This seafront hotel is conveniently located right near the old City of Constantinople's walls, facing the Sea of Marmara, making it a great location to visit Istanbul. Hagia Sophia, the Topkapi Palace, and the Blue Mosque are within walking distance, as well as lots of shops and restaurants. It is easily reached by taxis as well as it's on a main street. The breakfast spread was amazing, and one can also have a decent dinner there. Staff is friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Istanbul.

The hotel doesn't have an elevator, however, front desk staff helped with carrying luggage, and it is really just two levels above ground.

‏The hotel is beautiful, the lobby is wonderful, the rooms are very clean, and the staff are wonderful and respectful. The hotel in general is calm. My trip was for entertainment and to celebrate my birthday. The hotel surprised me by sending me a birthday cake ❤️. I very much enjoyed staying at the hotel.

Convenient location within walking distance of major tourist attractions (Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapı Palace, etc.) The commuter train is just a few minutes' walk away. There is a bus stop across the street, and it's just 2 stops to the Eminönu ferry terminal and the Egyptian (Spice) Bazaar. We booked a sea view room, and since the hotel is located right on the coast, the view was incredible. The rooms and facilities were impeccably clean and all the staff were very kind and went out of their way to help us. The room was comfortable and had good air conditioning.

This boutique hotel has a fantastic view of the Bosphorus River, is centrally located, within walking distance of the Blue Mosque and other attractions. The food is fantastic, the best of Turkish cuisine, served in an intimate atmosphere. Most importantly, the staff is exceptional. It was a pleasure having Katandar provide guidance, he is knowledgeable, personable, and highly responsive, and always willing to walk that extra mile that is needed to provide the best service. I was delighted to return to the hotel and will do so again in the future.

Small hotel in excellent location across road from the sea. 15 minutes walk uphill (not too strenuous) from main historical sites and Sultanamet tramway station. Lots of local cafe bars and restaurants. The hotel itself has a very good restaurant and the breakfast buffet has an amazing choice of hot and cold dishes to choose from. I found the staff to be exceptionally polite, friendly and helpful, particularly Murat in reception. Definitely recommended for first time visitors to Istanbul.

The hotel staff were amazing! The person who checked us in was very helpful and provided us with useful information about things to do and tips on transport and places in Istanbul. He really made the start of our stay wonderful. We had to wait just a little to check in as there was only 1 front desk staff, but there was complimentary water and fruit you can help yourself to. The room was spacious, clean and well-provisioned. Our room attendant, Fatma, did a great job cleaning and tidying the room. All the other hotel staff we met were professional and helpful. They’re all a credit to the hotel. I also loved the location - far enough from the bustle of the tourist areas, but only 1 train/tram stop from Sikerci and walking distance to the main historical sights and food. The hotel also had a beautiful sunrise view of the Sea of Marmara. The breakfast spread was good, if a little expensive at €20 per pax.

I liked the views from the bosphorus, even so one of the windows of the room 206 it was stuck and we couldn't open it. In amy of the cases it was so hot outside of the hotel that it was not needed to open the windows, the air-conditioning works 10/10

The toilet 1/10 times the water was kept running nothing too big of a issue i must say. Even if putting bottled water everyday is a nice gesture, in my mind it generates a lot of plastic waste. The hotel should look into solutions such as Nordaq or Be Wtr.

I liked it because it is located in a perfect area: close to Sultanahmet, in front of Bosphorus. Yet in a peaceful area and safe. We could sleep very well even though we were on a big boulevard and see Bosphorus from our window. Also, the staff was very helpful both on reception and the breakfast part (we were on mr. Kalandar shift at reception, big thumb up!). We could walk to the most important attractions and we could easily get by taxy to Galata bridge or over the bridge or to the Asian part. We also had everything we needed ar any hour. Totally recommend the location!

The room was small. By opening our luggages, we could hardy pass by the bed. For ine person, the room can be ok, for 2 is more difficult. Also the bed was small for 2 tall people.

Very helpful, polite and professional staff, especially Ridvan, Ravshan and Arslan. These guys are professionals, helped me a lot when there were some misunderstandings and were ready to help me with anything at any time. Also, rooms are clean, good breakfast and the hotel is quite close to main tourist sightseeings. Perfect place if you want to go on early morning walks by the seaside.

Walls in the bathroom are a bit thin, you can hear noises from the other room
