I enjoyed my stay due to how polite, helpful, patient and friendly the staff were, and especially Mr Ufuk, the manager. The hotel and room were clean as well, and there were no insects in the hotel, which was pleasant. Additionally, the location is excellent for tourists, as many major attractions are within walking distance, whilst others could be reached by the tram which is close by too. The staff were always welcoming too, and greeted us whenever we entered the hotel, which was something I really enjoyed. All in all, the hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay there again!

The food at breakfast was a little limiting, as the same options were offered everyday.

A phenomenal location just a few steps from the Sultanahmet Mosque (Blue Mosque). The staff is very hospitable, professional and ready to help in any situation. They helped me receive a package that was lost. They called the delivery agency several times and went to pick up the package in person. The room is maintained and cleaned every day. The bed is phenomenal, very comfortable. There are good restaurants and places to go out nearby. The tram station is a 5-minute walk away

There's nothing we didn't like. The value you get for the money is incredible. This is not a 5* hotel to expect a spa center and some other amenities. It is an exceptional small family hotel with 10-12 rooms that belongs to the economy class with the exceptional amenities I mentioned from the location, the staff and a super comfortable bed. in a clean and warm room.

Excellent location, 200 m away from the Blue Mosque, on a quiet and safe street. The staff very friendly and professional, especially Ufuk, who even lent me his own Istanbul card. Very clean, the hotel has a modern elevator and the breakfast was fulfilling, although not spectacular. Plenty of restaurants and minimarkets close by. The shower worked really well and the AC was good, too. We even had a minifridge in the room. We were also allowed to use the room after the checkout.

The only minuses were the seagulls. Likewise, the return transfer to the airport was too early. We arrived 5 hours earlier because they said the traffic is very heavy and the airport too crowded, which in the end was not the case. Overall, a positive experience.

Ufuk who works at the front desk. He is the best one in this hotel. Very gentle, understanding. He did his job very excellent.

We liked the cleanliness of the place, it was a 4 minute walk to Blue Mosque and near Hagia Sophia as well. The amenities were good according to the price. The best part was the location of the hotel.

They didn’t provide us water in our rooms,we had to ask for it everytime and they’d give us just one glass of water. One of the ACs didn’t work that great but it wasn’t bad.

The hotel was perfect, the location was amazing close to the main tourist sites. The staff were great and very helpful. We were able to keep the room for more hours until we left and there were no rush to leave. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to family, friends and everyone, really enjoyed my stay. Thank you :)

Great location walking distance to the center of old part of town of Istanbul, breakfast was included and I was given my own room for no additional charge as I was with a family of 8. That was a really wonderful unexpected offer.

Very close to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia Very helpful and friendly staff - especially Ufuk (went out of his way to assist with train bookings to Konya and even took us to the train station) Tariq was also very helpful with luggage and arranging airport transfer
