Professional staff, Location, free late checkout, fast service, nice balcony

It’s a beautiful elegant hotel but it’s not really a 700 Euros per night hotel. For this money in Istanbul I was expecting to see something better than this. some negative point I saw , Sushi rolls in Isokyo restaurant is not really sushi ! even it’s not roll swimming pool temperature was cold. most of the guests wouldn’t dare to use it. mostly used jacuzzi instead. water faucet in our room was stiff as much as my 6 years old son couldn’t open it. we ordered 2 burgers from room service , the bottom bread was wet , really wet! that was shocking ! selling a burger 25€ with cold wet bread !

The views are out of this world (presuming you get a Bosporus view) Classy place

Don't get me wrong it's clearly a 5 star, but at this price: and with so many other options in Istanbul * it's 10 years old and starting to feel tired. AC, fittings all just a bit past it. Room iPad has to be rebooted. * Checkin was tiresome, lots of paperwork, card machine didn't work (she tried to type it in) * Even for a 5 star the prices are just a little whack - €19 for a bottle of beer. Even the newer Peninsula "only" charges 13 * Probably the KO for me: location. it's handy if you like the mall and are flying out of IST, otherwise you're going to have to get a taxi everywhere

Service - Butler service at this hotel was incredible it was nice having a Whatsapp number to message with any questions you had and they were pretty responsive with their responses. - They also had turndown service which was pretty cool. - I had just proposed to my then girlfriend and I told them and they helped with some complimentary desserts on arrival as well as decorations for the rooms, they definitely went above and beyond. - They also allowed for a super late checkout at 4pm which was great as meant we weren't rushed - The staff were very friendly all over in general and there were many complimentary services we got Rooms - We were in a Junior Suite which was incredibly spacious. The towels, pyjamas, robes, slippers were all of incredible quality. The balcony was very spacious as well and had great views of the city. The bed was very comfy as well. Particularly loved how high tech the rooms from ordering food to controlling, curtains, temperature, lights, etcs Restaurants - Not sure if the restaurants were part of the hotel but they are in the same complex. The food there was really nice in both Iskoyo and Sakhalin

The smart home did not work. lots of frustrations with doors and lights. You will receive a phone call 11.45 to remind you that check out is at 12.00z and when you tell them why on earth they do it, they tell you to offer a late checkout 😂😂 as they did not reach me in my room a day before. They have my mobile number and I have also a butler 😂😂😂 so they did not reach me 😂😂 for such a Hotel for over 1300 Euro a night a joke!!! Also right after my booking at 8.00 pm they send me 10 emails about payment! even so after I paid they still send me 2 emails. this place looks very desperate so I offered them to donate some money.

A lovely hotel with great staff, all started before the arrival when they offered me an upgrade for a suite (of course with extra amount) but it was good choice. Among arrival I felt welcomed all the way and they are available for your service (bill captain, reception, butler and all staff) with a smile and I felt at home and the suite was clean will furnished, food was perfect and the location as part of a shopping mall with multiple restaurants and coffee shops you don't need to go outside literally. This is not the first time I stayed their and every time it was great choice, thanks.

I liked the staff the most - they are always taking care of the guests with a smile and always try to find the best solution to the problems. I liked their positive and can-do attitude. The location of the hotel was very central and the room was spacious and had a nice view seeing Bosphorus. The breakfast was also quite satisfactory.

In our room, there was a little bug on the complimentary fruit but the staff intervened and solved the issue the best they can. During breakfast, I was having Turkish tea but it seemed to be cold everytime I ordered the serving of the tea could be improved (maybe serving with a steel teapot?).

I stayed two times 4 nights then checked out but I came back again to stay for 3 nights because I missed this hotel . Everything from A to Z was perfect Very helpful and welcoming concierge and receptions staff . My specail thanks to a gentleman in the breakfast restaurant who served us 4 days with smile. Sorry can’t remember his name. Very sincere . He represents a perfect image of this beautiful hotel. Thanks to all specially the girl at reception in my second visit. 🙏

Can’t think of anything that I didn’t like

Upscale location with service to match. The hotel lives up to the vibe. The room is the biggest we have stayed in Istanbul. The balcony size can accommodate 5 people in one go. The services is top-notch. The staff working there they have been carefully chosen. Well-done management running the hotel. Tayfun and Burak from the reception were very professional and friendly-thank you for taken care.

We have ordered breakfast in the room. It was standard not what I would have expect from Raffles. The hot plates were cold and uninviting.

Good hotel, spacious room, very nice location and wonderful restaurants

1) Outdoor Swimming pool didn’t work 2) I had to leave Istanbul one day earlier. But the hotel didn’t refund me that day. Nobody explained me why. The only official reply was that it’s because of Booking.com policy. However, I could not find any relevant reference to that.

breakfast was disappointing.

The buffet was second-rate.Not a luxury Hotel standard.
