This seafront hotel is conveniently located right near the old City of Constantinople's walls, facing the Sea of Marmara, making it a great location to visit Istanbul. Hagia Sophia, the Topkapi Palace, and the Blue Mosque are within walking distance, as well as lots of shops and restaurants. It is easily reached by taxis as well as it's on a main street. The breakfast spread was amazing, and one can also have a decent dinner there. Staff is friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Istanbul.

The hotel doesn't have an elevator, however, front desk staff helped with carrying luggage, and it is really just two levels above ground.

The hotel was well appointed for restaurants and attractions via exit at the rear of the property and also good for the boat trips which went literally outside at the front of the property. The views of the Bosphorus at the front of the property were lovely. All of the staff from the restaurant staff, cleaning staff, bar staff and reception staff were excellent and really genuine. The hotel always smelled really lovely and clean when we entered it and our bedrooms also. The bed linen was incredibly soft and comfortable as were the towels. The breakfast provided a lot of choice and even though the prepared cooked food wasnt to my taste the staff made us omelettes when we wanted them and were really accommodating and there was a lot of other options for breakfast. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well designed and modern. The hotel lobby, restaurant, outside terrace and downstairs WC facilities were also lovely and well designed.

Maybe the description of terrace rooms (as we assumed we would be on a higher floor with a sea view) could be better on the website. Nothing to complain about really in regard to the actual hotel!

‏The hotel is beautiful, the lobby is wonderful, the rooms are very clean, and the staff are wonderful and respectful. The hotel in general is calm. My trip was for entertainment and to celebrate my birthday. The hotel surprised me by sending me a birthday cake ❤️. I very much enjoyed staying at the hotel.

Nice small 'boutique' style hotel in a great location with a small private parking which is a valuable benefit given a central location . Very clean, comfy beds, good breakfast, nice staff and efficient service. When we arrived, they helped to park the car and accommodated our request for a twin (rather than double) room. There was a minor issue with lighting in the room which they fixed immediately.

The air conditioning was not perfect the first night but it was addressed immediately when we kind of complained in the morning. There's nothing else to mention.

Convenient location within walking distance of major tourist attractions (Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapı Palace, etc.) The commuter train is just a few minutes' walk away. There is a bus stop across the street, and it's just 2 stops to the Eminönu ferry terminal and the Egyptian (Spice) Bazaar. We booked a sea view room, and since the hotel is located right on the coast, the view was incredible. The rooms and facilities were impeccably clean and all the staff were very kind and went out of their way to help us. The room was comfortable and had good air conditioning.

This boutique hotel has a fantastic view of the Bosphorus River, is centrally located, within walking distance of the Blue Mosque and other attractions. The food is fantastic, the best of Turkish cuisine, served in an intimate atmosphere. Most importantly, the staff is exceptional. It was a pleasure having Katandar provide guidance, he is knowledgeable, personable, and highly responsive, and always willing to walk that extra mile that is needed to provide the best service. I was delighted to return to the hotel and will do so again in the future.

Small hotel in excellent location across road from the sea. 15 minutes walk uphill (not too strenuous) from main historical sites and Sultanamet tramway station. Lots of local cafe bars and restaurants. The hotel itself has a very good restaurant and the breakfast buffet has an amazing choice of hot and cold dishes to choose from. I found the staff to be exceptionally polite, friendly and helpful, particularly Murat in reception. Definitely recommended for first time visitors to Istanbul.

Good bed and good standard room. Nice location with the sea on one side and the old town on the other side. I saw dophines right outside in the sea. Breakfast was okey but the choice for gluten and lactose free was limited.

I didn't have a nice view, the room was a bit small. Some of my friends that had other rooms facing the street were bothered by a lot of noise.

The hotel staff were amazing! The person who checked us in was very helpful and provided us with useful information about things to do and tips on transport and places in Istanbul. He really made the start of our stay wonderful. We had to wait just a little to check in as there was only 1 front desk staff, but there was complimentary water and fruit you can help yourself to. The room was spacious, clean and well-provisioned. Our room attendant, Fatma, did a great job cleaning and tidying the room. All the other hotel staff we met were professional and helpful. They’re all a credit to the hotel. I also loved the location - far enough from the bustle of the tourist areas, but only 1 train/tram stop from Sikerci and walking distance to the main historical sights and food. The hotel also had a beautiful sunrise view of the Sea of Marmara. The breakfast spread was good, if a little expensive at €20 per pax.
