The staff during evening and night hours was very rude.

The location of the hotel was perfect, it’s the perfect spot for all the important attractions 5min walking from blue mosque, 5min from topkapi palace , 5min from hagia Sofia , less then 10 min to the metro station , walking distance to the grand bazaar .. in addition to the restaurant and coffee around the hotel . We came to comfort , very comfortable hotel rooms are spacious and clean with new furniture bed are clean and comfortable. They have elevators, and most of the hotel in the area don’t have . The staff are very friendly and helpful. I recommend and I will be back there .

Just they have to reconsider little bit in the breakfast

Great location, just about 5 mins from Blue Mosque (and from the roof it seems even closer). There is an elevator, which is a huge advantage when you travel with your parents. Rooms are spacious enough and comfortable, good bed. Hotel offers very good transfer from/to the airport for really good price. Breakfast is decent.

There was alreally horrible smell coming from the drain pipes in the bathroom. Although we complained and after second complain the staff tried to fix it, it didn't happen. Towels have not been changed for three days, shower gel not re-added. Also, if you do not enjoy Turkish (black) tea, there is no other choice of teas for the breakfast.

the location is great, in the city center, 10 minutes walk to Blue Mosque, breakfast was delicious, plenty food to choose from, coffee was good, staff was nice and hepful, the room itself was nice, even though few things were broken, but in overall, you get what you paid for :)

there were 3 of us, after the first night, they took all the towels and returned us only 2, after second night, they took again all the towels and return only 1? so I had to come to the reception in the evening asking for the towels for 2 people bins were not emptied, I literally had to take out the full bag of the bin and put it next to it for them to notice that the bag is full, toilet paper was only refilled when they noticed there was nothing left, no spare one,

Very nice lovely hotel. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Nice bathroom. Staff is helpful. The location is just perfect. We really enjoyed staying there, would definately come again and recommend.

The only minus I can think of is that there is no restaurant on the roof. You can go out there and enjoy the beautiful view, but having a breakfast or dinner with that view would be so much better. Hopefully in the future they will build a restaurant there as they told us. 😉

Good and comfy room, very close to all sightseeing

The hotel is located in Sultanahmet neighborhood close to many landmarks and tourist attractions and close to many restaurants, mini - markets, souvenir shops, bazaars and metro and tram stations. The lobby is cozy and stylish, the view from the rooftop is absolutely splendid. Our room was clean, luminous, quite spacious and nicely decorated. Breakfast is good.

Although our room was clean when we got, it was not cleaned properly during our stay.

It is located in a nice area and all the staff members are nice. It is a clean and tidy place. My room was cleaned every day. The light in my bathroom was not working. They fixed it as soon as I told them. On my last day, one of the lights in my room stopped working, too. I am sure they would have fixed it if I told them. They also provide taxi services. You can either use their services or order it yourself (e.g. uber). It can be cheaper, if taxi drivers don't scam/charge you more.

Great affordable hotel in a perfect location on a cozy and quiet street of main historic district Sultanahmet with a lot of shops and restaurants around. Just 5 min walk to Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque as well Cisterna Basilica and Topkapi Palace. Nice buffet breakfast. Reception guys are very friendly and really helpful, many thanks! I was lucky to book top floor de lux room with magnificent sea views. Also big plus is the roof terrace to enjoy at night with sea views all around and enchanted Blue Mosque in burgundy color. Really really fabulous. Highly recommend!
