Hotel location was excellent, the main resort is across the road. The hotel have it's own shop to hire boots and ski which was amazing, saves us time and money. The staffs were very helpful although, not all of them are speaking english, still able to provide a wonderful service. Big shout out to Baris, who are so helpful.

The only downfall is the wifi, which at numerous occasions have to re-registered my details.

Just across the main road from gondola and ski shops. They had a partner shop at the slopes too which offers a discount. The staff thankfully reached out to us on booking.com as we booked a room without a toilet which would have been a disaster as we travelled with young children. They were really warm and accomodating with our kids

The location could not have been better. It is directly across the road from the ski resort and the ski hire shops etc. Down the street about 5 minutes is a market and souvenir shops as well. There was enough variety in the meals offered, the staff were extremely friendly and kind, and spoke English, and it was very comfortable with a child. The bathrooms are modern and the overall cleanliness was excellent. We very much enjoyed our stay and would like to come back again.

Location is just perfect! We loved being so close to the slopes. And I am still dreaming of the breakfasts (about as many different types of olive as you can ever imagine - my dream!). We had a lovely time and would recommend.

Only downside was that the buffet dinner wasn't very vegetarian-friendly. That being said, there were vegetarian options on the a la carte menu and the hotel is close enough to other hotels to mitigate against this problem.

The hotel has a great location, just a 5 minutes to walk to the ski slopes. The room was nice, the breakfast was served as a buffet with the good range of breads, vegetable, fruits, cheeses etc. The staff on the reception was kind. After check out I could leave my luggage there as my flight was late in the afternoon.

Clean and comfortable. We love the location in erciyes, walking distance to ski place, cable car and other snow activities. We stayed 1 night in March 2024 at Erciyes, and we love our time there. Will repeat again if i go to Erciyes again.

The price is slightly expensive, but I guess it's common when you stay at the top or snow mountain area. For me, its worth for money. Overall, nothing i dislike.

all was perfect. Clean room and bathroom, comfortable beds. Towels were changed every day and a fresh water was provided. the staff hiper friendly and kind. Hotel close to the gondola which can help you reach the highest mountain in the region. Not so far from food stalls (9' walking distance). I recommend for 100%.

Nice, clean room and bathroom with a comfortable bed. All staff members are extremely friendly and kind. You can also get 20% off on ski rentals. A great place to stay with a beautiful view and excellent breakfast and dinner. Everything is perfect. Highly recommended!

We were a group of five friends who stayed for three nights in two rooms. We had a wonderful experience. The staff was very kind and helpful, and the location was perfect. We were able to walk to the ski lifts with ease. The breakfast was also delicious
