From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The front desk team was incredibly helpful, providing me with all the information I needed about the hotel and the surrounding area. Every interaction I had with the staff, whether at the restaurant or housekeeping, was marked by their professionalism and attentiveness. It’s clear that customer service is a top priority here. The hotel’s location is another highlight. Situated in the heart of the city, it offers easy access to local attractions, shopping, and dining. I loved being able to explore the vibrant neighborhood right outside my door. The stunning views from the hotel add an extra touch of charm, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. The hotel’s amenities were impressive as well. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The on-site restaurant offered a fantastic selection of dishes, and the breakfast buffet was a delightful way to start the day. My stay at Cape Palace Hotel was outstanding. The combination of friendly staff, a prime location, and excellent facilities made for a memorable visit. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic experience in the area. I have been in Istanbul for the third time and always stayed in Sultanahmet. Love this location, lot of restaurants, walking distance to everywhere, close to the city center and all the main attractions. But at the same time not that noisy and cozy, in the heart of the old town. Cape Palace Hotel was a good choice, everyone was really nice, I was mainly in touch with Enes, really nice guy, always happy to help, arranged both transfers to/from the airport for us. Also cleaning ladies really nice and polite, cleaning on a daily basis. Wi-fi worked pretty well!

I was a bit disappointed that the terrace was not available. Also the breakfasts are full of local specialities so if you are looking for European style, nope.. but it will give you an idea of local cuisine. We had a room next to the elevator so sometimes it got a bit more noisy especially when people were coming back a bit later..

The room was extremely clean and well-cleaned during our stay; really the entire building was very clean, and it was inviting and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent (a mixture of Turkish and continental breakfast), with plenty of variety. The people were so kind and welcoming in every capacity (cleaning, breakfast, front desk), I was completely won over. It is a short and pleasant walk from the Blue Mosque, etc.

The bathroom was on the small side (although the shower was spacious), and the bed was rather firm, but still comfortable for me. These are not real negatives--I just think one should know what one is getting. It was good value in my experience.

Everything was great, from stuff, to accommodation, to breakfast. Thank you for your nice and warm stay. Room had everything we need. Before we came they contact us via wp just to check on us and they helped us get bosphorus tour. Every information that we needed, they spawned really fast. It was really Sn amazing stay. Hotel is in a nice and not noisy place.

Everything was Superb!

We stayed for a couple of days and it was a pleasure. The breakfast was very tasty, the room is cleaned every day. The stuff is very friendly and nice, especially Enes, the receptionist was very helpfull and kind. The hotel is situated in very good point of the area, where you cand find a couple of the main attractions like The Blue Mosque, Grand Bazar, etc...but also is very easy to use public transport to get to other touristic places. *Be careful when you cross the road beacuse there is a mess on the roads which might be a little confusing for a tourist but overall it was a great experience. Deffinetely will come back.

I would like to express my special thanks to Dovlet, a receptionist at the hotel. He always greeted me with a smile, helped me with any problems, and gave me valuable advice on what to see and do in Istanbul. Dovlet is a true professional, and he made my stay at the hotel even more enjoyable. I highly recommend the Cape Palace Hotel to anyone planning a trip to Istanbul. There are lots of small shops, caffes and restaurants around. The hotel is very clean, room itself is very comfortable, has all necessary things in it. We stayed at Cape Palace for 2 nights. Location is right in the centre of Istanbul. Just a 10 minutes walk to the major attractions. Lots of eateries around the hotel. Our receptionist was so supportive and he guided us with Istanbul map and all the key attractions around, where should we opt for public transport and how much a taxi would cost. He even informed us about where to shop and where not as touristy places were expensive. He wrote down some fantastic restaurant options for us which had authentic Turkish food at absolutely affordable rates. He gave us a sea view room as there was an available option even though we didn’t book one. This was such a kind gesture from them. Rooms were clean, water, coffee replenished. The receptionist during the night (Dovlet) was so cheerful and warm to welcome us after a long day, he booked us an early morning airport taxi for our return too at an affordable rate. Surprisingly, he took us to the terrace of the hotel which had a clear Panaromic view of Istanbul, the sea, the blue mosque - Thank you Dovlet for the wonderful surprise.

Breakfast options were too too limited. It would have been better to have some warm/hot food options.

It's close to main attractions so no need for transportation. Rooms are colour coordinated and kept clean but mattresses are hard. WiFi is available for free. Breakfast is very Turkish but has the necessary ingredients.

The staff hardly speaks any English so no much assistance. They need to be more smiley and customer focused. Unfortunately there were building works next door so the hotel is somehow impacted in terms of looks. The main reception is small and it seems like entering someone's house.
