The hotel is good and worth a try. Adjacent to two malls and numerous cafes and restaurants that cater to all tastes and closed to Marmary Metro .The staff is professional, calm, and genuinely cares about the comfort of their customers. They welcome you with juice as soon as you enter the hotel.

1- The hotel's Provides free taxi service from the airport to the hotel . But the taxi driver take the longer route to avoid tolls. That make the transfer to the hotel longer more than 30 minutes due to traffic to the hotel from 41 minutes to more than 75 minutes , Which created a bad impression. 2- The hotel lacks soundproofing, and you can hear car horns and motor bikes noise in your room, especially during the afternoon. The hotel is located on a main street. 3- The breakfast hall plays loudly songs that isn't appropriate for the morning. It's loudly and makes you feel uncomfortable, especially since you just woke up. But when I asked the staff to change the type of music, they responded and played slow calm music.

Starting off with the Be Fine SPA & indoor swimming pool areas plus amenities; overseen with an exceptional management by the Manager, Mrs Julia, at the SPA Reception with the contribution of an excellent Team of Staff. In our opinion, the elegant presence, the impressive range of services, the trustful involvement and professional engagement by the SPA Reception Manager, Mrs Julia, have been the highlight of what turned out to be an unexpectedly wonderful well-being stay (10 out of 10). We’ve had amazingly relaxing & therapeutic massages and Turkish bath sessions provided by these expert therapists: Mrs Penny, Mrs Ayo & Mrs Hülya. Secondly, the Hotel Reception Staff’s friendliness, professionalism & responsiveness to our demands has been the other highlight which contributed to our stay actually feeling like a full 5-star holiday. We recommend the dedicated, effective & competent contribution by these professionals to any future guests: Mrs Ezgi, Mrs Simge, Mr Mert, Mrs Melek (10 out of 10). They responded quickly, efficiently, kindly & with a trust inspiring smile to all our needs. From coordinating / booking a spectacular Boat Party for birthday, to offering city tour info, to delegating the adjustment of minor AC / plumbing technicalities, to providing guests with guidance when they encounter daily issues requiring a fix at the surrounding optician’s / drug store’s / tailor’s / dentist’s, and so on; Mrs Ezgi, Mrs Simge, Mr Mert & Mrs Melek made all the difference to our stay, together with the diligent, competent & smooth logistic support provided by the helpful Mr Gökhan and Mr Kaan (10 out of 10). At breakfast we enjoyed the smiling & diligent hospitality provided by Mrs Dilara, so as by Mrs Sofia any time at the Restaurant+Bar; two well trained professionals whose dedication made a difference too (10 out of 10).

We had good service by the waiter bulut Eren, he speaks good English. Location of the hotel is good. Most of the old staff are friendly.

1-Air condition was not cold on all three rooms. 2-There is no service elevators for the staff to be used, they are using the same elevators for the gust. 3- house keeping they don’t refill hair shampoo ,body gel and hand soap. You have to request it. 4- one male waiter is not cleaning the empty dishes from the table unless you request it , even though he makes a lot of rounds but not paying attention to the empty plates on the table at brake fast. 5- brake fast was not like before 2019 now it has less choices.

I recently stayed at Titanic Port Hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel's location is unbeatable, The staff's warmth and attentiveness added a personal touch to my stay, making it truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful experience. We stayed at Titanic Port Bakirkoy Hotel for 3 nights, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Around the hotel, there are several shops, malls, restaurants, and it's not far from the sea, which made the location even more enjoyable. It was perfect for exploring Istanbul — convenient, lively, and easy to get around. Our room was not only clean and comfortable but also peaceful and relaxing after a long day out in the city. Every morning, we looked forward to the breakfast — a fantastic selection of fresh and tasty options, served in a calm and welcoming atmosphere. What truly stood out was the service. We received wonderful daily support from the kind and attentive staff — always smiling, helpful, and genuinely caring. A special thank you to the team for the beautiful birthday surprise — it really touched us and made our stay feel even more special. We’re so grateful for everything and will definitely come back. Thank you again for making our time in Istanbul unforgettable!

Honestly, there wasn’t much we didn’t like.

Amazing hotel. It has been more than 8 times that i stayed in the Titanic. perfect location, near to 2 malls and restaurants, very quiet and clean rooms, i had the chance to be upgraded in the new renovated premium rooms , which has a nice sea view. The floor and furniture is just amazing. Great service and helpful staff, especially Mrs Nihan from guest relations, she is adorable and professional person. Titanic became our 2nd home.

A small remarq, just think about the led light behind the TV, there's no switch off button, the light bother while sleeping at night.

The location is great if you plan to stay a little longer: it is not close to attractions but it is much cleaner and overall more pleasant than the historic downtown. There are two big malls right next door. The Aquarium is a 10 minute taxi ride away. The metro is less than 10 minutes walk. We took the taxis that park in front of the hotel or the ones on the corner next to the mall - they use meter. A very nice embankment is about 13 minute walk. We went to the pool and the hotel's restaurant twice. The pool was pleasant, not too crowded. The food in the restaurant was tasty and the staff was multilingual. The room and the bathroom were spacious, very clean, the reception staff was very helpful and accomodating. We needed smaller pillows and they delivered them to our room immediately. On my mom's birthday, we received a birthday cake and cocktails, which was a very nice touch. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

We had one unpleasant incident during our one-week stay. At breakfast (November 12), one of the staff members (a female) came to our table and, while my mom was eating, lifted her plate to collect another plate that was under it. She didn't ask permission, just grabbed it. It was a bit shocking. She then collected our glasses with water, which, again, we were still using. When we protested, she just laughed and left. The whole situation was very strange, we only encountered very polite staff members at breakfast before and after that day, but this incident left a bad taste in my mouth. I wrote down the woman's name and can share it with the hotel's management.

Excellent buffet breakfast each morning. Our room was spacious with a good shower. Our rooms were always cleaned each day with fresh towels, toiletries. The cleaner Nagib was very helpful and courteous. Really good facilities with the gym, pool and steam room. Guest services were very helpful when planning our days in Istanbul, particularly Angel who helped us a lot with our planning.

Whilst there was wet floor signs out, the areas around the pool and jacuzzi had a built up of water which made them slippery, would have benefited of more frequent clearing away of the water.

Everything was perfect. You feel welcomed here by everyone and Everything. Check in is fast. They present welcome drink. I liked the cleanliness of the room, the colors, the decor and the details. You will find your main bath needs, mini bar, prayer mat, ka'ba direction, slippers, sewing kit, etc. The room smell is nice. The breakfast was great. There was a variety of delecious food to choose from. The reception responds quickly to your requests. In fact all the staff here try their best to make your stay as great as possible. Special thanks to Nihan, Mert and Merve for being so kind and helpful. Housekeeping was excellent. The location is great, next to two shopping malls and streets full of shops, cafes and local restaurants. The marina is 15 minutes walk.
