight especially at night. tram station to go to other districts and very easy to navigate around. we mostly were leaving in the morning and returning to hotel close to evening. didn't have chance to interact with staff, but they were always welcoming with warm smile. rooms were cleaned everyday.

room and bathroom - light renovation would be good.

I stayed 2 weeks and I was very happy. First of all, it is one of the very few accessible hotels in Old Town- with a ramp up to the lobby and lift to rooms. Only terrace has to be a accessed by 1 flight of stairs, and the view up there is so nice I spent many afternoons watching the Bosphorus. You can clearly see the Blue Mosque from there. I had a rear facing room which was very large, and a small balcony. It was very peaceful, only the seagulls and occasional loud dinner party from some nearby rooftop. The staff- so nice, they seemed very concerned with me. Cleaning staff, so nice and cleaned every day. Being 1-2 blocks from Sultanahmet Park was just perfect. I didn’t love the pushy restaurants on this street but then I found the cooking school restaurant 1/2 block away and it was my oasis for great food and quiet atmosphere.

I loved the staff support especially Ahmet and Miscit. The hotel is close as in 7 mins walk to most of the touristic sites or tram is just available at all times to any other site you may wanna go to Haghia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Cistern, Grand Bazaar, Topkapi palace are just a few minutes walk away. The house is clean and very neatly kept.

I actually loves everything about the place. The transfer charges are what they may need to relook. I think it is quite high, otherwise the hotel is excellent 👌🏿

The bed was very hard. The chairs are very uncomfortable for a hotel room. The wifi is poor. No soundproof rooms...could hear all the conversations in the next room.

ROOM : it is exactly like the pictures. the room is very spacious and comfortable. they had a tea/coffee section. a little vanity area. plenty of storage. they had multiple lights and sockets. a working Ac. there was no noise and no cigarette smell. (Turkish people smoke a lot and they do it everywhere, therefore MOST hotels smell like smoke). BATHROOM : it was very clean. fresh towels and a working hair dryer. the had hot water and the water pressure was good. LOCATION : 5 min walk to from the Hagia Sophia, Sultan Ahmet mosque (blue mosque). 15 mins to from Basilica cistern. 20 min walk to grand bazaar. 44 pound a night.

they have sensors set up everywhere. We got stuck in the lift because we did not wave at the sensors. They are also set up in the room, so when you turn the lights on, you have to make sure to wave at the sensor as well. This is not an issue, however we were not informed and had to figure it out ourselves. it would be better if the staff at reception can inform guests beforehand.

1- The reception guys were helpful and polite. (i forgot their names but there is one of them with long hair 👍👍) 2- My room (215 second floor) was with sea view. 3- The hotel location: The distance about 5 min. walking to the historical attraction places (blue mosque, Aya Sofya mosque, Topkapi palace, Tramway station). 4- The open & close terrace at the roof (you can take nice photos with sea view and blue mosque).

1- The daily cleaning was only clean the floor (the bed sheets were not changed even through our 6 night of stay). 2- The noise which comes from the elevator (but it is nit a big issue for me)

Great view of the sea, central location very near to Blue mosque, hagia Sofia and the grand bazaar.The staff especially ahmed and Maz were always very helpful and friendly, room service was great and on time. Air conditioning was very good and tv with lots of turkish channels, even cartoon for kids which was awesome 👍👍👍 offers excellent airport transport as well for very good price!!

The moment we entered the hotel we knew it’s not some cheap hotel the receptionist was so helpful. He even helped with the late dinner even tho we couldn’t see on our way from airport. the Breakfast was amazing i have read some reviews people complaining about room service and breakfast but for us the breakfast was amazing you can even request for an fry egg and they will prepare it for you straight away. we stayed here for 6 nights and every day they cleaned our room and it’s not like someone just enter in the room they always knock and ask if you want the room cleaning straight away or once you go out the location itself is amazing and only 2-3 mins walk from the main tourist attraction such as blue mosque and hagia sofia. in the evening instead of wasting money on other terrace you should visit the hotel terrace and get some free Tea. the staff was so nice. the receptionist will always guide you and if you ask them they will tell you how to be safe from scammers in the area. grand bazar was only 14-15 mins walk which you don’t even realise that you are walking for soo long because the whole way is full of attractions and shops. will definitely stay here when we will visit Istanbul again

I am regular visitor to Istanbul and stayed in this hotel for couple of times. The staff is really good especially Ahmet and Jamal. Ahmet really took good care of us during our stay there and went out of the way to accommodate us if we needed something. Extraordinary staff make Normal places extraordinary. Definitely recommend.

The hotel location is excellent, and the staff is incredibly helpful, especially Ahmet. He assisted us greatly in arranging transportation to and from the airport and was very supportive when we needed an ambulance to get to the hospital. Highly recommend
