very close to all major attractions. situated in the hart of the Golden Horn and in a quiet place. the staff was very friendly and professional. the room was very clean.

the breakfast was not typical Turkish breakfast. was more like a continental breakfast.

Excellent property, very cooperative staff, the location can’t get any better, the view from the terrace is amazing, enjoyed my time and strongly recommend this property to anyone coming to Istanbul

Breakfast can be better, compared to other hotels in Istanbul it’s not bad but it’s very basic. Please provide free water on daily basis not only on the day of check in as that’s the norm in Istanbul

The location of the hotel was fabulous. Just 4 mins walk to Blue mosque. The room was spacious.

The bed was extremely small. The ac wasnt working the room was very warm. And the staff did not borther to check even after complaining. My son accidentally dropped a glass piece, and they charged me 40€ for it which im sure wasnt even the cost of it.

Fantastic location for walking to Istanbul's main sites. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of good bars and restaurants nearby.

The immediate foreground of the room view is a development site but beyond is the Bosphorus so just look above your eye line!

The breakfast is very basic. Not much option. The pillow in the room is hard & A/C is not working at all.

The Biz Cevahir is really central if you’re visiting the historical sites like the mosques and the basilica cistern. It’s a lovely quiet corner of the touristy area though and a blissfully cool space to escape to after a long day of crowds. The breakfast is very good with different Turkish delicacies on offer every day.

Cafer was very helpful and fantastic and the staff were all lovely and brilliant! Me and my child loved it here and it was a great spot to getting around everywhere. Thank you so much I will stay here again!

The hotel is just really good. Staff are so attentative. Zafar and Hassan honestly they are really kind and great. Recommended to everyone.
