It’s litterly the first property you got to visit! You have no idea about this view!!! If you don’t try it I don’t understand why you came to Istanbul. The view you will have from the roof or balcony it’s not for words to grasp! The birds you can feel their energy when flying around you. It’s a magical moment that can give you a feeling you may never feel anywhere else. But yess if 100 euro is a cornerstone for you to try it. Then you got to appreciate moments in life more. You have no excuse to try it out just for 1 night. And you will understand. Also beds are COMPFY!!! I mean COMPFY LIKE ITS WORD 10k euro just for their mattress to support your back. I didn’t had even in more fancy hotels this type of mattress quality. You will hear noice but understand you’re on the number 1 road in Istanbul. So that’s impossible to avoid and not that it will bother you. Remember the mattress isn’t your usual experience unless you’re used to pay 500 euro a night for a hotel room. So just try it and enjoy the moment and don’t make my mistake by not having enough of phone memory to capture more pictures snd videos. It will never be enough.

Great location, low cost

The morning of departure I made a simple request to change the pick-up time ( by 15 minutes) for the transfer they arranged and the desk person was impossible, She refused, then said their was no number to call and on an on - until I finally called and the transfer co. was happy to oblige. Also breakfast isn't served until 9, which is late, especially if you have to leave for the airport. They did make an exception and serve me at 8:35, but my transfer was at 8:45

Mohammed was excellent, very friendly,great English speaker, made a good cup of English tea after we explained that we add cold milk. Good location,comfy bed and warm shower ,

More variety at breakfast would be good and access to the roof terrace for breakfast or drinks would have been great

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room and the shower was clean and totally okay. Location was perfect.too bad the roof terrace wasn't open, it's got a great view of Hagia Sofia and the sea.

These are not actual negative stuff, little things: the room can be noisy even at night since turkish people seem to love their horn. 🙃 The windows were a bit loose so even when closed, there was a little wind, but not problematic.

Excellent location with rooftop views of the Blue Mosque and the harbor views. But make sure to request lower floor if you’re not used to climb steep stairs. We end up with a challenging top floor, very small, no views and a faint sewage smell.

Location near Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Arasta Bazar, Tram Station, halal restaurant, convenience for attractions area. Staff very helpful & friendly. Provide baby coat for free. Spacious and clean room suitable for family. Statisfify and happy stay here. Value for money 😄 very recommend!!!

It's on prime location walking distance to most of attractions places and the level of hospitality of hotel team make you feel like 2nd home. Special thanks to Mr.Saad highly appreciate you.

location is great. next to sultan Ahmet mosque. staff is amazing. helpful. room is clean. warm. bathroom is clean. terrace wasn’t open when I was there. only open for last two days of our journey. coz of they were doing some maintenance. so we was unlucky. but it’s new furniture and amazing view for Istanbul. all staff was helpful even the owner. they are very friendly. yea was free always. and they keep asking what we need. sending us complimentary fruits and tea. coffee.

-house keeping is only every other day. not daily. so it’s not comfortable for me with kids. - tv has not much channel. I don’t watch tv at all. but kids wanted to watch. so take you iPad if you have kids. -breakfast was nice but little poor choice. omelet was cold. tea was cold. the Pakistani guy was alone in the morning. and he was bringing the food one by one. so he was slowly. while he was bringing bread. we were waiting long for tea. while he brining the tea. we were waiting for omelet 😂 but he as very apologetic. and cucumber and tomatoes was very cold. so we just asked for boiled egg.

Breakfast was excellent, The employees were very professional and nice. The location was very close to touristic area of the town. I feel like it is a little bit over price for the size of the room. I don't know if it is because of booking.com fees.

They had more positive things than negative. People were smoking inside the hotel and the restaurant made us uncomfortable. The distance from the airport but it was forgotten after visiting the Bazaar and the blue mosque! some customers were not nice to employees. overall, it was a very good experience.
