The hotel is situated at the end of a quiet street, just a short walk from the Sultan Ahmed Mosque, making it a great location for exploring the city. The decor is truly unique, adding to the charm of the place. The staff is very welcoming, and a special thanks to Emre and Mustafa, who go out of their way to assist guests with any issues. The hotel has multiple floors, including a basement, ground floor, first, and second floor, so it's a good idea to choose a room that best suits your needs. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the coffee was especially delicious. While the rooms were a bit small and not very spacious, the overall experience was pleasant. Would definitely recommend it for its warm hospitality and convenient location!

Everything was very nice, first of all thank you to the reception team, the location is within walking distance to historical places. When we arrived on the first day, our room was a little small, when we informed the reception, they said they had other available rooms and they could change it for free and they did it for us. The hotel is an old historical building, there is no elevator but I can understand that. We hope we will comeback again in future!!!

We didn't experience anything negative at the hotel, but there is construction going on around the hotel, which can be a bit annoying.

Great location, employees are very friendly and helpful. Since the employees said if we don't leave a 10 rating feedback they may not get bouns. So, I decided to leave a 10 rating feedback with such real feeling detail. To be honestly, for this price,the maximum I can give is 7.

Do not trust the photos. They are not matched with room at all. Firstly, doesn't matter economy or standard double room, they do Not have the bath at all. ONLY a suit room have bath. The phone looks like a palace room, but most the facilities are century old. The room is very small. They do NOT have private parking space at all. You need to park on the small doge road. Which may be blocked by someone else...

The location is super strategic around minutes by foot, but the area is not busy, so you can rest soundly at night. Staff are nice and helpful! We stayed for 4 nights and enough to see a few lovely staff; Alperen, Mustafa, and Emre. We also made a fur friend (a sweet, super friendly white and grey cat "sere cat?" fell in love with the kitty instantly! He even spent some of his time in our rooms). Overall, it was a pleasant stay. My overall experience is not bad, the hotel's location is good, the staff is great, the breakfast is also good, everything is within a concept,

If I had known that the room was in the basement and had no windows, I might have given up on booking the room. They also did not mention this on the website. Although my overall impression was good, I think this was a minus, not bad but 10 points for keeping my promise to the staff

The location was key to our stay. Everything was in walking distance. The residency was very cozy with a friendly staff. Our day concierge, Mustafa was very polite and greeted us with a smile whenever we would run into him before breakfast. He answered all our questions and made us feel extremely comfortable while staying at the residency. Breakfast had plenty to eat with a wide variety of things. What made it extra special was that they had a coffee machine that made espresso. Every bit of the staff at The sultan Tughra hotel was great and I would highly recommend this place for a future stay.

Everything was perfect! I spent 2 weeks just to enjoy some peace it’s a nice location, many cats around to take care of and feed. I absolutely love the burgundy Type of style and the bedrooms and the hotel seems to be very safe!the entire staff was very lovely and helpful! Thanks to Emre and Mustafa, they always answered all my questions and helped multiple times. Not to forgot to mention the breakfast in my opinion was way better than the ones I got at the 5 star luxury hotels in Fatih. Diana’s cooking skills are great! I really enjoyed it a lot. In fact my stay was so comfortable there that I will be back during my upcoming trip back to Istanbul soon

Mahmoud and Mustafa showed our family exceptional hospitality and integrity throughout our four night stay. In particular, they went out of their way to ensure we had the perfect room with a tub, proper food delivery, lovely breakfast, airport taxi transport and super helpful tips for city attractions! May they be blessed with prosperity and success until we see them again next time very soon. God willing.

Honalar kichkina, rasmda ko'rsatilgandek emas. Yuvinish honasi biroz kichkina va noqulay. Vanna qo'yilgan va bu juda noqulay. Muzlatgichda ichimliklar tugasa keyingisi pullik ekan. Bepul emas. Mini bar tekin emas.

Hotel staff was excellent! Welcome was easy & lovely. Night manager even went to the local store & bought us a bottle of wine (which was reimbursed to him) Day manager was very helpful with directions. Very quaint & basically clean. Stay was an adventure in a period facility!

Hotel looks a bit rundown in various areas; hall stairs carpeting was very worn, lightbulbs missing, windows would not open, rainwater left on upstairs landing making it very slippery. I had booked a Deluxe Room, but was given the Honeymoon Room that is located below ground, requested a move & was given the room I had reserved, but it was not ready til mid afternoon (not good). Breakfast was just OK.
