My friend and I stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience from start to finish. We are both females so we wanted to stay somewhere where we felt comfortable and most importantly safe. The customer service was truly outstanding—every staff member was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. They paid attention to every detail and made us feel so welcomed. What really stood out was how they made my birthday feel extra special. I was surprised with a thoughtful gift, which made the occasion even more memorable. It’s those little personal touches that make this place unique. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and has such charm. Every corner seems to have its own story, with a perfect balance of elegance and warmth. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and can’t wait to come back in April for another stay!

great location and design of the rooms, the breakfast was the best! it was on a roof terrace with a great view and great food! It looks very modern, I also really appreciate the kettle and tea in the room. shower had shower gel and soup so no need to bring your own.

we had separate beds but just one blanket which was inconvenient. The fire alarm was blinking very brightly and it was difficult to fall asleep. Also, it is not the hotel's fault, but be careful that the mosques are close so you will likely wake up early in the morning because of the prayers. We had to have windows open at night because it was hot in the room, even in December, that's why we heard the prayer, maybe with closed windows it's okay The room wasn't very spacious but it was not important.

The location is perfect for all main tourist attractions. The staff is super nice and helpfull. Breakfast is expectionnel served as a all you can eat mezze on the roof top. The restaurant on the roof top served great food in the evening.

Great staff, friendly and kind people, are fully oriented on guests' needs. Great location, just 5 minutes to Hagia Sophia, Topkapi palace and Blue mosque. Very clean and cosy hotel. Restaurant on terrace with Bosporus view during the breakfast.

Our room and bathroom were small and a little bit dark. Rooms on higher floors are much better.

Property has had a full refurbishment and was immaculate. We really appreciated the heated floors in the bedroom during an Istanbul winter. Was always nice and cozy. Could turn down the heating if you wanted and had opening windows for fresh air. We had arrived after 35 hours of travel and requested a quiet room which we got and it was perfect for restorative sleep. Beds super comfy. We run an accommodation business ourselves and couldn’t fault this hotel. We spent a long time finding the right place to book and am so glad we picked Tria. It’s down a quiet culled sac but walking distance to all the sights. Breakfast was huge and we couldn’t finish it.

Nothing - would stay again

Great location, few minutes by walk from Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque or Basilica Cisterna. Very comfortable rooms, worth to pay for higher standard to have sunset. Quiet and peaceful place.

Breakfast could be bit more ‘rich’, but was very good anyway

Excellent boutique hotel just a few minutes' walk from Istanbul's top tourist attractions, and in a quiet street set back from the bustle of the tourist hub. Top-notch service from the front desk, making us feel welcome and going out of their way to make our stay smooth. Their roof terrace is delightful, and the dinner we had there was first-rate.

The online pictures of the Tria make it look more luxurious than it actually is - it's really a solid mid-ranking hotel - and the rooms are much smaller than you'd expect from browsing their website.

Room was very small for the price and window look directly into another building wall.

Location was perfect and the staff Tolga deserves 10 stars for being so friendly, helpful, and efficient. He gave us such good recommendations on where to eat and did not try to force any tours down our throats like other staff or get annoyed when we cancelled our booking in their restaurant like other staff.

Certain staff should be trained on how to interact with guests better

It’s close to everything the breakfast terrace is amazing and when we left they give us a gift and we really appreciate that
