They helped us to talk to an airline in Turkish, and we recibe a refund thanks to the guy in the reception. The hotel is is ok, the rooms are modern and comfortable.

The person that has to do the cleaning didn’t clean the room for two days without any reason, instead we saw her talking outside smoking cigarettes. The guy that stays at night is always sleeping, thing that I can understand, but we had a flight at 5 am so we asked him to call a taxi at 2 and he totally forgot because he was sleeping, so we were really close to lost our flight

The property had a great location which made it easy to see all of the tourist attractions. The walk was mostly uphill but it was only an 8 minute walk. The staff were very nice and helpful and our rooms were clean.

The basement room was a little humid.

The location is very good and the staff, specially Umut was super helpful. He recommended us nice restaurants which are not tourist traps. The hotel is easy to reach and just 2 mins from the sea.

Hotel Xenia had a good location like close to the ocean, close to the main attractions like Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, bazaars etcetera.

Good hotel with the (((best location))) , close to everything. Anything you need is near by. The neighbours are very kind . Everyone was friendly and make us feel like home. The hotel is clean, and staff are friendly and helpful. Thanks to Mr Erkan 👌and Harry Potter in the reception 💯. I visit with my family, i booked 4 rooms and all was very nice and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel 🙏

I loved my stay at Xenia Hotel. The room was clean and the staff were extremely helpful. They had 24 hour reception helped me with whatever I needed without hesitation. I would totally come to this hotel again. Highly recommended! Also, the room looks exactly like the pictures.
