The hotel is very close to the main attractions, walking distance to hippodrome. We had an apartment, one unit per floor. It was a large one with a big terrace, side view to the sea. Comfy beds, clean room (daily), good furniture and no bad smells. Room's equipement worked well. Good Internet bandwidth, no connectivity issues. Hotel staff is friendly, willing to help. Good breakfast with a lot of options to choose from, served on top of the building with a side dish of a beautiful view. Parking was not on site but very close to hotel, the staff made sure we have a place to leave the car.

The location is excellent for the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar, etc. Breakfast had lots of options, was delicious, and served on the terrace with beautiful views of the sea and blue mosque. Our room was spscious for our family of six and was cleaned daily. There is excellent WiFi in the room. I would stay here again.

As other reviews have mentioned, reception staff, upon arrival and throughout our stay, didn't provide a warm welcome or greet you when you pass the hotel lobby. But whenever we needed anything, they were more than willing to help. The following issues should be resolved by hotel management to help guests The shower is not sealed properly, so water leaked after every shower Stiff lock and door handles in bathroom, difficult to use Fridge doesn't get very cold Lighting is poor in the lounge. There is no iron in the room. Upon request, there is an ironing room in their basement Laundry service not advertised Just the one toilet. Only one key provided between 6 adults and front door difficult to open No milk provided for tea like all other hotels No microwave

It’s a small and simple hotel located in the heart of the historic district The 2 bedroom unit was very spacious and much larger than expected The bed sheets and the unit as a whole was clean. Daily room service is included. The rooftop restaurant where breakfast was served was the best part, with stunning sunrise and views every morning The staff were very nice and accommodating Overall, we as a family enjoyed our stay. One thing to note if climbing stairs is an issue for you, there is an elevator in the facility, but to reach to the connecting building (where the apartments are), you need to take 5 steps. Also there are 17 steps to reach the breakfast rooftop.

The staff were so friendly, polite and helpful. We had a disaster transfer coming from the airport so we asked the hotel if they could book another company for us for our return. They did this without hesitation and arranged it so quickly. The transfer was fantastic. Highly recommend booking it through the hotel. The location of the hotel was fantastic as well. Great breakfast, with great views from the roof top terrace.. Would definitely stay there again.

A minor would be no exhaust fan in the bathroom, but seems to be consistent throughout European hotels.

The reason why we choose Fehmi Bay is the location. Indeed after staying there for 5 night,the hotel location speaks all. Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, busy street of SultanAhmet and Bazar is all walking distance. Meaning, you will spend more time visit to this places. SultanAhmet tram just around 7min walking distance to tranport you to other places. Second, the hospitality. Front counter are always ready to welcome and help, very kind and generous. Housekeeping ready to keep your room clean. We travel with 3 kids, so after long walk, our room was need and tidy. Love it. Ohh, not forgotten,the suites was very spacious for 5 of us. Lastly make sure spend your time breakfast at the cafe at the roof top. Amazing view facing Bosphorus Strait and Blue Mosque. Here i took Blue Mosque photo sunrise from the hotel. Amazing..

I booked two apartments for my family, one with with balcony. Both the apartments were very spacious, clean with comfortable beds. Within 5 minutes walking distance to blue mosque, Haga Sophia. About 10 minutes walk to Grand Bazaar. Plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and all kind of shops (Souvenir, clothes, sweets shop etc) around the hotel very close by. Breakfast on roof top with excellent views. 24 hr reception with helpful and polite staff. Cleaning was done daily and towels/toiletries replaced. We really enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend. No noise at night in apartments.

One bathroom/toilet per apartment. Choice of breakfast was OK and same choices every day. Small reception / lobby as expected in old part of town but very helpful staff.

Enjoyed our stay in Fehmi Bey. We stayed in a family suite which was a very good size and we had 6 people. The breakfast was good with wonderful views. The staff was always available for any questions we had and were super helpful. Very close so Sultanahmet/Blue Mosque and the hotel is not located on the top part of a hill so a comfortable walk to and from the main area. Would definitely come stay again.

Second visit to Fehmi Bey Suites and we will visit again. Friendly, family run hotel that is in the perfect location, with great service. The suite was perfect - suited our family of 6 perfectly, great to have a fridge, kettle, table and chairs and sofa to use. No pressure to be upsold, no pushing of other services by staff - just very helpful at all times.

The staff were phenomenal and so kind! We loved the property it was modern and comfortable.

The bathroom needed a bit of TLC and the water ran out after a certain number of showers and toilet uses but nothing that affected our stay at all.

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. We choose this hotel again because of the good experience we had last year. It has the most helpful staff, clean rooms, very good breakfast options with a beautiful view. The location is wonderful, you can walk to most of the main tourist places. It also has an elevator which is very helpful with moving large suitcases to the upper floors!
