The hotel, room and staff were exceptional, we had a basement room with private hammam and small outside courtyard. The air conditioning worked well. It was the little extra touches that made our stay, fresh pastries in our room which was cleaned daily, free snacks in the hotel courtyard between 13:00 and 19:00 were an added bonus. Breakfast on the roof terrace had plenty of choices including omelette or fried eggs if you asked for them. The staff were really friendly and informative. The manager who was on duty between 14:00 & 23:00 was particularly helpful when we needed to book an airport transfer and directions for various tourist attractions. If we ever visit Istanbul again we would definitely stay at the Best Point. BTW views of the Blue Mosque from the hotels rooftop were unrivalled!

Quaint, very clean, comfortable and great hospitality. Our room had a private hammas in it! Located in the cutest historic area and easy to get around. The staff was very accommodating and kind. We left early in the morning and they kindly prepared breakfast to go. We wish he had more time here, I would 100% stay here again!!

It was extraordinary! Mustafa went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was perfect, from the warm welcome at check-in to the prompt and courteous service throughout our stay. Exceptional staff, their professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our entire stay. Mustafa and the staff truly made a difference in our experience. Additionally, the hotel's location within walking distance to all the highlights of the area was incredibly convenient. Being able to explore the city's attractions on foot made our stay even more enjoyable and allowed us to immerse ourselves fully in the vibrant atmosphere of the area.

The location is the most central, especially if you want to be near Main tourist attractions. Staff was super friendly and helpful. There was Turkish bath in the room which was perfect for relaxation. Hotel was very cozy and charming. Views from the breakfast area was super. The only downside for me was breakfast, because there was mostly sweets and there was no big variety especially if you stay there 2+ days.

Breakfast could be better, especially in Turkey, which is famous for its breakfast traditions. I don't say that food was bad or something but there was no enough choice. If you love desserts and sweets in the morning than it was full of it :D but personally I don't eat desserts so early.

The hotel is short walk away from Sultan Ahmet mosque. It's away from the main street noise. We were welcomed with complimentary tea and within our room we had daily baklava, biscuits, lokum and water. There's also a variety of tea which we used making the room feel more homely 😊 We had our room cleaned daily and it was done very well by the housekeeping staff. We booked the room with the hamam which was needed at the end of long walks to help ease the aches from all the exploring the city has to offer. If your considering it then do book it's something you won't regret. The door of the hamam had an issue but was thankfully put right so if you have any issues it gets sorted 👍 peace of mind. My husband needed some clothes laundering and they did it for us complimentary which was generous of the hotel. The breakfast has plenty of variety and you definitely won't go hungry- something for everyone with nice views of the area. Sultan Ahmet mosque is always lovely to see. They cook eggs and omelette however you wish too for those who prefer to have thar option. The staff are friendly and helpful, we used the luggage weights which they delivered to our room a couple of times without hassle. Istanbul is always somewhere where you need to be careful how much you shop because I'm always having to buy extra baggage weight! it's reassuring they have the equipment to check before any surprises at the airport! Thanks for the stay at this lovely hotel we've been recommending to all family and friends 🧡 Hope to be back again.

Very nice boutique style updated hotel. Has various amenities that most common tourist would need. Excellent breakfast service with one of the best views of the river and Sultanamet. Staff was attentive and helpful. Location is central to sites and sounds and easy access to transport around the major tourist attractions. Streets are a little tight and traffic can be an issue at random times but alas it worked very well for our needs. I would highly recommend based on price and all the positives that include location, service, attractions, transport, amenities with comfortable living spaces, and food.

It did have a short time during our stay that the water to the hotel on the side of the rooms was shut off. Apparently this happens frequently and that is not good for guests in the long run. Luckily we only experience it for a short period of time.

The location was great, tucked in a quaint alley on the heart of Sultanhamet Square, within easy walking distance of all the beautiful attractions as well as close to the Bosphorous walking path. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Our standard room was a great room for us that we would have been happy with. They knew we had a long travel day with an international flight the next morning, and they offered us a beautiful, quiet sweet in their sister hotel across the alley without an additional cost. They encouraged us to bring our own wine to the hotel rooftop balcony to view the Blue Mosque aglow in the evening lights. This was a highlight of our trip, along with the incredible breakfast spread on the same rooftop the next morning. We have never had such a delicious meal, complete with traditional Turkish breakfast and rows of delicious Turkish pasties. All with a gorgeous view!

Breakfast was really good and with a lot of choices, the room was very comfortable, we had a private Hammam in our room which was icing on the cake! Staff were very friendly, location was great as it was only a few minutes walking to get to the Blue Mosque and the T1 line.

Not the property's fault, but walking the street as soon as you get outside you are hassled by each restaurant to come eat there no matter if you already ate or not...was annoying...but again that isn't against the property...it's the Sultanahmet squeeze.

Exceeded my expectations. Everything was excellent. Muhammet and his team was very friendly with everything we needed. They help with luggage’s and whatever I needed. It has an amazing view to the blue mosque at breakfast . I will be coming back to this hotel and recommend this to anyone.
