This was a great place, I stayed 7 nights. It was soooo close to the Blue Mosque, Haga Sophia, restuarants, park etc. We were able to walk everywhere with no Taxi's even to our boat cruise. The Breakfast was amazing everyday, the beds were very comfortable and cute room. I had a friend in adjourning room which made it nice and easy for us. The staff were very nice and helpful. I think it is a 10 on everything. I will be recommending my friends stay here and I will return as this was such a wonderful experience. I appreciated the coffee maker in our room and small refrigerator for slow mornings and restaurant left overs.

Second time staying here beautiful again. Breakfast on the balcony with a view of the blue mosque and Hagia Sophia. Would be nice if it was an open terrace though as sometimes gets too hot. 2min walks to sevens hills restaurant and mesale cafe which put on a free dervish show from 8-10pm. Was lovely to have that so nearby again! Also topkapi palace and loads of beautiful shops nearby and affordable supermarkets! We got the same room as last time which was nice memories and just being so close to everything and mosque and shops was lovely. The staff was great especially Ahmet and Rohat. Id like to say a special thank you to Rohat as he was there when we first got there and helped us immensely every morning. Always on hand to help and was really nice and helped us with some guides and maps so he was especially of service to us. Also water went off in the area and we really appreciated him trying to fix the issue asap even though it was not the hotels issue. We will definitely book a third time again if we came back to Istanbul!! Teşekkür ederim! 😀😀

New towels in the hotel room were just a little dirty on arrival. Didn’t look like they had been cleaned so was abit disappointing whilst having a shower on first arrival and freshening up after travelling some towels were dirty so we requested some more clean ones all was fine after that! Water went off in the whole area BUT was not the hotels fault but was a little bit of inconvenience and only for a few hours.

Excellent little boutique hotel. Only 300 meters from blue mosque. T1 team line easily accessible. Breakfast is adequate with great views of Hagia Sophia and blue mosque.

Air con has broken but they did a good job to fix it by the evening. So well done to the hotel for doing this.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, literally Sultan Ahmet (Blue mosque) is a under a minute away - what more could you want! The hotel is just off from the hustle and bustle so you don't get the street noise. The rooms and hotel were kept clean by Hacer and Sevim they were so sweet. The rooms are a great size with tea/coffee facilities provided with complimentary water on arrival. The breakfast spread has variety with hot and cold options with fruit and cakes all maintained by Hatice and I forgot the younger boys name but they were friendly and happy to help with making breakfast enjoyable - Hatice even cooked me a yummy pancake. The boy was even helpful with carrying our suitcases down our flight of stairs and they weren't light! Istanbul is a wonderful city with so many things to see and buy so be prepared! The staff are super friendly shout out to the reception staff Ahmet, Rohat and Erkin who were always ready to listen to our daily explorations with readiness to add to where we should explore next. They wanted us to be as comfortable as possible so we're always asking if there was anything they could do to make our experience a more pleasant stay. We travelled as 2 females and felt safe within this hotel. I highly recommend booking to stay at this hotel it will only enhance your holiday whilst stay in Istanbul. Well done to everyone member of staff at this hotel hope to see you all again soon.

That our holiday came to an end!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, and I would like to sincerely thank Manager Ahmet for his outstanding assistance and warm hospitality. He was incredibly helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. One of the best parts about this hotel is the breathtaking view. From here, you can clearly see both the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, which makes the experience truly unforgettable. Waking up to such a stunning view of these iconic landmarks is simply priceless. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. The location is perfect, the service is excellent, and the views are absolutely spectacular. Thank you again, Ahmet, for your kindness and support!

We are satisfied with the hotel,if I visit Istanbul again,I would stay in Aristcrat hotel. It’s clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooftop’s view is amazing and it can be used all day, not just during the breakfast. The street is quiet however the main tourist attractions are within walking distance.

The standard room only has a very small French balcony, which is not mentioned in the room description. When we were looking for hotel,it was important for us that the hotel room has a balcony where we could sit and rest.

I recently stayed at the Aristocrat Hotel in Sultanahmet for five nights, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience. The hotel deserves a full 10/10 rating for its outstanding service and accommodations. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would like to give special mention to Rohat, who went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. His professionalism and dedication to excellent service truly stood out. Every aspect of the hotel, from cleanliness to customer service, was top-notch. I highly recommend the Aristocrat Hotel to anyone visiting Sultanahmet

I like everything, I haven't noticed any problem

The staff is courteous and friendly. They went out of their way to help. The location is exceptional, near lots of restaurants and the most important historical sites. The breakfast at the rooftop terrace (with excellent views) was superb. Beware, the elevator does not reach the terrace and one has to walk two flights to reach it.

The air conditioner did not work in the entire hotel. Because it was a holiday weekend they could not get a technician in to fix it. The staff brought a fan at our request but it was still so hot, sleep was difficult.

An excellent place to be. Less than 2 minutes walking to Santa Sofía with the breakfast viewing it, in the old center but at the same time in a quiet street. The rooms are very confortable and clean. But best of all is its employees. They, all, made us felt at home, really kind and helpful from heart. Rohat, in reception, went the extra mille. I was sick that nigth (after a trip in Egypt due to the bad food there) and he did all that was in his hands to help me, offered me to call hospital, gave me is contact in case I needed anything urgent in the night or felt worse, brougth me yoghurts, etc. He treated me and my sister as guests and friends and nos just as clients. Thank you Rohat and to all the team.

All exceeded our expectations

From the beginning we had a good experience with Aristocrat Hotel. They were very nice and helpful. We had whatsapp conversations and they offered good informations about the meeting place in the airport. It was very easy to find the spot and we were surprised that even our family name was correctly pronounced by the guy who waited for us. The ride was good quality, cozy and relaxed. From the very first step in the loby, the desk guy explained us everything we had to know about our staying and then took our trollers and presented the large, clean and beautiful room and the covered terace on the roof, the place were we took breakfast next three mornings. The menu was good, with a lot of vegetables, fruits and sort of cheese. They offered us good informations about transport, places to visit and anything we needed to know. I want to thank especially to Cengiz Khan from the hotel, because we had a problem with the Night Dinner Cruise, he did the best to solve it and he did it.🙏Thank you! We promised that we'll come back and we will! I strongly recomand Aristocrat Hotel!
