I had an absolutely amazing stay at Mevlana Hotel in Istanbul! From the moment I arrived, the experience exceeded all expectations. The managers and staff were incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful throughout my visit. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Their hospitality truly made me feel at home, and their warm smiles and professional service added so much to the overall experience. The location is perfect – right in the heart of the old city, just a short walk from iconic landmarks like the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, and Topkapi Palace. It’s the ideal spot for anyone who wants to explore the rich history and culture of Istanbul without needing transportation. The hotel itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with a charming atmosphere that reflects the spirit of the city. Whether you're visiting for a few nights or an extended stay, I highly recommend this hotel. 10/10 – I will definitely be coming back! I travel to Istanbul almost once in a 2-3 months. I’ve chosen this place cuz it was very close to Haya Sofia mosque. I realized that building was the same as on the picture, a sweet white building with pink flowers as its a part of European architecture. it’s very close to blue mosque, all restaurants near by, shops, social transportation. The coolest receptionist Serdar. Believe me, I went through many hotels in Istanbul and there was never more kind service ever. I’ll definitely come back. thank you Serdar

Front office staffs arranged our transportation from airport to hotel by private car it was exciting 👍They have a beautiful sea view Terrace and restaurant . where you can also see the blue mosque, and staffs who works in breakfast saloon they are very friendly and kind . thanks for everything 👍👍

Overall I liked staying in this hotel, the personnel and location make it worth of its money. We were kindly welcomed in the middle of the night, all the information provided, the guy on the reception helped us with our baggage. The room had everything we needed for these 2 days. And because of the perfect location we didn't use any type of public transportation, as everything was easily accessible by foot.

The breakfast is honestly bad, nothing was tasty. Although the food in the restaurant itself is really good, so it just doesn't make sense to me. The rooms could use some repair, especially in the bathroom.

Very nice staff, amazing people there, the tea is incredible, the employees are willing to do anything to make you satisfied the hotel has parking, the breakfast was good, the area was very nice, full of restaurants and shops, 10 min from Hagia Sophia and 15 min from Graand Bazar. Our vacantion was amazing!

We struggled a bit to get to the hotel parking lot by car, because the road we had on google maps took us on a closed road, and we had to detour several times until we figured out which street to enter. But we find it and it was perfect after.

Stayed 4 nights in this hotel. Service: Very helpful and pleasant staff! Although the property is pretty old, the staff made up for it by keeping everything so clean and housekeeping for the room was excellent! We were presented with gifts upon checked in and also briefed on how to move around to places of interests. The boss also is super friendly and kind. Restaurant: nice food and ambience at the rooftop. Location: excellent location, near to everything!

Located in the heart of the touristic district of Sultanahmet with many top monuments within walking distance, the hotel offers nice facilities for a comfortable stay. The delicious breakfast on the terrace restaurant has a marvellous view, both towards the sea and the blue mosque. Safe and homely, highly recommended for solo female travellers like me. I look forward to visit again next time.

The staff were really friendly and helpful and the rooms were pleasant and clean. The location was ideal as there was no street noise but it was around a five minute walk from Sultanahmet Square.

We could hear people in the stairway, however this did not disrupt our sleep. There was no water or other cold beverages at the breakfast, only hot drinks, could have really done with a water or fruit juice in the heat

Small hotel in a prime location for visiting the main attractions of Istanbul, close to many restaurants and shops. Rooms not very large, but furnished with good oriental style. Breakfast by buffet with a wide choice of sweet, savory and fruit, served on the terrace overlooking the Blue Mosque. High quality/price ratio.

The room smelled a bit stale and the cleanliness needs to be improved.

It is in a prime location - walking distance 5 min to Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The staff are very welcoming and Sardar gives us all info and allowed us to check in early before our checkin time- very flexible and négociable. There is roof top restaurant with awesome view for Blue mosque.
