Personnell was fantastic and very good and attentive. Carpentries are very good quality. Bed is fine and the hotel has all sort of enterntainment and facilities. The hotel is very big and accomodates a large quantity of people without disruption.

All hotels should have a service of different pillow thicknesess. Room was noisy and there was a lot of equipment Fridge has a light on all night so I had to disconnect it. The WC has the flush pipe thing which is dirty, so due to the position of the outlet pipe you just have to join the dots to guess where the dirt came from over time... Breakfast and dinner is fantastic. The cafe is just awful, and there is a lack of natural juice.

Location is excellent as this is my 4th stay here. Staff are superb. Best staff at any hotel i have ever visited. They are very warm and friendly, helpful and thouroughly professional. It is easy to visit so many ancient sites from here too.

Sadly the indoor pool, spa and indoor kids pool was closed for a refurb. But the hotel notified me in adavance apologising which is great customer service. The outdoor pool is superb, clean and always plenty of space. The only downside is the music played by the pool, mostly afternoon, is so loud it hurts your ears. It is like being in a night club and mostly Rap or R'n'B. I dad ask 1 day if the could turn it down a little, and the lovely young lady did. Within about 20 minutes though it was cranked up again. This is just a small niggle, it wont stop us going back to this wonderful place.

We loved every part of our stay. The breakfast, tea, and dinner were wonderful! The thermal center was so relaxing with various pools. My deep tissue massage was very relaxing and also helped me to relieve pain in my back. It was very family friendly and our child had a great experience. All the staff were super friendly. We want to return as soon as we can. It was a wonderful experience. This is our new happy place.

I was sad that the steam room was closed during the time of our stay, even after I messaged the property to make sure it was open and they assured me beforehand.

We've stayed at all the big thermal hotels in Karahayıt, and the Colossa comapres very favourably. The big positives are the food (excellent choice, excellent quality), the staff (helpful and friendly), the room comfort and size (although not all rooms are equal, and we did notice some smaller ones as we walked by). The indoor swimming pool smelled so much of chlorine we never went in - but the shared indoor.outdoor thermal pool was very pleasant and the main reason for coming. The thermal area, however, is a bit small for such a huge hotel and the pools seem almost like an afterthought rather than taking centre-stage (this is, after all a 'thermal' hotel). Fortunately, we were there mid-week February when the hotel was very quiet, and so we weren't bothered by any crowds. The only real complaint we had was that for a supposedly non-smoking hotel, the smell of cigarettes was present (eg. when we walked into our room), and an ashtray was even provided in our room! It's all very well having a non-smoking policy for the hotel, but this has to be enforced to make it meaningful.

Enforce the non-smoking policy in the hotel - and don't porvide ashtrays in the rooms if they're supposedly non-smoking! Also, the signs saying 'vegetarian' for buffet items need to contain no meat!

We liked the spa and its personnel. Breakfast and dinner were good. And the thermal outdoor pool with red water was nice. Our kids liked the restaurant, the games corner, especially the air hockey. And the music bar with those disco lights )) Hotel's territory is beautiful. Good that the hotel is close to Pamukkale.

The sauna wasn't hot enough. Only one of the two saunas was operational. Two days after we left, all four of us were sick with some enterovirus (headache, backache, vomiting). I can't say for sure were we got it, but the hotel had a lot of guests form China, some of them were wearing face masks.

The dinner was amazing! There were various dishes especially I loved roast beef! The staff was so kind and helpful. The spa was nice. The room was comfy.

Even soft drinks were to be charged at dinner. Should be included. Shower rooms in the hot springs should have been opened. There were so many rooms in the area so our room was far from the lobby and the main entrance. There should have been laundry machines so that we could wash our clothes.

I have stayed here before some years ago and wanted to return staying longer. This time we did staying 10 nights. Great location, wonderful pools, great variety of food, fair prices on drinks and wonderful staff. Seeing 2 tortoises playing in the garden outside our room was just wonderful. We will be going back soon i hope.

Needs a few repairs here and there. 1 spa pool no longer works, but in no way did this affect our enjoyment. Had ants infest our room 1 day which the staff took care of in seconds. Again this wont stop us returning.

The location was good for tourists to visit the tourist attractions. A very cooling place since it is entering the winter period. The concierge was very welcoming and helped us with the luggage. The booking procedure experienced a minor hiccup though it was resolved quickly. Good job.

Nothing really. Except for a guy who took a photo of us during dinner. We thought it was nothing. The next day, our picture was put on the glass plate for us to purchase. We were shocked. We did not expect that. It was almost like forcing us to buy. Nevertheless, we did not buy it. It was an expensive item even for a souvenir.

I stayed in the Hampton by hilton old city istanbul for 6 nights the manger at that resort fateh Duran was arrogant ,self righteous and then he gets his receptionist Bursa to join him and Ugur the bell boy on offering terrible customer service as a visitor to a new country it sets your perception what to expect but arriving at this resort the receptionist went out of his way to asisst understood we were tired after our travels got us quickly settled in altho they're were 6 busses of tourist waiting to check in not once did he faulter or did he get annoyed excellent service and dinner was feast for the eyes desserts were top notch breakfast as well we enjoyed the private hammam and the thermal springs was the cherry on the top

that not many could speak English perhaps they need to introduce a English speaking coarse of some sort
