Malik and Yunus took such excellent care of us that I genuinely felt like I had returned home after visiting family. From the moment I booked to our check-in and check-out, the experience was exceptional. Our group, consisting of 8 people with over 10 pieces of luggage, booked two family suites. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and impeccably clean. Given our limited time in Cappadocia, they graciously stored our luggage at the hotel for almost two days. This level of hospitality ensures that I will only choose this hotel for all my future visits. They accommodated late checkouts, organized fantastic transportation, and patiently answered my numerous questions with a constant smile. The property is conveniently located close to all the attractions you would like to see when in Istanbul. But lets not forget this hotel rooftop will give you the most breathtaking view of the mosque. Breakfast is Turkish and something I looked forward to everyday during my stay. I cant wait to book the property again for my next visit! Thank you Yunus and Malik for looking after us so well!!

Extremely well located hotel, 100 yards from the end of the Hippodrome and 3 minutes' walk to the Blue Mosque. Fabulous view of the Blue Mosque from the roof terrace and from the 4th floor breakfast room. Tasty and plentiful breakfast. Very helpful staff, willing to arrange tours if that is what you need. Some good little touches such as use of umbrellas.

We requested and were given a non smoking room, however cigarette smoke pervaded the hotel, and it was evident from the smell that our neighbours on the floor were smoking, and that got into our room. We did mention it but not much was done about it apart from a thorough clean on the day it was mentioned. For a non smoker, that seriously detracted from the quality of the stay. Clearly a visit to Istanbul is not going to be a cigarette smoke free experience, but I do think the hotel could do more to make its rooms a refuge for non smokers rather than uncomfortably more of the same. If it did, then the hotel rating for me would be close to a 10.

the most beautiful and valuable thing in this hotel is the staff. very caring and kind to every detail. and you will be pleasantly surprised when you see that the entire staff is like one big family that loves every guest and will always greet you as the most welcome guest. i will definitely come back to you again when i find myself in Istanbul again…

From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home from home. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming — you’re treated as a guest, not just a number. With only 21 rooms, the hotel offers a real sense of personal care and efficiency. The attention to detail and guest experience is outstanding. The location is perfect — just a 2-minute walk to the Blue Mosque, with absolutely breathtaking views from the breakfast area and rooftop terrace. It’s a peaceful and beautiful way to start and end each day. Our room was immaculately clean, recently refurbished, and very comfortable — a great blend of modern comfort and local charm. The staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. As we had an early pre-breakfast checkout, they kindly prepared food for us to take with us. And at checkout, they even gave us a thoughtful leaving gift, which was such a lovely surprise. This is a hotel that truly cares. We left feeling looked after and already thinking about our next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for genuine hospitality in the heart of Istanbul.

The location was amazing - walking distance from all the must see spots (and the view really is that great). The staff were really genuine, nice and attentive, each and every one of them - always making sure that you have everything that you need. The room was spotless clean, well equiped and spatious. The hotel is brand new and decorated with taste. Breakfast was amazing, everything was freshly prepared, there are chefs in the kitchen who prep everyday. Everyday you get free drinks in your room minibar, which was really thoughtful and a surprise that was bot advertised. You also get a welcome drink and drinks from the staff now and then, which was trully unexpected. We expected a lot from this hotel, as the reviews were amazing, but were still pleasantly surprised.

This little hotel is so perfectly located in the Sultanahmet square. From the restaurant, you get a gorgeous view of the Blue Mosque. It's a special way to start the day at breakfast, which is, by the way, lovely! Additionally, the hotel is generous enough to provide you with coffee and tea at the restaurant if you want to sit there and have a chat in the night, looking over the glorious view. The rooms are spacious and classy. The toilet trimmings and everything in the rooms have been done so very tastefully and you feel very at home immediately. What ties everything together is the staff. From the moment you step into the hotel, you're greeted with warmth and kindness. Every member of staff is warm and friendly. This is no substitute for anything under the sun.

There's nothing that I didn't like.

Overall experience was amazing. The hotel was close to all the sights in the area plus the tram line and there were so many restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly, helpful and always there to offer a recommendation for anything we needed. Staff offered water when we left the hotel plus a welcome refreshment when we came back. Breakfast was varied and tasty & staff were also great, making omeletes & tea on request. Views from breakfast and the terrace were amazing and the mini bar inclusions were a bonus. Our room was huge and the bathroom was a good size plus the room had a lovely little balcony.

We visited Istanbul in June and were very pleased with the trip, especially with the hotel where we stayed. The staff was wonderful and very attentive. We felt care and professionalism in every detail. We were very satisfied with the breakfast that was served there – you could find everything you could wish for. The location is fantastic, with a view of the Blue Mosque and the Bosphorus. The room was fresh and well-cleaned every day when we returned from our walks. We were offered coffee and tea every time we entered the hotel. Highly recommended! 🙂

First of all, I would like to point out that the strength of this hotel is the staff: friendly, ready to give you tips and help. The hotel's position is noteworthy, close to the area of ​​interest (cultural/commercial), easy to reach tourist attractions and public transport connections (tram T2). The view offered by the hotel terrace, but also by the breakfast restaurant is special (you can see the Bosphorus/Marmara Sea and the Sultanahmed Mosque). The breakfast is diversified and with local specifics. We used a room for three people with comfortable beds, well equipped and cleaned daily.

The team went above and beyond with insider local tips on Istanbul attractions, transportation, and nearby restaurants. The rooms were spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and had incredibly comfortable beds. The highlight? The rooftop breakfast terrace with breathtaking views of the Blue Mosque — a picture-perfect start to every morning. Breakfast was a true treat with freshly brewed Turkish tea and coffee, delicious omelets, warm simit and homemade jams — the best way to fuel up for a full day of exploring. Located in the heart of Sultanahmet, it’s just a short walk to Hagia Sophia, the Grand Bazaar, Topkapi Palace, and other top historic landmarks. The neighborhood is safe, walkable, and full of character. If you're looking for a charming hotel near Istanbul's Old City that offers both comfort and local hospitality, this is the place to stay.
