I stayed at this hotel for just one night, but it was truly an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, Alex and his professional team made us feel welcome. During check-in, they offered us lemonade and Turkish coffee, and Alex gave us incredibly helpful advice and tips about Istanbul. Don’t skip his suggestions , he really knows the city and helped us make the most of our short visit. It was the first time I’ve ever received such detailed and useful information free of charge! The location is perfect, close to all the main attractions. Breakfast on the terrace was a highlight delicious food with a breathtaking view. Our room was spotless, newly decorated, and very comfortable. They also arranged an airport transfer for us, which made getting to the airport so much easier. I highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to stay here again!

Despite a brief, night-long stay at this lovely hotel, had a fab time no doubt. The location is absolutely unique, the hotel is at the heart of the Old City— the grand Constantinople, the modern-day Istanbul. You'd have chance to have beautiful sight-seeing opportunities in Istanbul, but might not be lucky enough to get this chance while taking a sip from your warm tea in your hotel room. The hotel offers this; especially, their terrace offers you a remarkable panoramic view of the Old City and Bosphorus. The experience is worth the price for sure. The staff were very nice. I particularly remember the receptionist, Alex. He is a very kind friendly fella, not only helpful for your comfort within the hotel, but also of great support to give you unique tips to make best out of your holiday in the city (cheap/high-quality restaurants/pubs, key locations to visit, key activities to do etc.). He is also very funny, tells great stories about his own travels, some I will never ever forget lol. Can tell the same more or less for the other staff members tbh. The rooms are very comfortable as well, you would have ready anything needed for a cosy peaceful room where you can rest. And if anything missing, the guys are legend tbh, they would just make it happen in a sec lol. So, I strongly recommend it to everyone without any hesitation; it is a shame I couldn't stay longer out there (had a pre-planned route so had to leave on time:( )

Nothing really, all went quite well. It far exceeded my expectations. Hard to complain about anything. Maybe I can complain that the guys working there were too nice, I wish I could be like them, I envy them lol So, all good, nothing to worry about ))

Walking distance to all historical areas. Peaceful and calm environment. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with changing the menu daily. Very clean and spacious rooms. Manager Ms Damla was so friendly and helpful. Other staff members including Ali, Sultan, Murat, and Mehmet maximally supported us. They upgraded our room to a suite room. We booked only for two days, fortunately we were able to got the stay extended for another three days. All the staff members guided us on our tours in Istanbul. The cleaning staff was matured and well experienced. There were lot of restaurants where you can have delicious Turkish meals, around the hotel. Special thanks to Ali on behalf of my family. Great staff and great location. Highly recommend for everyone. Everything is very close 5 to 10 minutes of walking time (Bazar Blue Masque Aya Sofia Tramway station etc) Thanks Everyone in Hotel to make our stay in hotel pleasant. No word to describe how we feel. Very warm welcome on check-in with coffee juice and cookies after a long ride from the airport to the hotel. Thank Ali and his coworkers that night for service they to. Awsom job. Hotel and room.was very clean and enjoyable.with a lot of windows facing a street. I like design of the room with LED light and comfort beds. Most important is quiet day/night time after long exploring thru do Istanbul.

Everything was perfect 👌

We especially liked the property due to its location on a quiet side street yet a very short walk to many of the attractions that we wanted to see as well as a short walk to public transportation, which we utilized often during our stay. The rooftop provided a beautiful view of the sea, and was a quiet place to sit and relax. The Terrace was another option for relaxing and eating but was under construction while we were there. It was just finishing up when we were leaving and looked very nice. Alex and his staff were exceptional, making sure that we had everything we needed during our stay. They were helpful in providing information regarding the area as well as assisting us in booking some of our activities through the hotel. We would definitely stay at this property again when we return.

A nice quiet hotel

We stayed in a quad room while traveling with our family, including our two kids aged 18 and 16. The beds were very comfortable, and overall, the hotel offered great value for money. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Starting with the kitchen team—they were happy to make us lattes and accommodate any requests we had with a smile. At the front desk, Ali during the day, Alex the manager, and Sultan at night all went above and beyond to assist us. Their genuine care and professionalism really stood out. I travel often enough to know when service is authentic, and this was clearly a dedicated and hardworking team focused on making guests feel welcome.

Missing an elevator but this is an old city, you should have strong legs

They go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy every moment of your stay. The hotel is newly renovated and fully furnished with modern touches. My room was spotless and comfortable. One of the highlights was the rooftop breakfast salon — it offers an incredible sea view where you can enjoy the sunset while sipping your Turkish coffee. The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk from all the major attractions. In the end, it didn’t feel like a hotel stay — it felt like visiting a friend’s home. Every staff member felt like a friend. Highly recommended! I’ll definitely come back

This was my first visit to Istanbul, and I stayed here with my family. The hotel was very clean and tidy, which made our stay comfortable from the beginning. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always making sure we felt welcome. Breakfast was really good, food was fresh , tasty and had a lot of variety. The location was excellent — we could walk to all the main tourist attractions, which made exploring the city so easy. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul, especially families.
